Owner then decides to lecture me and accuse me of telling her how to run her business. Rude, condescending, embarrassing, hateful people! Last time I was there the lady at the cash register was extremely helpful and very personable when I checked out. On the after Easter sale I bought a bunch of Peeps here for much cheaper than going to Walmart.

They need more selection on men's shoes in size 13 and they need to have some better sales now and then. We have had decent luck finding some deals on casual shoes in the discount room. Service has been hit or miss depending on who is in the store.

The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended.
