You think we can't tell when you are acting differently to us than others? And your rudeness shows. I witnessed how you treated others. I interviewed others who worked here priorly too. Some sad things you've said. Very concerned for the atmosphere you've created. Shame on you...

She immediately helped me and pointed me in the direction of some flare bottom jeans that I asked for. She set up a fitting room right away and put some items in my dressing room she thought I'd like.... which I ended up buying haha. The jeans I thought I wanted I ended up not liking, she brought me some jeans she thought I might like and I ended up buying them both. I went in thinking I was going to maybe get lucky with finding one pair of jeans that I somewhat liked. But I left with 3 bottoms and a lot of tops ahha. I loved everything she picked and now I can't wait to go to the rodeo Saturday to wear my new jeans! Trinity was extremely good at her job and in suggesting items. I used to be a manager for a retail store and she definitely goes over and beyond a customers expectation. She knows her store well and the items they carry. I will definitely be back to shop at Buckle again and most importantly come back to shop with Trinity. She seems to know my style more than I do haha. She even picked a super cute outfit for my daughter. Thank you!

I wasn't greeted when entering the store. Not one smile from anyone who worked there. Not one person (there were three working and only one had a customer as there were only two customers in the entire store and I was one of them) offered to help me or ask if I needed anything. One of the women actually was standing around in my way when I tried to look at a pair of shoes and finally moved out of the way and proceeded to start coughing violently near me. Really grossed me out. She actually then left the storefront to the back of the store to finish hacking away. The woman at the counter rang me up and never once asked if I found everything I needed, was a member, wanted to sign up for a store card...NOTHING. Hands down the most unpleasant experience I've ever had shopping in Oklahoma. I'm ashamed to have even spent a dime in this store due to their lack of professionalism and courtesy. All of these people need to be replaced for better sales staff. I think the woman who was dealing with the one other customer in the store was the manager. She was much older and clearly in her own world while the other two proceeded to make a less than desirable experience for someone like myself. Thankfully I found what I needed but I'm afraid the heels I purchased may have been a tad larger than needed and now I'm dreading going back to this location so I will probably make a point to return them elsewhere. Very miserable experience, thanks horrible sales team!
