We had such an incredible experience at Discount Tire and especially want to recognize Eduardo and his team for going above and beyond. We came in very close to closing with a flat tire while traveling from Irving to McKinney, and Eduardo could have very easily turned us away for the day. Instead, he came outside to help us and treated us with so much kindness and urgency. Because we don't live in the area, leaving our car overnight would have been extremely difficult for us, and to our surprise, they were able to get the tire fixed right then and there. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Eduardo and his team absolutely deserve recognition (and a raise!). Discount Tire officially has lifelong customers in us, and we'll be telling all of our friends how amazing this experience was. Thank you for taking care of us when you easily could have said no. read more

Don't come to this location if you are wanting to use their air check service. After waiting for 2 people ahead of me when it was my turn the guy doing it left. After waiting a couple minutes I finally tried to ask someone and was ignored, waiting some more I asked again and a worker just said we are really busy. So I guess they stopped at 8:15 am?! Don't have air check signs if it's not going to happen. I have never had that happen at any other DT. Thanks for nothing !! read more

I made an appointment to speed up tire repair, rotation and alignment, as suggested by customer rep. It was a waste of my time. It took more than 2 hours to get the work done. I have no evidence but what reps are told is to suggest alignment to increase their income. You have to trust them. There was a truck in the bay where the alignment is done. It was there a long time. Wasn't until I pointed this out that finally the truck was driven out and mine could then be aligned. I am very disappointed with the customer reps who did not follow up with the job. They're busy I know, but so are we. Be more efficient. Speed up. Care about the customer. read more

5 stars. I love this discount tire. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and have great service. Last week I got a flat on the toll way and got a new tire with Discount Tire. I came in the other day because my sensors were blaring that I had a flat tire. Erik, was super helpful to me and got my sensors situated and added air in my tires. Since the weather has dropped in Texas, he added more air to the tires and taught me what to do. Thank you Erik! read more

Always excellent service, finished before the time promised. They will fix your flats for free. I have been buying my tires here for 15 years. Courteous, knowledgeable technicians. Prices are competitive. They do get very busy at times, so it is best to make an appointment. read more

They took out a nail and patched my tire for free! I made a reservation online and was in and out in just a little over an hour, which I consider excellent for a free service! They were also very polite even while I had to wait in line a bit when I arrived. I don't usually leave reviews but felt they really deserved it! read more

I've been a Discount Tire customer for 12 years, and this was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I was barely greeted and felt completely overlooked. I was on my way to my daughter's first ear piercing when I got a flat tire, which caused me to miss the appointment with my wife and daughter. When I arrived at the store, I explained that my tire still had air (around 20 PSI) but was slowly losing pressure, so I felt a sense of urgency. I asked the store manager for help, and he told me it would be "just one minute," but I ended up waiting 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgment or update. If I hadn't been in a desperate situation, I would have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide to switch tire companies moving forward. read more

A True Gentleman in the Tire World - Thank You, AXEL! I don't usually write reviews, but Axel at Discount Tire absolutely deserves the spotlight. From the moment we arrived, Axel treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and respect--without a hint of high-pressure sales tactics. That alone is rare enough these days, but it meant even more because I was with my wife, and we both felt completely at ease. Axel took the time to explain our options clearly, answered every question without rushing us, and never once tried to upsell or push anything we didn't need. His calm, courteous demeanor turned what could've been a stressful errand into a surprisingly pleasant experience. It's clear he values people over profit, and that kind of integrity is something I'll always support. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, honest, and treats you like a human being--not a sales target--ask for Axel Dominguez. He's a credit to Discount Tire and the kind of person who makes you want to come back. Thank you again, Axel. You made THE difference. read more

Arrived 5 minutes before they opened and was third in line. They opened the doors promptly at 8 am and 3 technicians came out to greet us. They removed 2 nails from my flat tire for free. In and out after 30 minutes. Fast and responsive! read more

Great service and very efficient. They were able to do exactly what I needed. Andres, especially was very helpful and kind.

We had another tire that got a bolt in it. Once again, amazing and friendly service and got me back out on the road quickly. Thank you!!

