Panic for just a moment then hit the gps for Discount tire. It's 4:30 and they close at 5, yep, all the way on the other side of town. Picked up the pace considerably and made it in about 6 minutes. Arrived about 4:40 and meet with a smile from Wade, seemed to be the team leader. Wade I have a low tire that's loosing air fast. Their "best" tech balanced the two new front tires I purchased from this location. At 65 mph there was little problem. However, at 75 mph which is the speed limit on most of the interstate, the improper balancing was VERY apparent. I was in a 1300 mile trip and had my steering wheel shimmy the entire way. I visited this location this week for routine tire rotation and balance. This is a high volume store and finding a parking space can be hard sometimes. That being said, the men working there are knowledgeable, Patient and professional. While I sat waiting for my car to be serviced, I witnessed a whole lot of patience and respect, especially for older customers, some of who had trouble hearing. I'm a mechanic for a construction company, we have nothing but trucks, Colorados being the smallest ones. We purchase only LT/AT tires for their durability. I'll be going to another tire provider from now on, this experience I've had today just sets it in stone. Y'all seem to just have a fleet of workers that don't do all that well under pressure as well as give poor ETAs for completion of services. They stated to have 6 of the tires that I needed, I only needed one for this truck. A whole hour passes and they couldn't fine the tire that I needed. Incredibly annoyed at this place. I don't know if it's the location or what, but a lot of discount tires have great customer service and good direction of where to go. This was my first time at this location and NOBODY was able to direct me on where I am supposed to go. And when someone finally helped me, turns out I was in the wrong line and even though I was the first person in line, I was told to get into the back of ANOTHER one. Seriously a waste of my time. Someone needs to usher people or at least go up to each new car that comes in to ask what the customer needs instead of making assumptions they know where to go. I discovered a nail was in one of my front tires and took it to Discount Tires. My husband usually takes care of the tires and he was already in their computer system. My salesperson, Landry Adkins, was so polite, professional and courteous. He came out to the parking lot to take a look and told me that based on where it was they should be able to repair it. I was in/out in less than an hour. This was an original tire that came with the car. I didn't even buy these tires at Discount Tire, but they repaired and rebalanced the tire at NO CHARGE! They scraped 3 of my rims while dismounting the tires and are now trying to get away with giving me a $50 store credit because "one of my rims had a scuff before". You really think, I will come back and waste my time and money to get my wheels damaged by you again? Little do they know only ONE of my rims cost $856 plus tax new and $200+ to refinish... Good thing, I took a picture of the wheels before they touched them. This experience speaks loudly about their knowledge and services. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable shop for your wheels. In addition, I had requested them to do Road Force Balance on my wheels but then they tried lying to me that they did it after handing me my key, little do they know I was watching them the whole time... Every time I've been in, they are friendly, patient, give great advice, and are just plain helpful. They set expectations ("It'll be an hour before we can get to your car. Would you like to come back or wait?") and always exceed them. (Done in 30 minutes.) And several times I've gone in for a nail or screw in the tire. No charge to fix. Including this last visit, when I showed up 15 minutes after closing. They took care of it. All those efforts and considerations have led to my loyalty. They greeted me immediately, and were very efficient in providing me with a resolution to my tire blowing out. The warranty was honored without discussion, and a $133 tire was $19. Had bought some tires from them 1.5 yrs ago. Went in to get the tires rotated. I had 13k on new tire (30k mileage)They said front tires were ok, back tires were too worn to rotate. They still have tread, but why won't they rotate for my sake? If my front tires can work well for my 2 wheel drive rear tires, why won't they rotate? Then he gets a quote for two more of the same tires!?! I'm like, they didn't work for half the mileage, and you want to sell me new ones? I left. Also, the guy in front of me, the tech came in and did the old "you have streaks on your windshield, want me to replace your wiper blades". Ok... so now Discount tire is carrying wiper blades. My tire pressure light dinged on a few weeks ago, and every gas station I went to there was some issue with their air pressure machine. I stopped into this Discount Tire and they checked all of my tires and visually inspected them all for FREE! The person who checked me in said would take 45 minutes but it ended up only taking about 10 minutes. There was coffee, bottled water, and comfy padded chairs available to those who wait. Finally - I had lost a couple of those tiny caps (they are so easy to lose!) and I asked if I could purchase a new set. The gentleman who checked me out just ran back and grabbed some caps for me. Great service! The only thing that would have made my visit nicer was some free WiFi. While I was getting settled I opened up my laptop only to plow through some e-mails and didn't see any available WiFi. I replaced a set of Pirelli tires from this shop about a year ago. I also bought the warranty on them since they cost me a pretty penny. Well I'm glad i did since my front passenger tire recently got an impact bubble. Damn Dallas potholes! I took my car into the shop and showed them the impact bubble and that i had a warranty. They immediately said the tire needs to be replaced and that they would order one since they didnt have this particular Pirelli tire in stock. They didnt require any paperwork or any hassle. They said they would call when it gets in. They called a day later and quickly replaced the tire. The warranty costs about a 100 but it more than paid for itself as the tire would have cost me about 200. The good thing is that i still have my warranty going forward. The service at this place was really good and fast without a hassle. They were extremely cool about it and helpful. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs. Highly recommend this shop and also getting the warranty if you are getting expensive tires. read more

