I love boutiques and am a huge supporter of locally owned businesses. However, this place is not my favorite and I will not likely ever return. I first heard about it when a friend tagged me on Facebook that if you walk the catwalk they give you a free shirt. Curious, we planned to meet up during her lunch break at Tee for the Soul. When I entered, my first thought was that it's clean, huge, and it made me smile to be in a girls only environment. After looking around I soon discover that the store revolves around one look: huge oversized tops, tunics, and dresses with colorful leggings. None of which are my style. They carry sizes 4-24, and there was nothing in my size! I'm a medium (6-8) and their medium size tops looks like an XXL. Their smalls look still too big. There was too much florals and not enough solids and other less flowery patterns. I just can't dress like I go pick flowers in the meadows everyday. Just can't. Their shoes are just plain and okay. Nothing that caught my attention. Then, my friend tried on a flowery dress with one of those giant oversized sleeves like the 70's kind of style. I thought it was cute on her but hemline ended at the middle of her thighs. I suggested a belt and the belt just made the dress rise up higher. Just not a good look! We think it's made to wear with leggings... once again the leggings with the loose dress look that I'm not fond of. My friend decided she would walk the catwalk for her free shirt. (I opted out of the free shirt deal.) When we walked up to the register to get her shirt we found out only a certain shirt was free. That's okay, right? But no, it isn't. I can tell the cashier looked irritated that we didn't buy anything and is just there for the free shirt. Hey, we spent at least 30 minutes in there looking, but didn't see anything we love. I didn't say anything to my friend and during lunch, my friend asked if I noticed the lady was agitated that she asked for a free shirt and we both laughed out loud. It was one of those things where you notice something but don't say it until someone else who also notices it bring it up. Anyway, I would suggest offering a discount for doing a catwalk instead of making it awkward to get a free shirt if it's advertised. That is one of my biggest pet peeves. Overall, this boutique is not my favorite nor will it be my go to place to shop. I think the clothes are aim towards older women and plus sizes. They're not figure flattering and are definitely made to wear with colorful and crazy pattern leggings. The store is super cute and spacious. The experience was worth a visit but not a return. read more

I am a little upset because I have been a loyal customer of them and spent thousands of dollars. I earned rewards due to my spending. I do love their models so much. Now let's talk about customer service. In 4 years, I have never complained until this week. When I checked out it showed free shipping, so I hit the button to buy. Later, when I opened my email it charged me shipping. I reached out...and basically it doesn't matter that I have been a loyal customer...it doesn't matter i have spent thousands. Cute! Cute! Cute! Clothes, Shoes, Jewelry, Purses, Hats...the list just seems to keep getting longer! Myself, my friends, & family members quickly became obsessed with TFS! In fact, it is my Go-To Gift Card & gift getting place for my favorite ladies! There is so much to say about TFS, forgive me if I leave something out! The first and what I like to think is the most awesome part of this place is the Range in sizing! When TFS says they are a women's boutique for all, they mean it! They offer super cute clothing ranging from something like Size 4-26! Now that is diversity and all encompassing and I love it! The store front is in a nice little brick strip of buildings in Edmond off of 15th and Fretz. Once you walk in, (and instantly get greeted!) you can see the entirety of what is happening. From the Catwalk(Yep! There's a Catwalk in here! Be bold and use it!) to the large selection of clothing to choose from, you know it's going to be a good time! TFS also has an awesome online presence. They consistently update with Live videos for their new arrivals and post inspirational quotes regularly...always keeping their ladies positive! Plus their online selection is even more impressive(to me) than the in store. You can spend hours getting lost on their site! If you haven't tried Tee for the Soul, give it a go! You might get hooked like we did and not want to look back! read more

Solid locally owned women's fashion emporium. Located in one of the newer ish strip malls in Edmond there will be plenty of parking. Except for this store it doesn't look like much. Google maps works just fine and there is plenty of signage on the street to guide you in. This is a fairly large store with considerable inventory, about seven changing rooms, lounge chairs, a small catwalk, conventional mirrors and a high tech full length mirror thingy that allows you a 360 view of what you look like in any given outfit. There are considerable staff to help you should you need it and a small children's play area. This is a one stop shop-they carry full ensembles of clothing-shoes, accessories, blouses, pants,jeans skirts, dresses and hats are all in stock in a vast array of styles. This store aims for the spot between the one size fits all concept of mass retail chains and the exclusivity of custom fitting. There is a wide variety of sizing for every body shape. The jeans are a particular standout as getting good fitting jeans is pretty much impossible at target/wal mart/etc. and custom jeans are ridiculously expensive. The pricing on jeans here is fair, won't break the bank, and it's entirely possible to get a great custom fit. Not all the styles of dress are equal, but there's enough variety to find something that'll make you look good. Overall I was quite taken with this place. The lengths they go to in order to make one feel comfortable/find something fashionable that fits is .....well, pretty awesome. In case it matters, my mother in law recommended this place as due some small medical issues my spouse- and I- did not necessarily feel comfortable fitting clothes elsewhere. This was a five star experience. They do have an online presence and can ship should you so chose. read more