Eduardo is an awesome guy, he helped me with all kind and good manner+ good service. Thank you :))

Had a flat tire Monday AM, made appointment online. Arrived to fix flat, I wanted it plugged. Staff inspected the tire (had a nail). They proceeded to pitch new tires. We have a 2020 Kia with 26K miles. We asked for repair. To our surprise they repaired it for NO CHARGE. When we need tires we will strongly consider Discount Tries! read more

Don't go here if you want your tire repaired it's always "too close to the rim it must be replaced"! I've had two tires repaired at another shop and have no problem with them going flat. My daughter just spent an 1 1/2 hour wait for the rep to tell her the same. I inspected the tire before she went and the nail in it was just "off center" slightly. They advertise a "free flat repair" service which is BS go pay the $20 at a local shop and don't waste your time @ Discount Tire. read more

I arrived right when the shop opened on a Wednesday and there were already a handful of people being helped. While I waited to talk to someone, each Discount Tire employee that walked by greeted me and said that they would be with me shortly. I spoke with Eduardo and explained that I was just looking for a tire rotation. He went to the car with me and checked all the tires and explained their general tread health before taking the car to work on. While waiting, another employee came up to me and provided an update on where my car was at in the service process. The team worked quickly and got me out ahead of their original projected wait time. Eduardo and everyone I interacted with at this location was refreshingly pleasant and professional about their work. read more

Trash experience here!!!! Got here and was told it was a 3 hour wait.... I am literally watching them sing and dance and play around like they are doing a high school musical the service on the inside was decent but the mechanics fixing the tires we're playing too much instead of fixing tires. This was the worst service ever. They also don't really give discounts on tires. You're pretty much having to buy a brand new tire we had to spend $150 on a brand new tire for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata I will never ever ever ever ever ever buy a tire and get my car serviced at discount tires on Northwest Highway ever read more

I needed 4 new tires and Eduardo and the whole staff was absolutely amazing. Walked me through everything, explained everything, everyone was nice. They got me in and out. 100% recommend this location. read more

I took my Audi Q5 to Discount tire because my rear passenger tire kept losing air. They checked it and found a piece of metal in it and it couldn't be repaired. They then told me I would have to replace all four tires and it would be $1800 and that was before road hazard, the tires have 9400 miles on them. I told him he there was no way I needed 4 tires but he said because it's AWD I would have to get all four. I said I would take it to the dealership, he said they would be more expensive. I took it to my dealership and found out we could replace only one tire because the other tires weren't worn very much and they were cheaper. DON'T TRUST THEM. I will never go back there, we have 7 cars that we have always taken there for tires but won't ever go back read more

Luis at the discount tire on N Central Expy had some of the best customer service I have ever had at any tire shop. He elaborated everything that needed attention on my tires and offered some of the best service, he explained everything very well I highly recommend this Discount tire shop read more

The guys here are super friendly. They are experts in ensuring that you leave with exactly what you NEED and won't try to upsale you. You would think that close to closing time the shop would try to pack up and close early... not here! As you wait, they provide you with coffee/water as well as magazines for your viewing pleasure. Very courteous and friendly as they serve you. Free air for your tires whenever the cold hits or if you're just in need. Highly recommend this location. read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I opted for the discount tire, but I had to wait far too long for an air check. It was frustrating, especially since I was hoping for quicker service. If you're looking for faster turnaround, this might not be the best option. Not sure if I'll be going for the discount tire again. read more

AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CHEATED AND WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY! I never advise anyone to contact these scammers. they will brazenly deceive you in order to sell you unnecessary goods in order to make money from you. in my situation, the workers told me that I needed a replacement rim, and that my old one could not be repaired Before making the purchase, I asked if it would be possible to return the rim if it turned out that my old rim could be repaired, to which I was answered - "yes, within 30 days." I fixed my old rim. in the end, they refused to give me a refund and pretended that they didn't say anything and couldn't do anything. I spent $425 on something I didn't need. They blatantly lied to me that my old rim could not be repaired, and they lied to me that I would have a warranty. They made money from me and that's all they care about. read more

This is such a great location -- prompt service, great service. I wouldn't hesitate to get my next set of tires here once mine wear out!

