I can here after a horrible experience at the boarding Big O Tire. Instead of waiting 20 minutes for a simple air check (like at big o) I was seen right away by very friendly and helpful guys! It was a Saturday and they were all wearing fun Hawaiian shirts. Everyone was very nice and very helpful, unlike the other tire store that was rude and acted like my very presence there was insulting to them. I had called another place that had a warranty on my tires. I went there and it was closed. I was obviously frustrated since we had spoken the day before and set an appointment. I went to discount tire, which by the name made me think it would be a cheap and bad experience. I was mistaken. The staff was super fast and helpful. They were quick to get it done and get it done right. They have pretty competitive prices and great service. I would recommend this to anyone. read more

I had gone in to Discount Tire in Orem because my brand new tires I had purchased at another store didn't bother to balance them! I was wobbling all over the road and called in to get them balanced. I had Quinn and Lance (manager) help me out. They were kind enough to get me in without a prior appointment. Quinn was very helpful and seemed to really care about the problem I was having. After getting my tires balanced there was still a minor wobble problem. Lance told me to come back in and have it looked at. Quinn personally took my care back and balanced the tires. He then fixed the wheel on my car and put on new parts for free. Quinn went above and beyond to do whatever it took to make sure my car was running safe and smooth. I highly recommend this store, they provide excellent service and legitimately care for their customers! 5 stars! read more

I would have left a 5 star review if they wouldn't have stolen all my quarters out of my change bin in my car. They did do a great job at fixing my tire but the fact that someone stole from my car irritates me. I guess that is a lesson to me to never leave even change In My car. Consider this a warning if you take your car there. read more

Brought vehicle in for flat repair. They discovered that the tire in question had premature inside wear and was covered under warranty. Ended up replacing tire with a new one, I in turn opted to purchase a matching tire for even wear. Very happy about service rendered and would highly recommend this location to others. read more

Easily the best tire store I've been to! I love all the discount tire stores I've worked with, but this location is my favorite! I came in on a super snowy day when everyone in the store seemed stressed and flustered with the weather. The employees were all upbeat and friendly! We have had nothing but excellent service at Discount Tire. We have had nails in our tires two different times and Discount Tire was able to fix it both times speedily and they did it all for free. They have also checked our tire pressure when the weather has turned cold and have also rotated our tires and all for free. We go nowhere else for our tire needs. read more

I was there for an internship and was brand new to Utah. I got a flat tire, and after I had the spare put on, I went directly to this Discount Tire. The store has already closed for the day 30 minutes ago when I arrived. I saw someone still in the store, so I tried to open the door. It was open. I told the sales person what happened, and he immediately went to the garage. The last gate was half way closed and still closing at the time, but he stopped it just in time. He drove my car into the garage and asked the mechanic to fix my tire. No delays, everything was so efficient! They even did it in great, pleasant spirit! I don't know much about cars but I do about customer service!! These guys are really great. I was filling up my tires on a weekly basis, they would be completely flat by the end of the week.. The person I talked to on the phone at Discount Tires was the nicest that I talked to of all of the other tire companies I called to ask for info. So I decided to try them out - the problem turned out to not be very severe (the "tire beading" was loose?) but he still could have charged me for service fees and he didn't. It was free! read more

Great service. Went there needing a full set of odd sized tires. They were the only ones in the valley with the size I needed. Great prices that include balancing and mounting. They even mounted one of my old tires on my spare wheel free of charge. They told me it would take about an hour to have my car done but they called me after about 35 minutes. Simply put, great service. After having the dealer price out a set of news tires earlier that morning, I decided to check around a little more. The couple of employees I talked to on the phone were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting some brands and options for my car. I scheduled an appointment over the phone in the morning and showed up that same afternoon. The employee happily greeted me upon arrival. They had said earlier over the phone that putting on a new set of tires would take about an hour. After just 20 minutes, the new tires were installed and I was out the door! I was very impressed at the professionalism and quick service, which can be so hard to find these days. read more

I have always been taken care of very well, at every other Discount Tire in Salt Lake County. NOT THIS LOCATION! (UTAH COUNTY) I watched as they were kind and respectful to almost every customer. Not us. It honestly makes me wonder if there is a race issue, being that my boyfriend was the only minority in the building.
