I will add, we also had a small crack in the corner of the screen as well and questioned if that smaller crack had caused issues with the screen. This small business was able to quickly diagnose with a very simply solution and we couldn't be more grateful for the help. We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. Upon picking it up, the owner shared some business cards and I shared them within my office. For any future computer needs, this will be my first call for help!

After payment, technician explained to me that the TV was a "zero" LED and added that it had "no LED". Actually, TV is an OLED (Organic LED). After feeling around the TV, pushing the power button, unplugging the TV, pushing the power button again, he concluded that the video board was out. I asked how he knew that based on simply feeling his way around the unit. He explained that they have one in the shop with the same symptoms. "How do you know it isn't a power supply or a fuse? " "No, it is the video board. Let's set it on the floor and I'll open up the back and I'll check some capacitors." "No, I don't think so. We are done here. " To be fair, it may be the video board, but at that point I had zero confidence in his troubleshooting capabilities, so I sent him packing.

So many days after I received delivery of my furniture I was to call a toll free number to set up the receipt of my free TV. I believe I talked to Jon who was very pleasant and had my information completed and pick up by me done in less than 10 minutes. When I went to the store, pick up parking was clearly marked. I followed Jon's direction in asking the person at the front of the store about pick up and was directed to the spot. This was the only hitch in an otherwise smooth process as there were 2 desks manned by one clerk who was helping someone. There was no line at either desk. When I stepped up to the pick up desk, the clerk there told me to go to the other desk so we got behind the 1 customer and waited. Another clerk came up as he was called by the other clerk to help the customer he was helping with his questions. I'm next. Clerk took my ticket, checked the computer and they had it in stock told me he'd meet me at the curb to load my TV. BTW, the pick up parking is also an unmarked spot in front of the building with painted yellow curb. It took less than 15 minutes to park, wait, get my TV delivered to my vehicle.

They will tack on a bunch of fraudulent charges even after you pay it off and cancel it though they keep it open for months afterwards, packing these charges that are absolute fraud they should be investigated. The state needs to get involved and I think there should be a class action lawsuit here because I'm quite sure I'm not the only one.
