We had already ordered a Bose speaker that was not compatible with the projector and we then learned that the blue tooth speakers are not compatible with the projector because of latency in the sound. That is fine. So, when we asked about speakers that could connect with a hard wire, that is when things headed south. The guy helping us (I did not get his name) started asking us why we bought a projector and tried to get us to return the projector to Best Buy and buy a Frame television. So instead of making a commission on a nice speaker for us to connect to our projector, he tried to make a bigger sale with a television that we did not want. My touch screen laptop had began to act as if there were a virus and we weren't sure why or how…read morethis had come about so we quickly called and were told that there was a small fee to diagnose the laptop and that additional fees could accrue should parts be needed. I will add, we also had a small crack in the corner of the screen as well and questioned if that smaller crack had caused issues with the screen. This small business was able to quickly diagnose with a very simply solution and we couldn't be more grateful for the help. We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. Upon picking it up, the owner shared some business cards and I shared them within my office. For any future computer needs, this will be my first call for help!
