A Shout Out To Discount Tire of Orem. Somewhere yesterday I got a giant framing nail in my tire. Was not very happy. (Although he may or may not be responsible, I am blaming the doofus in a big Dodge Truck who parked so close to me at Jdawgs in Provo I had to climb in through the passenger door.) At any rate, as I priced a replacement, I discovered that Michelin is a French word for "Really Expensive." Discount offered me a pretty good solution. For about , they got me a new tire and road hazard warranty on the 4 tires.. If it ever happens again, it will be covered. Ive no idea if they make more money that way, but even if they do, I thought it was a good value and a little peace of mind. read more

SAM! Thank you! WE LOVE THIS LOCATION! We went to the Lindon location and they weren't helpful at all, said it would take more than 4 hours to fix a flat tire when we didn't even have the vehicle we just had the tire! We drove over to the Orem location and Sam helped us in 15 minutes in the midst of everything because he took the time to hear us out and realize the job wasn't long and didn't need a wait when lindon wouldn't even give us an edge! read more

I can here after a horrible experience at the boarding Big O Tire. Instead of waiting 20 minutes for a simple air check (like at big o) I was seen right away by very friendly and helpful guys! It was a Saturday and they were all wearing fun Hawaiian shirts. Everyone was very nice and very helpful, unlike the other tire store that was rude and acted like my very presence there was insulting to them. I am very glad that there are still honest, fun and nice tire shops out there that I can trust. Thank you very much for being great and you will be seeing more of me! read more

I had gone in to Discount Tire in Orem because my brand new tires I had purchased at another store didn't bother to balance them! I was wobbling all over the road and called in to get them balanced. I had Quinn and Lance (manager) help me out. They were kind enough to get me in without a prior appointment. Quinn was very helpful and seemed to really care about the problem I was having. After getting my tires balanced there was still a minor wobble problem. Lance told me to come back in and have it looked at. Quinn personally took my care back and balanced the tires. He then fixed the wheel on my car and put on new parts for free. Quinn went above and beyond to do whatever it took to make sure my car was running safe and smooth. I highly recommend this store, they provide excellent service and legitimately care for their customers! 5 stars! read more

I would have left a 5 star review if they wouldn't have stolen all my quarters out of my change bin in my car. They did do a great job at fixing my tire but the fact that someone stole from my car irritates me. I guess that is a lesson to me to never leave even change In My car. Consider this a warning if you take your car there. read more

I had called another place that had a warranty on my tires. I went there and it was closed. I was obviously frustrated since we had spoken the day before and set an appointment. I went to discount tire, which by the name made me think it would be a cheap and bad experience. I was mistaken. The staff was super fast and helpful. They were quick to get it done and get it done right. They have pretty competitive prices and great service. I would recommend this to anyone. read more

Great service and they are on the ball. I have been going to these guys for years and so do many of my friends.

Brought vehicle in for flat repair. They discovered that the tire in question had premature inside wear and was covered under warranty. Ended up replacing tire with a new one, I in turn opted to purchase a matching tire for even wear. Very happy about service rendered and would highly recommend this location to others. read more

Well I read the reviews and that is why I also chose this Discount Tires shop. Very friendly and good customer service and they also gave me a coupon to get an alignment, so that's a plus. Has my appointment and 9:00 am and was out in less than 45 mins. Been to other places and they take too long. read more

We have had nothing but excellent service at Discount Tire. We have had nails in our tires two different times and Discount Tire was able to fix it both times speedily and they did it all for free. They have also checked our tire pressure when the weather has turned cold and have also rotated our tires and all for free. We go nowhere else for our tire needs. read more

Love this place! I always look for places I feel like I can trust and defiantly feel that way here. Got a screw in my tire and they fixed it for free (after I bought their tires) will recommend this place to anyone read more

I was there for an internship and was brand new to Utah. I got a flat tire, and after I had the spare put on, I went directly to this Discount Tire. The store has already closed for the day 30 minutes ago when I arrived. I saw someone still in the store, so I tried to open the door. It was open. I told the sales person what happened, and he immediately went to the garage. The last gate was half way closed and still closing at the time, but he stopped it just in time. He drove my car into the garage and asked the mechanic to fix my tire. No delays, everything was so efficient! They even did it in great, pleasant spirit! Being alone and new to town, Discount Tire really makes me feel at home. Thank you! read more

Easily the best tire store I've been to! I love all the discount tire stores I've worked with, but this location is my favorite! I came in on a super snowy day when everyone in the store seemed stressed and flustered with the weather. The employees were all upbeat and friendly! The manager handed out bottled water to each person waiting and thanked each person individually for their time! AWESOME experience, EXCELLENT service!! 10/10 would recommend! read more