He made me feel very comfortable and catered to an being pregnant didn't want me to stand for long and took me before other customers. My most recent experience at the Coit and Gorge Bush store (beginning of May 2022) which started well ended in disappointment when picking up the vehicle after the work was done. What I found when I picked up my vehicle was that there was a very large scuff mark on my steering wheel that was not there when I dropped off my vehicle. I noticed it immediately when picking up my vehicle and reported it before leaving the parking lot. The sad part is that the rep never disclosed that any damage had been done, and when I said something about it proceeded to tell me that the damage to the steering wheel was normal for older cars. As I work in the automotive service industry I call B.S. I have a very good idea as to what caused this which was likely the clip of a pocket knife or something similar that was dragged against the steering wheel when one of their employees got into my vehicle. The rep, after some debate, said they would have to make claim with their insurance to have it addressed. We went inside and the rep entered some info into the computer and said their insurance would reach out to me in about 48hr or less. I hope to hear from them and hope even more that this gets resolved quickly and easily without more headache. I have my suspicions though, I will update this review as things unfold. !!! UPDATE !!! (as of 5/23/22) So long story short, it turns out my suspicions were correct, they are GIVING ME THE OLD SHAFT! Per their response (and I quote): "I have completed a review of your claim. Based on the information I have received, I do not have evidence that the damage on your vehicle was caused by Discount Tire's negligence during the time of your service. However, Discount Tire does value your business and I can offer you a settlement of $200 as a gesture of customer service." O, $200 bucks, thanks alot. I had just spent almost $400 on getting tires replaced and now I have to replace my steering wheel due to Discount Tire's negligence to the tune of $1000.00+ dollars. [shakes head] I must say that the third party entity that Discount Tire is using to handle claims (Fleet Response) is one of the worst I have ever come in contact with. If you ever have to deal with them due to a Discount Tire employee damaging your property, you count on two things to happen. 1st the Discount Tire employee will NOT own up to any damages they caused. 2nd Fleet Response will do everything in their power to keep from paying out. Also the Fleet Response rep assigned to me not once took my calls (had their direct line) and or called me back, and the only email correspondence I received after repeated emails asking for any updates was one email stating they are not going to help me. So with all this recent experience under my belt I ISSUE A WARNING TO ALL CURRENT AND POTENTIAL PATRONS OF DISCOUNT TIRE. If you decide to use their services, I HIGHLY recommend to take high quality photos of the outside and inside of your vehicle BEFORE allowing them to service your vehicle. That way (hopefully) if damage does occur you have some kind of leg to stand on when they try to deny that their people damaged your vehicle. My rating of one star remains (if I could give less I would). I hope this rant warrants caution in those looking to use the service of Discount Tire in the near future. read more

So if you have been to one you know they offer great service. I showed up to this place thinking that I needed to purchase a set of tires which would run me at least 700 for a pair but it turns out that the issue was that the original tires had some bar code sticker on the side that was causing the air to slowly seep out. So after taking that tire off, taking that sticker off, putting it back on the rim and balancing the tire and putting it back on.... not to mention they rechecked and air the other three tires... the total cost was ZIP!. What a great location! I've been here twice in one week and the customer service has been outstanding! I must say I came in the first time and wait was super long. But the service was amazing. The guys at the front desk still greeted me with a smile and took the time to check my tire! When they found out it was a nail, due to the wait time they aired me up and I came back in today for the patch!!! The guys Chris, Michael & the young guy that go to highschool took great care of my car!!!! As you know at most places like this, there's going to be a wait! So the lobby is fresh and clean. I went to Discount Tire over 3 weeks ago after I hit something on the highway. I purchased two new tires, and was told that I damaged the wheel itself. They ordered a wheel for me and I went ahead and paid for it. I had to call numerous to times to get an update about when the wheel was available. It took 3 weeks for the wheel to come in. I go in today to get it put on, and after waiting nearly an hour and a half, I was told that the wheel had the wrong accent color and they will have to order another tire that will be here in an unknown amount of time. While the staff has been kind and apologetic, I'm frustrated that my time has been wasted and if I hadn't already paid for my wheel in full, I would definitely be taking my business elsewhere. read more
