Now, I needed to verify my identity as an authorized user. The only way to verify identity was through call or text, which was going to be a problem since I didn't have a working SIM card. The girl helping me approached two other girls working there how we should figure this out since my SIM card wasnt working . They had no idea what to do. Seemed like we were sitting around waiting for lighting to strike. They even told me to try sending the verification code through again to see if it would work on the WiFi. No, it didn't! It was only after the final time I sent a verification code that the girl helping me had the BRIGHT idea to take my SIM card out and put back in. Well, now my phone works. Now I can get a verification code. But...it was too late and I'm locked out of verification attempts for the next 24 HOURS. SO I HAVE TO TRY AGAIN TOMORROW. You'd think that could've been suggested earlier. Now I've completely wasted my time. I'm going to another location.

Without actually explaining that was what they were doing....... We had a wonderful experience at the Verizon in Edmond on Broadway. Damaris helped us figured everything out and easily upgraded my phone with no issues (& no added lines lol) and he was great company while we had to wait to transfer my phone over. Highly recommend this location! And Damaris!!

I had been on the phone with Verizon previously this morning trying to fix a phone calling problem…read moreto a particular number when I lost my texting ability and then I couldn't call out to any number - also I had no internet service away from my house on my phone. I came here, frantic and stressed. A polite man with a beard helped me right away, asked me what the problems were with my phone. In 15 minutes he was able to get my texting capabilities back along with the ability to call out to any number including the certain number that I had not been able to make a call to - plus, finally my internet service was working away from home. My personal experience here was great and I was thankful that the store was not too far from my house.

STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON…read more Just to be clear for anyone who doesn't live near a Verizon store, they cannot provide their own customers, with a simple yes or no if they have any stock of iPhones. Not a simple yes or no. Well F YOU Verizon and your rules. I've needed a reason to change cell carriers anyway.

We did look at a couple of phones and a very helpful employee came over (James, ask for him he's great). Not only did he help us get the phone that we wanted but he helped us with our bill and the additional extra (got a tablet and I feel like one of those happy families in a Verizon Christmas commercial). I think we were at the Verizon store for about 2 hours but he was patient the entire time and understood where we were stuck on. We are very happy with this store in particular. On another occasion, I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S10+ earlier this year and someone went all the way down to Norman to go pick up the very last one. Honestly, these people go above and beyond every single time. 11/10

She even spelled it) would allow me to talk to someone else who I could understand. She told me to hang up and call back (after I'd gone thru all the crappy Automative system just to talk to a human in the first place!) if I wanted to talk to someone else. I asked to speak to her supervisor but she told me to verify my acct before she would. I said I'd be happy to verify my acct to whomever her supervisor was & when she allowed me to speak to them. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. I literally waited for 30 minutes while she said nothing. Then the call ended. Verizon is the largest cellular system and you can't provide better customer service? This is why your customers are leaving in droves. I was paying over $100 for their services. I am paying $20/mo. with Consumer Cellular. For the same service. Verizon is such a scam. I was only trying to find out why Verizon continued billing me -- even after I'd been on the phone with both Consumer cellular & Verizon (3-way call) to get a "porting pin" from Verizon so I could switch my phone number to consumer cellular. I couldn't understand what this Reuth's English. So I'm passing all this information onto the public. Your customer service sucks, Verizon!
