First I love that this location is not in a mall. Next, the store was very clean and displays were stylish. The floor wasn't cluttered with racks and there is a good flow of movement to all areas of the shop. It is a smaller Torrid but the staff was friendly and helpful. Let's face it, you can't beat the order pick up.... Unless you add curbside (hint hint) With all that being said- I plan on returning soon! read more

I give this store a 5. I would have given more stars if offered. The store is always clean. The selection is great, and I love the sales. This staff is very friendly, and one of the assistant managers went out of her way to help make sure I found everything. She showed me to the fitting room and got me sizes that I needed. They always have great selections. I love shopping at this store. read more

This is my favorite Torrid location. I have cracked the system. I hate trying clothing on if I know my size and what I want. To see new patterns I scan in the app, see the pattern on one of the models they have with different body types then decide if it's right for me. I took my mom so we could spend my torrid cash. Vanessa helped us complete our purchase and assisted with a dressing room to try on items. Even when I was shopping she was kind enough to come to get me for my mom. I really enjoyed her personality and energy. I miss working there when I see personalities like hers. It has been over 5 years and I have been to all Okc and Norman locations. This one is my favorite due to the size of the store and layout. The layout is usually assigned but this store is by far the one that makes the most sense to me now as a consumer. The managers and employees are always busy but friendly and willing to stop to help. read more

Look, I don't know what my relationship with Torrid is. On the one hand, it's all fine and dandy to have a store geared towards bigger women (starting at size 10 which I don't consider big, but gotta start the low self esteem train somewhere). On the other hand, the same company is more than happy to use this "love yourself" model to gouge the ever loving %&$ out of their customer base: **RANT** You can try to use the "extra fabric" argument all day long but I can assure you it takes a goooood few sizes out until that may even become a real concern. My size (2X, 18/20) doesn't take up that much more fabric, certainly not $60 more. **END** PRODUCT: Now, to be honest, the quality of the clothing is good as far as I've come across. So that's a saving grace. It doesn't seem cheaply made, but even so, the price is still a bit steep for many simple items. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The ladies here are very nice and helpful. They're always willing to lend a hand, open a dressing room, find a product, or look for discounts. read more

Cute clothes but terrible customer service. The staff spends more time talking to each other than really talking to the customer. I've been in three times prior to this visit and the customer service has not changed. While I hate being hounded by sales people, I don't even get a "can we help you find anything today?" from the staff AT ALL. It's a shame that this is happening because this is one of the few stores aimed at just "plus sized"women. It makes me sad that they are like this because some women desperately need help with events and what not but can't find that help here. read more

We visited this store on Saturday and I have to say the customer service was on point, and the red and black for the season was great!!! I really really wish that the bra section was a little better organized. I mean they do have a section that is labeled, but it's never in order. That is really my only complaint. I simply love TORRID! This is now my go to store for all of my clothes. I give up on Lane Bryant as TORRID has the hippest trip in America when it comes to up-in-style clothing. The best part: The PRICE! I got more bang out of my dollars there than even at the Avenue and Lane Bryant combined. TORRID is now my new Fashion Bug for Clothes. read more

It's been 2 years and this torrid is just as awful. I waited for 10-15 minutes to try on clothes while off the clock employees tried clothes on for one another while customers waited. I'm not sure how they continue to hire people who don't want to work...but they do. I'd avoid this torrid and shop at the outlet mall. Much better customer service., read more
