PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!! I brought in my lonovo computer to have…read morethe screen fixed. When I brought it in the computer still worked and I could still use the touch screen, all it had was a crack in the screen and that was it! Steve said it would be $150 to fix. Six weeks later I called and they said that they took the protective glass off and glued it to a new screen and that all they had left was to remove the bubbles under protective glass. I thought "no big deal" all I asked was that they please be quick I'm losing money every day I don't have this computer. Two weeks go by and no call what so ever. I call and they tell me that the computer needs a whole new top and it would be $280. So I drove up there to get my computer to take to someone else because obviously they don't know what they are doing. When they brought me my computer it was totally disassembled and the screen was further damaged and the whole computer had dirt and a sticky residue all over it. I was quite upset! Steve (the owner) refused to put it back together and give me the work order on it. So I took what was once a computer over to quick fix and they told me that "who ever took this apart still has the protective glass, screws and part of the screen and all this will have to be replaced." Also they said the top plug in for the computer screen had been damaged when it was disassembled. After learning parts are still missing I called Steve to say that I'm coming to get the parts. Steve cocked and attitude and said " I can mail them to you but you better not come back to my store". So I called the cops and they had to come out while i went to ask Steve for my parts back. Steve acted dumb and said I don't have them. Sooooooooooooooooo now I have to replace the whole top because Steve at Computer Masters has no idea what he is doing. Later that day Steve Fritz called and threatened me twice AND called my place of business because I wrote a review on his Facebook page and yelp. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! Very unprofessional Steve "the criminal" Fritz.

The problem lies with the owner he has an issue with my boyfriend who used to work there. They harassed him daily and eventually tried to say he was stealing from the store and wanted to walk him out in handcuffs, can you imagine. Take a look around the store my boyfriend Cody got tired of it and quit then so did Jessie, so did Nick, so did Sam, all of them good men and knew what they were talking about. They all got tired of the over controlling "boss" asshat "leader" and quit. Well that's the back story, my boyfriend comes in all the times working on multiple vehicles, he comes in to get a $5 fuse holder his melted in his truck so we go to pick one up as I'm getting off work from my job at Chickfila, I have a coffee and my vape in my hand, we go in I put my vape in my pocket and we walk to the isle and we find what we need we pay and walk out. The "boss" who cashed us out DID ask us if we needed fuses and boyfriend says "nope, we're fine got them at home" and walk out nothing to it. Well, my father in law calls us and says we're banned? "What why??" "They think you stole a thing of fuses?" "What???, What are you talking about" "yep that's all they said "don't come back because they said yall stole something?" "Excuse me what? We were in there for a whole 10 minutes why did no one walk up to us? That's a store full of men why wouldn't they would walk up and ask us to empty our pockets?" If he thinks I took something why did he take the time to cash us out? This behavior is unacceptable, ridiculous and unprofessional. I'm very sorry all your inventory is inaccurate, at any given time they will tell you they have something and you get there and "they can't seem to find it" "inventory isn't always accurate online" this that and the third. If you genuinely think that we took something you could've said something to us and not proceed to cash us at the register. Show me your cameras then you weirdo.