Typically I absolutely dread going to any Discount Tire in fear of being told that all of my tires that are not bald are bald and need replacement. Also, the treacherous waiting times. Just, ugh!! Welp! Today was different for me. This is my first time to come to this location and it was a breeze!! In and out in less than an hour. Note that I went on a weekday around 11:45am. I told the employee why I was there which was to change out a tire that had a plug in it that I believed was setting off my TPS sensor and scaring me. We ended up changing the front two tires for good reason. I could have sworn he was going to come back and tell me that I needed to change all four (when I know I don't) because of past experiences at other locations. Nope!! Honest employees that are just out to take care of the true needs of their customers. I actually walked away smiling instead of cursing the bane of their existence. Thank you for making my day less stressful and for making sure my tires were safe to drive on again! read more

Adrian did a fantastic job of getting my 2 tires replaced after some road damage. I always try and track down where he works because I always get a straight answer from him as well as the right thing done. Not so much from other locations (and that is putting it mildly). In fact, I drove 27 miles past 9 other DT locations (3 of which I have personally visited in the past and have had people try and rip me off at) to get to his location. I got fast service and professional treatment. Adrian is what is good about Discount Tire. He can currently be found at the 13645 N Central Expressway, Dallas, TX location. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else. Adrian is your man. Track him down if they move him again. Seriously! read more

Eduardo treated me with exceptional customer service. He looked into my concerns of my tire sensor and answered all my questions.

I stopped to get my daughters car tires inspected and found out she had a different tire on every rim!!. GaaaaaaaaaaaAaaaCCCCCCCCKKKKKKK! 6:15 PM and they had already closed. So as I was walking back to my daughters car the manager came out and was willing to get me taken care of by inspecting the tires as a courtesy which prompted me to immediately want to buy a complete new set of tires. There were willing and gracious and courteous to accommodate me even though it was after hours. It's winter time nasty weather you know rainy cold wet maybe some snow & ice soon. Besides my daughter is letting my wifey & I borrow her car while our cars are in the shop after they were pummelled by the tornado swarm of 10/20. Discount Tire Co.: it's not the cheapest and they're not the fastest there's plenty of places like that but I don't think you'd ever beat the caring concerted customer service at Discount Tire Co. Thank you Discount Tire Co.!!!!! read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Consistency in service. This is why I return here. Never had a bad experience in 10 years. This store is also in my neighborhood so location is a bonus. I'm on my third used car in the last 10 years (would only be two had the second not been an unexpected lemon). I've always come to Discount Tire. The guys who wait on me are always courteous as are the service techs. Both guys at my last appointment held the door open for me. I don't care what anyone today thinks of that, I love it. Courtesy is lacking in society today, and when people treat you so respectfully, it's a major plus in my book! My last visit they found I had a nail in the tire, said they could patch that and it and one other tire are still good to use for some time yet. The other two needed replacing which I had already suspected. They patched the one, replaced the other two, rotated the first two, and did all of this in 25 minutes. Their website has times for appointments and an estimate of how busy each hour is. I chose what I thought looked to be a less busy hour, and it was. Same experience as always, thank you to my neighborhood Discount Tire staff! read more

This discount tire is very friendly. If you're walking or even call in that day for an appointment they are there to help you. They talk you through all the options that you have. They give you advice and they give you the best value. I've gone here multiple times but my recent encounter was very respectful and they got me in and out in 45 minutes. read more

I bought my first set of tires at this location over 20 years ago and for decades they have had great service. 3 months ago I bought a new set of Cooper tires that were $200 a tire. At the suggestion of the manager I also purchased road hazard protection all 4 tires. This morning I had a blowout and did NOT hit anything in the road. The tow truck driver suggested that by his estimate the tire was defective. I concurred. I would have expected to get more than 3 months use out of the tires. The set of tires I purchased here before lasted only one year. STILL, they are trying to charge me and additional $51 fee for road hazard on a new tire. The assistant manager Matthew Aldridge was not helpful and another employee wanted to argue with me and place the blame on me without addressing the issue at hand. I will NEVER use discount tire again, nor can I recommend this business after decades of being a loyal customer. read more

Don't recommend going to this shop in particular. Horrible customer service, tend to rip off customers, and just overall bad environment. I recommend you visit the Northwest highway location. They are much better there. read more

Poorly managed location. They don't know which cars came in first. After waiting and watching people come in and get serviced before me when I was there first the assistant manager came up and asked me if my car was next. Really? He wants me to manage his shop? Beyond incompetent. In addition the front door stays cracked open due to a broken piston and the AC leaks all over the floor. Nothing a trash can can't fix right? Finally, the employees are not even trained to move the seat back to wear they found it after they move and service the vehicle. Negative start read more

Reuben was awesome. I was in and out both times. Had to have my tires ordered but they were there the next day. I made an appt for Saturday at 3, it was painless. I've been a customer of discount tires for a few years and two cars now. They are convenient and they had the brand of tires I needed. I went to Costco but they didn't have the brand.
