The project was delivered on time and exactly as we had discussed with them. Where we were most impressed though was in the level of customer service they provided. After removing the insulation in our basement, we found a few surprises that were covered up by the old insulation. Founders was extremely accommodating as we worked with other contractors to get those issues (unexpected and unrelated to insulation) squared away. I realize having the other contractors come in was probably pretty disruptive to their workflow, and Brian and his team said he understood our situation and did everything he could to help us out. The bad: we asked the technician to not use glue traps, and asked if any were used around the house. He said no, and said they were spring traps only. Not only did he set glue traps and several locations around the house, because he didn't disclose the use, he didn't disclose where the traps were set, so we have had to hunt around the house ourselves to remove them. We personally don't like using glue traps as they are inhumane and stated our preference for spring traps instead. Furthermore, today I found a centipede and one of the areas where he said at he sprayed, which as of this writing is less than 2 weeks after the service.

The technician messages me at least 20 minutes before arrival that they are on their way. The service yesterday was phenomenal. I had mulch recently applied to my property and it had covered some of the rodent stations. The tech reoriented and repaired the stations at all points around my home. In addition, inspections of traps inside my home and basement were performed. Additional glue traps were placed where needed and some were replaced because they had dine their job. I have never been pushed for additional services by any tech. I currently have the Gold Plus service plan. For a one time fee, they removed a wasp nest from a tree that was more than 12 feet high. I highly recommend Affordable Pest. It is a great value and I have not been disappointed once.
