The store used to have a lot more good deals than I have been able to find lately. As a size 13, it is annoying to be told... well... go online and they will ship it to you. If I wanted to shop online for shoes, it would not be at the higher price website for Shoe Dept. They need more selection on men's shoes in size 13 and they need to have some better sales now and then. We have had decent luck finding some deals on casual shoes in the discount room. On June 25, 2024 I have taken my sister to the shoe depot in midwest city, Oklahoma . we shopped there many of times and as we we shopping and getting things ready to make our purchase you hear the guy manager and the female assistant manager standing around just being rude and ugly as the proceed to have something smart about every one that steps foot in that location. one day prior to this trip to shoe depot off 29 the street in Midwest city , Ok. we became talked about and out down. the entire time we trying to shop and not let it show how they were treating us. but little they know just bc my form of payment didn't run through that night there's plenty of it were it comes from. that had made me livid you can't go around talking about people and not knowing there situation, well so you know we are this family that's spends 1600 bucks on one pair of. retro 11 low top peanut butter bottoms navy blue snake skin , so yeah. wrong person wrong day. so tonight I took my sister back to have her exchange her shoes fa different type of shoe , the ones I bought were hurting her to bad, they were never worn and they flat out yelled at her oh you the one that had the demoed check. maam he says to her you need you take ur shoes back with you , and you know you wrote a bad check for them , i said wow my phone number can prove that we paid cash for them. but better yet she better not be near me, I will not stop ti these two looks there jobs working with the public name and so badly did that in public when they know it was on there end when they couldnt even get the check to scan or register to process it. but have the nerves to lie in us. well I'm calling. corporate in the morning. and I refuse to allow them to get a way with this it's called drama laziness and I'll fix that all for you but letting people know ur actions DONOT BY FROM SHOE DEPOT OFF 29 th in Midwest city that's read more

Customer service is a zero. Asked for help finding a shoe that was for sale in the store and the response was it's over there somewhere. Store is unorganized. Upon walking in one of the sales persons was trying to organize crocs my standing in a ladder and throwing them down onto the floor. Selling shoes in the discount section for regular price pretty much and they aren't even the same size. Asking for help is a bothersome task for them. There was one lady that did help and did advise another worker to retrieve a shoe that she found. She needs a raise. Overpriced shoes that seem to be cheaper at other stores. read more

I shopped at this store on 05/07/2019, 17:36. I was waiting on my order at Chillis to get ready. So, I went in to kill time. Not soon after we had entered, my 9 yr. old fell in love with a pair of Juicy Couture tennis that she noticed. They were really cute and only 29.99. I had her try on the shoes. When we took them out of the box, they appeared to have been worn; there was dirt on the bottom of both shoes, black scuff marks all around the shoes, and there was a large (permanent) crease in the back of one. So, I told her that we couldn't purchase them unless they had another sz 5 in the back. We took the shoes up front and asked the salesperson. She informed me that those were the only sz 5. I agreed to purchase the shoes, only if we could get a discount because the shoes clearly had been worn. The salesperson agreed and left to ask her manager if the shoes could be discounted. After waiting over 10 min, I asked another salesperson if they could please see what was taking so long. The salesperson came from the back and informed me that the manager was in the back cleaning the shoes!! I told her, I couldn't wait and had food waiting. A few minutes later, the manager walks from the back (still) cleaning the shoes and proceeded to continue to clean the shoes in front of other customers and myself, for another 15 min or more. I was in disbelief!! I couldn't imagine, selling a pair of shoes to the public that required cleaning them for over .30 or more minutes. That was beyond trifling and unsanitary. And, I still had to take the shoes home and finish cleaning and disinfecting them. I was advised, by the mgr., it was against store policy to offer discounts for used/worn products. I guess, it's okay and not against store policy to return used items. So, I encourage others to wear their shoes and return them. It couldn't be against store policy. read more

Love the shoes, hate the staff. The most rudest women I have ever talked to. Last 3 times I have been in the store, the 2 women were sitting/hiding behind the counter and playing on their cell phones and couldn't be bothered to help customers. read more

Terrible shoe store. No customer service. There are nothing but young kids working at this location. Pro-tip: just because you're helping someone find a shoe, and you bring them up to the register, you don't just put them at the front of the line when other people have been waiting. read more

The staff at this store was not helpful at all. I went in on my lunch break looking to buy a pair of shoes. I picked out the shoes I wanted immediately, but they only keep one shoe in the box. I had to find someone to bring me the other shoe, then it took her more than 5 minutes to get the shoe from the back room. After that, there was no one at the counter. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check me out. There as a girl stocking shelves, and I made eye contact with her 2-3 times during this 10 minutes. She didn't come to check me out until I walked over to her and asked to be checked out. Horrible customer service. read more

I had the worst experience in this store. They have so many cute shoes but with the way I was treated I don't know if I will go back. There was only one customer in the store at the time I came in. I went directly to the checkout counter because I had them put shoes on hold for me so I was picking them up. The one customer came up behind me and then I saw the girl that works there coming up to the counter. She makes no eye contact and starts messing with some boots in a box on the counter like she was ringing them up and she barely mutters (without looking at me) "did you find everything ok?" and I said "oh those aren't mine" and she RUDELY says "I know! I asked you if you found everything ok!" then she starts ringing up the man that was behind me. After she was done she just walks off to the back without saying a word the whole time. then a lady comes up with my box of shoes in her hands and I ask if she was the manager and she said yes. I told her the girl that was just here was very rude to me and it was the worst I have ever been treated. She said she would take care of it and that she was sorry. Now, to make things worse I have to go back in there to exchange the shoes for a different pair. When someone treats you that way it just makes the whole rest of your day blah. read more
