Turns out it was the DC input from the charger to the motherboard; although I can see why he would recommend a motherboard swap but I already spent $200 to replace the screen... it still didn't work so I couldn't use it anywhere except my dock at home :( I only put on an extra star because I might not know exactly what I'm talking about but my laptops been working fine since I replaced this part alone, saving money VS coming to this repair shop. Would not recommend coming here unless you can dedicate a full 24 hours away from a screaming, nagging wife to fix things with your own two hands. I basically paid a professional to help me repair my own laptop so unless you're coming here for a desktop or tower PC, Stay far away from this repair.

He only charged me $100 and my television is still going strong. I had to have a new converter box and they took care of that for me had to add an inside antenna and they took care of that too. Mr. and Mrs, Coffey have all the integrity, kindness in the world. Honesty is hard to come by and the fact that they are very honest, veteran and family owned is a plus. as a mother and grandmother and a citizen of Moore I highly recommend them to anyone needing service of a T.V. They are a blessing to the town of Moore and the families they serve. Moore could use more family owned businesses in Moore. They represnt America and a family owned business.

Unfortunately I will not be back to this establishment. Karen Coffey has this place looking like a junk yard, it's got to be a fire hazard with the amount of trash she has piled up. On top of it, she's rude and doesn't know what she's talking about. They often have some bum squatting in the front playing video games. It's nice that they help the homeless but it's bad for business to have them squatting there. He stinks worse then stench that emits from Karen's desk. Karen said she sells the piled crap online but it looks like a hoarders home. If you can catch Mike at the shop alone I'd recommend coming here, but if you have to deal with Karen, turn around and walk.
