Today the Samsung Smart TV blew up and in order to even get an appt I had to pay $107 and sit with no TV for 6 days!!! They're is bo longer a concierge line for Total Tech members and the people who handle customer service are barely understandable with their accents. They make sure you cannot escalate your frustration to anyone beyond a young Store Supervisor.
