Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. An employee approached me but refused to speak. When he returned with a jack, I asked if he knew which tire was flat. He suddenly became aggressive, repeatedly calling me "guey" in Spanish. As I tried to clarify which tire needed repair, his behavior escalated; he appeared highly agitated with bloodshot eyes, dropped to his knees, and began shouting insults at me, including "pendejo." When I asked him to calm down, he told me to "get the fuck out." I immediately went to the manager's office to report the situation and asked if the employee might be under the influence of drugs. The manager merely smirked and replied, "Unfortunately, that's the business." He offered no apology and told me to wait by my car. While I waited, I could hear the employee continuing to scream profanities at me from another part of the shop. Finally, another employee approached me. When I asked if anyone would be helping me, he told me my only options were to call the police--claiming they would never show up--or to leave the property. When I asked to speak with the manager again, this employee told me to "fuck off." I eventually drove across the street to J&J Llantas Inc., where the staff was polite and efficient. The technician there even confirmed that he had witnessed the entire altercation from across the street. I am stunned by the unprofessionalism and hostility I encountered at Hamm's and will never use your services again.

Power steering went out shortly after that and I haven't driving the car for two months. Took it to a trusted mechanic shop to diagnose again LAST WEEK and they confirmed it's the transmission that needs to be inspected by a transmission shop. I'll remove this review if the transmission shop confirms it's the ecu as well that needs to be replaced. Forgive me for not remembering it was 125 exactly but , $125 for what auto zone does for free was my issue . I was expecting a real diagnosis by a mechanic to pin point the issue with accuracy and given a game plan not a simple computer diagnostic test that was for a code I already knew it had.