I don't know much about cars but I do about customer service!! These guys are really great. I was filling up my tires on a weekly basis, they would be completely flat by the end of the week.. The person I talked to on the phone at Discount Tires was the nicest that I talked to of all of the other tire companies I called to ask for info. So I decided to try them out - the problem turned out to not be very severe (the "tire beading" was loose?) but he still could have charged me for service fees and he didn't. It was free! read more

I am not one to right a review but this place totally deserves it. I've been coming here for over ten years and every time I am here, whether I am getting all new tires or a (free) rotation, their customer service is top notch, they have quick services and they always get the best pricing. Totally recommended!! read more

This is a really great store to get new tires. They employees are all very friendly and really helpful. I always take my car here and pull right up and they check my tire pressure, I don't even have to get out! read more

This is my second time coming into this store and I am so amazed at how wonderful these guys are. Twice now they have given me KILLER deals on tires. No one can come close to what they did for us. I will be a costumer for the rest of my life! read more

Lance was fantastic. Incredible helpful in helping me pick out some tires for my escalade. Highly recommend discount tires in orem

Constantly taking longer than quoted, have made multiple mistakes that I had to pay for, scratched my wheels multiple times. Not going back to this location. read more

This guys are absolutely amazing! The customer service was outstanding and they helped me find new tires that fit my needs and my budget. They even went above and beyond when the previous installers (not them) damaged part of my car and helped me out. I totally recommend them! Fast, kind and affordable. read more

I bought my tires from them... maybe three + years ago? and every 5000 miles they rotate and align my tires for free. This was the BEST deal ever and their customer service is amazing. My whole family buys from Discount Tire for this reason. Customer for life! read more

incredible customer service!!!!!! we rolled up with a flat tire AFTER HOURS & Rex was glad to help us out.

Great service. Went there needing a full set of odd sized tires. They were the only ones in the valley with the size I needed. Great prices that include balancing and mounting. They even mounted one of my old tires on my spare wheel free of charge. They told me it would take about an hour to have my car done but they called me after about 35 minutes. They really know how to under promise and over deliver. They just gained a life long customer. read more

RV on the road with increasing tire wear. Quick/accurate assessment. Referred us to two places that do alignments. New tires placed; we were expecting to do this in spring 2019. Drive in and drive out. A good experience. Note we did find a local business that had a bay large enough for our rig and a mechanic who works on our type E450: Quality Tires in Orem-excellent! read more

Great experience!! I got a flat tire on my new Audi. I took it here on a Saturday afternoon and they quickly got my car taken care of. They removed the screw logged in the tire and fixed the hole for FREE. Thanks! read more

Update. My tire still has a slow leak. They didn't fix it.

Simply put, great service. After having the dealer price out a set of news tires earlier that morning, I decided to check around a little more. The couple of employees I talked to on the phone were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting some brands and options for my car. I scheduled an appointment over the phone in the morning and showed up that same afternoon. The employee happily greeted me upon arrival. They had said earlier over the phone that putting on a new set of tires would take about an hour. After just 20 minutes, the new tires were installed and I was out the door! I was very impressed at the professionalism and quick service, which can be so hard to find these days. read more

Went there for my first time today for two new tires. Super impressed, fast friendly service, and reasonable pricing! Definitely going back again! read more

I was really impressed with these guys. They worked to get me a great deal on a new set of tires and patiently answered my many questions. The service was unexpectedly great and very friendly. The installers were careful enough to not damage my plastidip rims and the tires are great. Steal of a deal and they're warranted too. read more

These guys are great. I was constantly checked up on, they kept me in the loop with my car, they were quick and professional. And it wasn't just to me, I saw them treat other customers just the same. You can tell that they value what they do and who they work for. I have never had a better experience in customer service in general. I live in Salt Lake and I am considering making the trek just to frequent this location. read more

I have always been taken care of very well, at every other Discount Tire in Salt Lake County. NOT THIS LOCATION! (UTAH COUNTY) I watched as they were kind and respectful to almost every customer. Not us. It honestly makes me wonder if there is a race issue, being that my boyfriend was the only minority in the building. We were treated extremely differently, even though we were kind and just as worthy as any other customer. I will never go to this location again. read more

I needed a new set of tires for my car and did a lot of research to find a tire store that had decent reviews. I felt good about coming to this store and they beat my high expectations. Chris was great out front. I got great tires at a fair price and they were very fast. I set an appointment a couples days ahead and they were ready for me. I was out in about 45 minutes. When needed, I will go back for another set, which may be a long time from now. Well done! Thank you! read more

This is where I go for tires. I trust them to take care of all my family cars, and they've done a great job. They're quick, easy to work with, and very polite. Their prices are competitive too. read more

I purchased a set of tires from Discount Tire and they were fast and did a good job in getting them on my car. Most importantly, when I moved to Michigan for a few years the Discount Tire store their took care of me - rotated my tires - and they were fast and good, too. Now I am in need of a new set and I will definitely go see them. read more