Their personal shoppers are the best and their jeans have converted me since the first pair I ever bought there. Extremely comfortable. Highly recommend it. I drive 2 1/2 hours to go to this store. Do not buy from this store online unless you make sure that your size, color and fit are accurate. If you want to return or exchange anything you have to send back on your dime, then you only receive a store credit for replacements. NO REFUNDS!!!! Also, the inventory to replace what you want is not available. So in a nutshell. They get to keep your money until what you want is in stock. read more

DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Customer service Jeanna is extremely rude. Repeating policy at me when I didn't realize the item I returned was a sale item and didn't qualify. Btw their website told me it was a qualifying return but apparently it isn't capable of tell you that. She basically told me I was a liar when I said I didn't know that that was a sale item and that it was written all over the website in the checkout etc. she did nothing but constantly repeat the policy to me and instructed me that if I wanted the item returned I would have to pay the shipping back when I had to pay the shipping to send it to them in the first place. Their policies are ridiculous as far as that goes. Unfortunately they have lost a long-time customer. Where they went wrong was calling me a liar and saying I knew when I didn't. I would have not sent the item back had I known. I would have gladly taken it back but I wasn't going to pay shipping and listen to that lady fuss at me. He said they were going to donate it when they can fully resell the item in the season or not. The item in question is definitely an item from Christmas and New Years and she had the nerve to tell me it was end of season, when they still are selling the item on their website. Full disclosure: My daughter works at this store, but I love it! The store is so large with tons of inventory, and the décor is so cute! I know that the workers really care about their customers, and have seen some less than 5 star reviews on here, so I'm sorry that some people have had a bad experience. This is the first place where I can always find something cute and makes me feel good to wear it. To me, the prices seem very affordable for a boutique experience. I've been to the store, but live in Illinois so mostly I just buy on-line. I do have a trip planned in a few weeks, though and can't wait! I just purchased my first order EVER from TFTS... I was really nervous because I hate buying clothes without trying them on... The first order I got was 3 shirts... I paid $16 each for them... I LOVED every single one of them... The next day I got my other order which was 3 more shirts that I paid $12 each for... I LOVED all 3 of them... One is a little too big but I think if I take it to a seamstress I could get it taken in very easily... I noticed a small hole in one of the shirts when I was trying them on... I am not one to complain and since I got it for so cheap I almost thought that I shouldnt say anything but I did... I sent an email and literally within 5 minutes I had a response... I wont go in to detail about all the email exchanges but I will say that it is 4 hours later and I just received an email stating that my new shirt was on the way... It was a FABULOUS experience... I cant wait to be able to purchase more new items from TFTS... I can do it in confidence knowing that their employees customer service goes above and beyond... I first saw the store on Facebook. I live in Florida and have not been able to visit the store location. I thought FINALLY! great quality clothing in sizes for girls w/ a chest and hips. I read reviews and found most items ran true to size. I ordered my regular size, and it was like someone had draped fabric over me. The dress was completely see through. I didn't return in time for a refund, but i did get a store credit. I bought another dress and bought 2 sizes smaller. The dress fits great, but the length is not proportional. I wouldn't be able to wear without leggings, it is still completely see through :( I really wanted to believe in this shop because i love their mantra and what they stand for, but if you cant provide boutique quality clothing, you shouldn't charge boutique prices. I could have bought the same quality of dresses on amazon for a fraction of the price. I did receive great customer service though. read more

If I could leave a 0 review I would. I have purchased with TFTS before and was happy but this recent purchase was very disappointing. The quality of the clothes is pitiful. I loved the top (willing to purchase even though I thought it was very over priced) and after seeing it on the model I knew I would love it on me which is why I paid the high price and can say they look completely different. The tops are completely see through and look very poorly made. After speaking with customer service, it seems that they do not care that I am unhappy with my purchase and that I am wrong because "everyone else thinks they have great quality and they never hear this type of comment". My only option is to pay for return shipping for an already over priced tank top to only exchange it for something of the same quality (I understand their policies, but could have at least given me a credit or something). Needless to say I will be spending my money else where and not recommending them anymore. Just so frustrating and disappointing to feel treated like this. read more

I saw this business on Facebook so decided to see it in person. They have cute things but their customer service is definitely lacking. When I went in I was told a general layout of the store. Each item is numbered for their online business. When I told the salesperson my size she said "Good luck, you might want to start in the back. That size is the first to sell out". I started looking and definitely had a hard time finding my size. I found a top I liked in my size and started to look for leggings. All the leggings were 3x on one side or small on the other. I asked about others and a sales person said she could look in the back but only if I gave her a specific color or style and size. She was not willing to show me what all might be available. She did come out with one pair that might fit. I tried them on and really wanted to try a different size and color. But I didn't want to have to beg the sales person for each color or size and try them on one at a time. She wasn't willing to just show me what all might be available. If the customer doesn't have access to the clothing, how are you supposed to buy it? My advice is to stick to mail order with this company. read more
