I was a 21 year customer of AT&T internet and phone. AT&T recently installed fiber in our neighborhood, and I will make a side note that while they were installing the fiber optic in our neighborhood, they hit the water lines twice and the gas lines once period. However, I digress. A salesman came to her house and ask if we would like to switch to AT&T fiber. I advised that I was happy with your uverse currently, but I would consider it later, at no time did they advise me my internet would end and I was mandated to switch. A couple days later, I was working from home and 11 AM my internet turned off. I rebooted and went through the normal procedures, and then called ATT to check on it. They advised initially that I had to switch to fiber optic , and that's why it was cut off. I was then transferred to the cancelation department and was advised there was an outage in the area and that it would come back on. Customer service acknowledged that I was never advised that my service would end and the service never came back on. So basically, AT&T installed fiber optic in my area cut me off with later, emaiedl saying I would have to July 14 to make the change before it was cut off. Advancing technology and change is not my issue. It was how it was handled with not giving me at least a week or 2 to make changes and possibly keep AT&T with fiber. Slow they take too long with everything. Slow as hell.seems like on the store in the city....

Went in for a simple question about my plan and ended up waiting for 1 hour and 35 min. My question took less than 5 min to answer. Watched multiple employees walk around with this bored look on their face.. if you must insist to, make sure that you a lot enough time as well as pack a lunch/dinner for your trip. Employee that help he was more interested in not looking me in the face, but rather at looking around to see what else was going on. So I had to come to this location because I did you a trade for my iPhone and I thought that since I'm just trading in my old phone that this wouldn't take very long but I think the entire process took about 20 to 30 minutes. The staff was friendly but I had to remind them I've been waiting for a while to speed up the process. This place had a lot of the newer technology to test out kind of like the Apple Store. Don't go to this store! I purchased internet & TV from them about 6 months ago with the salesman telling me would receive 2-$100 gift cards in 6 weeks as a "promotion" to new service. I got the first one within 6 weeks, never received the 2nd one. I have been to this store twice since & talked to the store manager, Megan. I have never been treated so badly! The last time in she basically said this was not her problem, it was a promotion & the store was not responsible for helping any further! WHAT!!! They want your money, but if they promised you something you may or may not get it. Good Luck! What happened to customer service, it is nonexistent at this store! Trey help me with changing my family service plan and offered a great solution with shared data and unlimited talk for all three smartphones. I even found out tethering is now included. Trey careful examination I saved $90 a month. That my fault for letting my plan get out of hand and not adjusting but Trey did a great job. The place does buy sometimes even with alot of staff I was lucky to avoid the rush. read more

I live in Norman and wanted to go into an AT&T store to upgrade a device for my son's birthday. Went to a Norman location and they were on a wait. I chose to go during the day on Monday to hopefully avoid that. They said I would have to wait in my car (it was raining, I had left my working phone at home, & they didn't have a good way to notify me when it was my turn) so I said no thanks and decided to give this location a try. No wait here and the representative was so helpful! My license was expired (had ordered another a couple of months ago but still not delivered) so he told me the best way to get the phone I wanted & was able to get it delivered to my house the next day. I was really happy with the help I received here and he turned my day around! read more

Scott was very unprofessional.. He would talk over me after he asked me to explain my problem. He also kept putting his hand up trying to signal me to stop talking.. The manager also did the same thing.. They try to talk you in circles even though they don't know what is going on.. AT ALL.. Honestly none of them should be there but i'm sure nothing will get solved. They're a union labor and don't give a S*IT about their job to volunteer genuine help.. Nor very satisfied at all and will never be stepping foot in there again.. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to be treated like a child. read more

Poor customer service. I've been on the phone with At&t all day yesterday trying to figure out why my iPhone 6s back light keeps turning on and off and I can't see my screen at all unless I stare closely into it so instead of wasting time on the phone, I came to the store and was greeted promptly. As soon as I tell them the issue, they said I'm up next with their appt. system. 22minutes pass by and I'm shaking. No one has helped me and 5sales associates are just taking other customers who are either needing to buy or better yet, someone they can make money on. Finally a guy asked if I'm helped yet, and he said I needed to go to the Apple Store at penn square mall. This has to be the most awful customer experience I've had with At&t. I have all my internet, phone, and iPad with the company and this just helped with my decision to switch. read more

