Terrible place to go if you actually value your car. Came Saturday as I had gotten 2 flats on my literal brand new $4000 3 piece wheels and my normal shop was busy and I needed the flats fixed asap. Flats were fixed but as soon as I got home I noticed extremely deep gouging and scratches all over the lip of my brand new wheels. I should've looked when I picked them up since the tech literally told me he had to jump on the machine to get the tires mounted (wtf??) came back Monday In hopes they would offer some sort of resolution but nope the manager didn't even hear what I had to say and immediately argued with me and denied everything saying the tires were installed correctly and that they use a plastic machine. Okay then why did you damage my brand new wheels? He said the scratches were normal lmao when you can literally see and feel how deep the gouging is. Clearly installer error as the previous shop (aloha auto) that mounted them did a great job and didn't leave any marks at all. Clown manager told me to get lost and contact corporate. Don't accept nice wheels if you know you can't do the job properly. Stay away from this place if you value your wheels. read more

Arrived at Just tires at 8:00 AM The supervisor escorted me out of the building as he was screaming at me "Ma'am we are not open" multiple times ... Now mind you this is now after 8:00 am The sign clearly says open at 8:00 am... wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't on my way to work.... I know most people don't work on Saturdays... but I do... The manager was rude... and needs to learn etiquette and manors if you are working with the public... Service other than that is good ... Beware!!!! They are crooks. I bought a full set of tires back in December without the road hazard. I brought my car in a couple of weeks ago for a tire repair and they told me my tire was not repairable. Drove down the street to discount tire and they fixed it no problem. I went here to get a state inspection and they completed the inspection pretty quickly but when I got home I found that my card had been charged not only for the inspection but for 2 airlines charges for nearly $1800! Never going back for anything there! read more

Stopped in for a State vehicle inspection and the team got me checked in quickly (first time here). I asked how long the estimated and it was about an hour. I flinched, he went to bring the ticket back to the garage. I prepared to find another spot. As he came back I asked to confirm that estimated time and he expedited the inspection. They don't take appointments, it's a first come first serve basis, but that really wasn't a problem. They took my car in almost immediately, diagnosed the problem with the tire, and made recommendations on getting a new tire. They told me what tire they recommended, but also offered a less expensive product if I wanted it. They also started with replacing just one tire, instead of pushing to sell two matching tires, which many tire companies really push hard. Manager is a lying bullshitter. Please watch everything they do if you gonna take your vehicle there. Took my truck for alignment and the manager hands me the key without doing alignment after waiting 2 hrs. Asked for a printout and he hands me for a Ford truck where I had a Chevy lol. His hands were shaaaking!!!! Took a snap of a printout as the evidence. Asked for a key again to put it on the lift and was done in 25 mins. My steering wheel is more crooked now!! The online appointment system still the same way, easy to shop before you actually go in to the shop and your appointment time is accurate. I highly recommend this downtown Allen location! trust worthy knowledgable service advisors..i think not (note: not an english major and yes misspelled words and typos customer is a dying service and we need all help to continue keepign expectations for consumers high!) good afternoon, please read entirity of post, thank you. positivity and persaverence atracts and breeds wealth success and happinnes! i am no troll, actually i just happen to be in the same industry "auto-motive," just in the service and repair demograph and have been for the last 15+ years. currently a gm for locally and family-owned automotive repair and service centers. all shops here in north dallas. 15+ years of not only genuine customer service but top of the line industry knowledge and expierence. any one who has ever managed either a store multiple individuals or a team of people know that communication is the key to success. a simple fundemantal and building block to successfull heathly bussines both as a consumer and corporation. i am trully very dissapointed in this interaction and overall expierence. i feel like not only was i robbed of a few extra dollars, but time and effort into genuinly getting to know this individual and establishment personaly and professionally. something that is offtenly done when dealing with cross sales in automotive obviously not all shops offer every service vehicles require.... in this case having the inventory and availability of the correct size and brand that i wanted / needed for my 2014 chevy silverado. ok ok long story short, after spending every minute of an hour gettng the details about the tires warranty replacemnt and cost i was told the tires would be available friday and a tech or advisor would call when they arrived. waiting waiting waiting its now friday or update... so now going out of town to take my daughter to see her grandparents was out of the question .... personal problem, maybe but in this industry, these are concerns we take into consideration on a daily basis. thus, why communication is a must!!!!!!! end of story i sent one of my employess to get the tires. thinking the matter would be drop the rims mount the tires balance and out the door ..... mannnn ooooo maaannn was i ever wrong !!!! after playing phone tag with my tech that apparently was having to negotiate/haggle the simple fact the new tires had to be put on,the question and suspense of the matter .... where they going to do the right thing remedy the situation and make a happy customer out of me? we had touched on the fact do to the late arrival and lack of communication i felt like the mount and balance should be taken care of in house at no additional expense to me. 10, 15 ,20 25 minutes after arrival and expecting quick service my tech is growing tired of the sherads. the orriginal price for the warranty of the tires and mount balance was 60 dollars. the new requested and your right not so outragious price was now 75 dollars. this whole excercise is about principality and simplicity in ones integrity. we paid, tires where mounted and balanced and back to life we went. the lack of concern for someones time or intelect is an outright flagerent display of disrespect! for a professonial shop to completley disregaurd even the most simple of situations shows the true integrity and moral compass in the ways they conduct bussiness. not to mention the snide comment i got from the manager regaurding potential future bussiness " dont expect this deal in the future," he had stated tho he thought i would could or should look to him for future bussiness. haha wishfull thinking, but not sir! tully sad for the fact that this group of people and the way they opperate there automotive shop inderectly make my daily tasks of unsaid duties and responsibilities a night mare in a market where most people either dont trust there mechanic or reach for there pocket book the minute they get close. we are not all this way and i pride my self in being fast efficent and fair. just tires a potential industry partnership i trust lost what i thought would have been a very good bussiness relationship for my self and my customers.... to bad so sad wouldnt ever deal with these guys ever again as they are just there to clock in and make a sale regardless of how it effects you and yours ps: please remember to be mindfull when choosing your automotive shop regardless of how big or small the repair is... get your stuff together just tires your better than that and your customers deserve all the care and attention they ask!!!!!!! god bless read more
