It said it was in Ohio this morning but within 1 hour it was on my front porch in California. Second complaint was it wouldn't let me order more than 5 of the same item when I tried. It just said unavailable. Not sure if there's a cap on how many of each you can order or what. I ordered my stuff online on a Friday at about 10pm and it arrived to me the following Friday by 1pm. Awful customer service. I will say this I ordered my kids party supplies and I followed the instructions in their shipping policy to make sure you pick multiple days ahead of party because of COVID to receive your order! So I paid a ton extra of course to make sure the party items where here on time! Well you would never believe this but heck they did not show up in time in fact they did not show up until almost a week after the party! Now with that said I contacted them and they said I can return them for a refund but I would have to pay to have them shipped back and I was not getting the cost of the extra shipping I had originally paid for!!! What a joke! I have had no issues with shipping because of COVID on any packages I have ordered! Except this one... also when tracking this packages it looks like it did not even leave them For 4 or 5 days?!?! What??? How is that ok? So really the issue is with them not shipping but they are trying to blame the shipping system. Yeah awful customer service! I suggest take your business elsewhere! Horrible customer service, or should I say NO service. After stiffing me 3 short on bobble heads, after I paid for expedited shipping, they ignored my 3 emails to fix. If you call the toll free number nobody ever answers, they just tell you to email, which they just ignore. Very frustrated with this company. I needed my party supplies within eight days. When I reached my checkout page I paid for the shipping costs that advertised delivery two days before the party. Mid week I began receiving tracking information that concerned me that I would not receive the package in time and would need to purchase replacements at the last minute. The customer service department is one person and she only is permitted to offer a refund of merchandise cost upon receipt of return shipment. You can ask to speak to a manager or a legal department but it's just her. Company will absolutely not pay for return shipping costs or refund the expedited shipping you paid based on false and misleading statements on their checkout page. The company doesn't count the first shipping day as a real shipping day and only ships at the end of business on the first business day after your order is received. The way the company credits itself for timely shipping defies logic. So I'm out about $15-$29 in shipping costs after returning the late merchandise. Skip this company. read more
