Upon arrival, I was greeted and waited for someone to come assist me. Justice came to my rescue and got me hooked up with a new phone, all the needed accessories, and even gave me some helpful tips and tricks. At one point, my phone would not do the necessary updates so Justice and Joshua teamed up to get the issues resolved. Today the Samsung Smart TV blew up and in order to even get an appt I had to pay $107 and sit with no TV for 6 days!!! They're is bo longer a concierge line for Total Tech members and the people who handle customer service are barely understandable with their accents. They make sure you cannot escalate your frustration to anyone beyond a young Store Supervisor. I wish I had read something like this before renewing my Total Tech plan...except for actual Geek Squad, ie, computer people, it is useless.
