We have been going out of our way to try all or most of the many cannabis dispensaries in the Jackson area. Cherry is one of the newer ones, settled in a former bank, it boasts a drive thru window. And has some really rock bottom specials now and then, like '10 for $10' pre-rolls - made of an inferior blend but the convenience is sort of worth it: you get what you pay for. However, recently we bought Snow Caps in flower 3.5 oz. It was not cheap and was supposed to be infused with 50% THC. It tasted terrible (like vomit terrible) and DID NOT get us high. We called them back; they said yes, "it should have gotten you blasted." They offered to "do something about it" and for the manager to call us back. He/she did not, so when we went in the next day and explained that we had called the previous day, they were like, "We don't take product back, we don't know if you have laced it with something"!!!??? We were not asking to have them take it back to re-sell it - of course not, but just to make good on 100% customer satisfaction that they promise, and to replace it with other, better, less foul, more reliable product. They just said "sorry... you're SOL." That was the wrong answer, delivered with a very bad attitude. If we could give zero stars, we would. Take your weed business to Lettuce, or 420, or Lume, or Mood. These are all better shops. Cherry is the pits.

I also ended up purchasing a Stihl weed wacker while I was there because I was so impressed with the experience. The mower has been a great value. It has saved me both time and money compared to my old John Deere lawn tractor, which was constantly breaking down. The Exmark handled my overgrown yard with ease, and now it only takes me about 1.5 hours to mow instead of 3 hours with the old John Deere. I even got a free Exmark hat and coffee mug. We were calm and just sat their patiently, never once even looking at the other dresses without permission. In June Christine called to make an appt to try on my bridesmaid dress they had ordered. When I arrived to that appt, Christine forgot that I had an appointment for my bridesmaids dress fitting, which I had driven an hour and left work early for. Upon trying on the dress it was atleast two sizes too small (which was also a big inconvenience for them even though they made me an appt and they forgot they made it). They then ACCUSED ME OF GAINING WEIGHT. I have a medical condition that keeps my weight very stable. I can't lose or gain weight. How unprofessional and rude!! The arms of the dress are so tight I can't move more than my forearms. The rest won't move and is constricting to a point where my arms are pulsating. Another bridesmaids dress was also two sizes too small. She'll be leaving a separate review though. September 1st came and the wedding is October 5th 2024. I still hadn't heard back about my dress being let out. I had to call and they said "oh yeah the seamstress is going to do that this week and call when it's done." Pretty nerve wrecking that close to the wedding. I finally got a call to try the dress on again a week later, it zipped but the seam on the side was completely botched. Yesterday I picked it up for the final fitting. The side seam still isn't great. I can't move my arms at all. They said the arm movement is how those dresses are supposed to be. I'm sad I wasted close to $400 on the dress, plus my travel expenses going there and back. I'm more sad that my best friend, the bride, is having such a hard time dealing with this experience. She had her final dress fitting done yesterday and her wedding is next Saturday. Talk about cutting it close!!! Please don't give this place your business!!
