We had already ordered a Bose speaker that was not compatible with the projector and we then learned that the blue tooth speakers are not compatible with the projector because of latency in the sound. That is fine. So, when we asked about speakers that could connect with a hard wire, that is when things headed south. The guy helping us (I did not get his name) started asking us why we bought a projector and tried to get us to return the projector to Best Buy and buy a Frame television. So instead of making a commission on a nice speaker for us to connect to our projector, he tried to make a bigger sale with a television that we did not want. Once we indicated that we were not interested......HE WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN HELPING US. Such a disappointing experience.

Wires hanging from ceiling. Son wanted to look at monitors. There were only two. No prices. Not hooked up. Someone said they were remodeling. By far the safest Best Buy I have ever stepped foot in.

Visited fully intending to buy a Samsung frame TV for over my fireplace. Firstly I'd done my research and knew I needed to look at Samsung. I asked a sales clerk where they were and he told me Samsung quit making them. I told him I knew that was 100% not true. In actuality they are the main manufacturer of frame TV's even in 2026. We then went to a section and saw what we thought might be a frame TV but we it was advertised as an art TV. After looking around and obviously needing help, I decided "no, I'm not giving these people $1000! 3 men stood less than 10 feet away, 2 on phones and one just looking around. There was a woman sitting in the chair where you walk in and I stopped and told her I was ready to buy but evidently they didn't feel like waiting on me so I'd go elsewhere. I told her to tell her store manager and she actually started LAUGHING!! I said you're laughing, and you have no customers in here at 4:30 on a Saturday?? She said yeah!! I don't care where you go but don't go here! Their store manager has to be terrible to allow such terrible employees be on the floor. #Neverbestbuy!!

I paid off my financing for a new computer and request cancellation of the account and they kept it open for three months and kept ramming charges on it. Anyone you called to talk to can't seem to do anything about it. Honestly, they need to be investigated because I'm quite sure I'm not the only one they ripped off. I'm thinking class action lawsuit so do yourself a favor Steer clear at this place.

I stepped up asking how their day was and not a single word again. I want you to remember who I was sir, so this is about the PSU cable. I showed you a PSU cable and started to ask and you basically said, you didn't have one. In fact, you didn't even look at the PSU cable I had. You informed me, I needed to order form the manufacture. I knew this, but I figured you might have a PSU cable from 2022 to current year, for the brand of PSU, I have. This was basically the end of the conversation for you didn't say anything. You didn't offer to order one for me or ask if I wanted too. You didn't even say, 'you're welcome', when I left saying, 'Thank you'. Sorry, but you treated me as if I have no idea about computers, which for your information 'sir', I have been building computers since the 90's. The store is a small business in a small city, to which I was trying to give my business too. You completely shut me out and once again, I take my business directly online, OKC or DFW.

We got there a bit early, and everyone was extremely helpful getting us signed in and finding a place for us to sit while waiting for the tech -- that's my fault because we were so early. Oddly enough, our tech could best be described as the PC guy in those old, "I'm a Mac," "I'm a PC" commercials.....and now my age is showing. Anyway, the Genius got to us earlier than scheduled, which was great, but we were happily occupied watching another employee teach a tutorial on Garage Band and then phone photography. Neither of us knew they offered free classes. Who knew there was a reason to fight through the crowd? I don't recommend having Mac issues, but if you do, this is the place to take your machine.

I'm not an Apple Store afficionado, so this may be a common experience, but it's made an indelible impression on me that will keep me from ever passing across the threshold again. I was diagnosed with hyperacusis and my audiologist recommended I buy some headphones with a flowthrough audio option, so I bought some Beats Studio Pros in June. With them, I got the Apple Care Plus or whatever the "If anything happens to them, you're good" insurance is. About two months later, they failed. No biggie, they're covered. I go to the Beats page to look for where to take them, and the Apple Store was #1. I work at 63rd and May, so it's not a big side-quest to run by on the way home at night. I go to their website to see when they're open, and it states that I need an appointment. I go to schedule one, and there are -zero- appointments in the week in advance you can see. I figure this is obviously a glitch, so I call the store to see if I can get an appointment that way, and the guy who answers listens to my story and tells me that no, you really can only see a week at a time in the scheduler, and no, there are zero appointments available. BUT, since all I was doing was dropping them off (the dude tells me that they don't do anything to them, and even Apple doesn't fix them, they just send them off to be refurbished, and then send you a refurbished pair the same style and color about a week later) and since literally all I was doing was using the Apple Store as a UPS drop point, I could come up and drop them off and just sign the form. Awesome. I work 11 hour shifts, and there was literally no way I was going to be able to take time off of work in order to (checks notes) "get an appointment to literally hand a pair of headphones to someone." So I head over after work, only to be told by some kid that the door that yes, I needed an appointment. I explain that I'm just dropping off the headset. Doesn't care, I need an appointment. I tell him that I literally called that day and was told that I could drop them off without an appointment, and this little skid mark says "Yeah, you and about half of the rest of the people who just wander in." He said it so under his breath that it took me a minute to process his snipent comment, and in the mean time he says "You have to have an appointment so the genius bar can hook it up to their sensors and determine if they're going to fix it here or if it's bad enough that they need to ship them off to be fixed. That, friends and neighbors, was an outright lie. I'd already confirmed the story of the man I spoke with on the phone, when my kid told me hers had done the same thing, and wherever you take them they just send them off. At that point I just said thanks and walked out. I drove to the BestBuy in Norman on the way to my house, walked in, was asked if I had an appointment, explained what was up, and was told no big deal. Five minutes later I sign a form and they shipped them off to swap for a refurbished pair. Literally five minutes is what I expected, what I was told to expect, and what the reality was. It didn't take a "Genius", just someone smart enough to use an iPad to jot down my AppleCare number and get my signature. I now understood why they have cops in the store.
