While they did have a good selection of clothes from various designers I was very disappointed in the sale ladies lack of customer service and constant judgmental stares right when I walked in the door. I was dressed down in athletic clothes so I guess their only going to acknowledge and help you if your dressed to the nines when you walk in. While I was planning on spending money there on this pair of shorts I was really wanting, I ended up putting them back after not getting any help or acknowledgement from anyone. Another example was when I asked where their sale shoes were and one of them just pointed in a general direction without saying a word and walked away, leaving me to try to find them myself. Even when I walked out of the dressing room there was a daughter and her mom trying on dresses and the sales lady was doting on them but didn't give me a second glance when I came out of the dressing room right beside them. I work at a luxury retail store myself as a manager and I would never let something like this happen. It was a very upsetting experience and so I would highly recommended instead going to Balliets instead which is close by. They had a much better selection of contemporary clothing along with all the sales staff being super friendly and helpful the entire time to me.

Jennifer shaved me (face, neck, and head), while Kit shaved my husband (face and neck only).
