Won't be back. I had $50 in Kohls bucks expiring. They weren't showing up in my app so I asked…read morewoman at service desk about it. Her level of rudeness was off the charts!! At first she told me she couldn't help it or fix it. Luckily I had my receipts that showed the amounts. She was able to easily pull them up using my phone. It showed $50. She said go shop and it will be on your account when you check out. She was still acting extremely irritated but by this time I was giving it back. I found something and went back to the register, put in my phone and it showed $30!! Having already spent 20 minutes arguing with them I went back to customer service and asked a young girl. She said she didn't know why I didn't have $50. She called the rude old woman back over. The woman huffed and puffed and began her condescending attitude immediately. I showed her my receipts and told her she had just shown me $50 before I shopped. She said "nope, never happened. You had $40, we took $10 off for your $20 return so now you have $30." I said NOOOO. Look at my receipts. I have $50. If you took of $10 for a return, I should now have $40! Again she argued and argued trying to gaslight me and make me feel stupid. She walked away and said "I give u, call a manager." A manager came and I started showing her my receipts and again telling her the story. She pulled up my account, found I did indeed have $40 and rang me up. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get my damn Kohls bucks. I asked how I could get it to show up in my app and no one knew or would bother to find out. I also asked how I could redeem the Kohls points that show up on my receipts but not in app. They were brusque and brushed it off. I hate kohls now and won't step foot in this store again. Rude workers and I truthfully think the company tells them to not give customers their rewards! Closing my Kohls card and never returning.

I recently went here for some Christmas shopping and I appreciate the selection of purse stores and box lunch for cartoon/anime accessories. They do have a cafeteria area that has a couple shops to get food and drinks. I've never eaten there, but I did try the boba before. It was good, but you can't adjust the sweetness on the drinks. I love that they have some neat areas with large heaters that look like flames. We came here and warmed up a couple times while shopping. There are plenty of parking spots scattered around the outlet mall. I like to park behind Columbia store. I feel like no one ever parks there. There are good sales around the holidays, so go check them out.