I did not go to the store, but my apartment makes us use AT&T U-verse as our only choice for Internet service. they quoted me one price for Internet and TV and based on my bill in my opinion, they raised the price by $20 per month. In my opinion it seems they were trying to buy another company so they were just trying to get sales. I would not trust anything they say and get everything in writing before you sign for anything and before you have someone come to your house to set up the service. make sure they actually send you an email because in my opinion I've never received any email. read more

Good visit today. My bill went up due to the ending of a promotion for my U verse service. I spoke with Michael McKay who was straight up with me. Pay the new price, or change to direct TV and save. He also gave me a third option which is to call the retention team who could possibly let me stay with u verse and give me a new promotion which Michael was unable to do at the store. Took his advice and called 611. Tiffany understood my call and is now saving me more then before. These bills are already to high, if I can keep them as low as possible, I'm happy. read more

Went to this store to get info on direct tv. I was very interested. I ended up getting rid of my cox home phone, alarm, and cable. I ended getting direct tv with $100 promotional gift card and digital life with $100 promotional gift card. Our customer representative was Jordan. Very nice guy. I was watching the Sunday ticket on the tv. He also said that we get that for 1 year free with your direct tv. I said cool. I leave and then the next Sunday comes and still no Sunday ticket. I go back and talk to Jordan. He talks to his boss and they say they will get it fixed. Week 2 comes and still no Sunday ticket. I go back again. I talk to the same boss that Jordan talked too and he took down my information and said he would fix it. Week 3 comes and still no Sunday ticket. So now I'm pissed because I feel like they lied. So I finally get a hold of direct tv on the phone and they transfer me to the Sunday ticket department. They said they never called and there is nothing on my account about having Sunday ticket. So now I'm pissed and told them to transfer me back because I want to cancel everything because it was all a lie. They ended up giving it to me and apologizing to me for the mix up. It took 5 minutes. Now 4 months later I call about my promotional gift cards and they said they know nothing about those either. What a bunch of LIARS. They did it for me anyway after being on the phone for a while. My suggestion to you is read your receipt before you leave the store. If it is not on your reciept YOU WILL NOT GET IT. I have been coming to this store for a really long time and I want to say first every representative in the store always tries to help me. Even if I can't be helped I've had to go to Apple a few times and I get that sometimes is the case. Over the last year or so I've had to come a few times Because I have directv and phones. I've worked with a girl name Stephanie, also a guy named Eric, and most recently a guy named Robbie all of which are great they are so nice and helpful and act as if they care about my problems and Not just what I want to buy, I understand what it's like to make commission so I always try to buy at least a charger when I come in for help. Love them all. What my problem with the store is the manager well the lady manager I think it's Megan, or maybe Morgan.. do not let her assist you! She has medium length curly brown hair. She acts as if she is better then everyone and cuts you off when you try to talk to her. I've noticed she is not very friendly to the employees of the store and almost even talks down to them. I don't like that. One of the visits the store rep went away to get me something from the back and she informed me while she was gone that most of them mess up and that's why she is still assisting and was very Condescending , The person helping me was I believe Stephanie at this time. Stephanie was very smart I don't know why a manager would talk about her employees like that. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I hope these employees realize they are doing a good job and that this "manager" is making their jobs even harder by treating them like they are lesser then herself. Again I would advice anyone to talk to the staff they all seem so kind and want to help. The manager on the other hand avoid her. I don't normally do reviews like this and had it been maybe one I wouldn't have posted this I get people have bad days, but as I mentioned before I come in there a lot for help and she is always this way. If I didn't enjoy working with the staff so much I would go to a different location. I am happy with At&t service, my iPhone, and my directv. It's true what they say: one bad employee can destroy a companies reputation and I am sure in my heart I am not the only person who feels this way about this women or has said that.
