I hopped the curb and got a flat tire late Monday night. I called to get my car towed to get a new tire when my tow truck driver told me I needed a new wheel. I went to several tire shops and they didn't sell rims. I called around and Zee said to stop by and see if they could fix it for me. He sure did and I got a new tire too. He informed me that I needed another new tire for my passenger side and the back tires would need to be replaced too. What a great group of guys and location. I usually go to city tires and repair in Garland but since it was so far I went to these guys so they could check out a tire light that came on. I also wanted to get the alignment looked at and I couldn't believe that everything was free! It was just really nice to not be pressured into buying something or to be told that something needed to be fixed that didn't you know they just did their job. It was such a relief to not getting nickel and dime to somewhere that I had to go and buy them all lunch. Had I not been moving I would definitely be coming back to this location. It's just a little things and that neighborly attitude that makes the world feel a little less cringy. So thank you guys so much for all of your help it really made the biggest difference! I went in for an oil change at 930am. I was told they had technicians available and it shouldn't take that long. The process took over an hour. When I paid I was charged about $10.00 over what I was told. It was explained at the time of payment this is because my vehicle required more oil than smaller vehicles. I paid and was on my way. That was fine, I paid them. I went and purchased the cabin and engine air filters to replace them. They showed me they were dirty, but I wanted to save the money and replace them myself. I'm glad I did. The cabin filter is behind the glovebox, which they didn't replace properly and wasn't hanging correctly. Next I went to repair the air filter, and noticed hoses not reattached from when they took it out to show me. I replaced the filter, and reattached the hoses properly. This is easy work, that's why I'm so disappointed in the work. read more

I had a tire rotation at the dealership (do not judge, needed a recall done) and when I got on freeway my truck was vibrating violently. I figured one of my tires was out of balance that was on the back and now front. The next day I called these guys, they gave me an approximate price over the phone and said they could get me in immediately. I got there, they pulled my truck in within 10 minutes and was done within 20 minutes. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite and same in person. The mechanic came in to talk to me and was also polite. They also did not try to upsell, I asked if I should do all 4 and he said not necessary. Unlike the dealership which tried to get me to do an alignment because my tires which have like 2k on them were "showing uneven wear". I'll be sending my wife here for oil changes. read more

Went in for an alignment for my Jeep. The mechanic spent an hour and a half on my car and did not fix the alignment issue and in fact made it worse. Now my traction control doesn't work and I have to take my car to an actual professional to get it fixed. If you want your vehicle harmed and your time wasted, come here. These guys were so helpful. Very professional and polite. I was here for a flat tire. They put plastic over my steering wheel before they drove the car into the bay. The inside was clean and the rep at the counter was wearing a mask. It took them about 15 minutes to repair my flat. They also checked the alignment. They pushed me a bit to get a realignment with a 3 year plan but I'm from out of state so I passed. My total bill was $0.00. Yup, ZERO dollars to repair & replace my flat and check my alignment!! I took my car in exactly 2 months ago to have an alignment done. I was told at the time by the store manager, Dami, that one of my tie rods needed to be replaced. They got the alignment close, but still out of spec, and it would need to be redone after replacing the part. I was told they could order the part and then finish alignment free of charge once the repairs were complete. Every one of the multiple times I have called them to follow up since then, I'm told it hasn't been ordered yet, but they can go ahead and order it now. The last time I called, I explicitly asked them to order the tie rod and gave them a day I was free to come in along with a phone number to follow up with. There has been absolutely no attempt to follow up now after 2 weeks. So now I'm driving around on an unfinished alignment I payed full price for, and I'm going to have to pay to get it redone once I find a shop competent enough to actually order a part. Will not be ever be returning here and would advise others to stay away as well. read more

My wife and I are about to go on a road trip to Florida to celebrate a late honeymoon. About 2 weeks ago the tire pressure sensor popped on and I decided to go ahead and take it in just to confirm that the tires were good for our trip. We stopped into Just Tires and Sean, our rep, told us they would take the tires off, check each one, repair if needed, then give us a call in about an hour all for free. We decided to set an appointment for the following week due to time. A week later, we walked in and Sean recognized us and remembered about our vacation. We dropped it off expecting to hear that they needed to do XY and Z and it was cost our vacation money to fix just because that's pretty typical in any kind of car setting. About an hour later I received a phone call from Sean saying the tire tread was excellent and still had about 6 months- year after our trip. He said one tire had a nail, which they were repairing, and that all tires were inflated less than the recommended pressure so they were correcting that too. I told my wife that I appreciated they weren't just trying to make money off of me. It was an excellent experience all around and I am 100% more inclined to go see them when either of our cars need new tires. Highly recommend. read more

Just moved to Allen and my classic car had a couple of low tires. Called the local Discount Tire and they said at least 2 hour wait. Called Just Tires because they are a mile away and had seen them when driving around and getting familiar with our new home town. Chad says we can get you in almost immediately. I have been a Discount Tire customer for at least 25 years but no more. Just Tires on McDermott is first class. The fact they do alignments too is just icing on the cake. read more

I had an appointment for 4:00 and showed up on time. I had recently purchased new tires for 2 of my vehicles. I had a nail in one of my new tires and needed it fixed. They said they cannot patch the tire, and had to replace it (Warranty). They put my car on the rack and left it there for over an hour. They stopped working on my car and when new people came in, they put them in front of me, took care of their car and they left. I was there over an hour waiting. I pointed to the sign that said "$100 off if we cannot do a tire change in under an hour. They said it only applied for 4 tires. If you have one tire, apparently you don't matter to them much. Since i already bought tires for both of my cars, and only needed a flat fixed which is not worth much money, they make you wait and put everyone ahead of you, Even if you have an appointment there it does not matter, they don't care!!! I purchased 4 brand new tires with all the warranties and road hazard etc. I got a great deal and was very happy with my purchase. What makes me leave my review is this: one of my new tires was having pressure issues. I brought it in for evaluation and they saw no issues. 2 days later- flat tire.
