We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. You obviously pay markup and labor on the base price of parts, but so far the computer is running good and is a lot cleaner and prettier than if I had done it myself. I called the number for Best Buy to find out why I had not received my TV's yet. First call I was told they were on their way and then by the fourth call at 9pm at night I get told I have to wait another eight days before I receive my TV's and they install them. I told Best Buy that's not the way to treat customers that spend 1,000's of dollars with them. I think and feel that Best Buy should do what every it takes to get this done quickly and compensate for the problems. I was okay with waiting 7days but I am not okay with waiting 15 days when I spend that kind of money. Then on February 14th CRST Home Solutions contacted me to set up a appointment for installation the following week.
