My favorite Kohls.,Professional staff for store and Amazon returns and un-snotty cashiers.

Won't be back. I had $50 in Kohls bucks expiring. They weren't showing up in my app so I asked woman at service desk about it. Her level of rudeness was off the charts!! At first she told me she couldn't help it or fix it. Luckily I had my receipts that showed the amounts. She was able to easily pull them up using my phone. It showed $50. She said go shop and it will be on your account when you check out. She was still acting extremely irritated but by this time I was giving it back. I found something and went back to the register, put in my phone and it showed $30!! Having already spent 20 minutes arguing with them I went back to customer service and asked a young girl. She said she didn't know why I didn't have $50. She called the rude old woman back over. The woman huffed and puffed and began her condescending attitude immediately. I showed her my receipts and told her she had just shown me $50 before I shopped. She said "nope, never happened. You had $40, we took $10 off for your $20 return so now you have $30." I said NOOOO. Look at my receipts. I have $50. If you took of $10 for a return, I should now have $40! Again she argued and argued trying to gaslight me and make me feel stupid. She walked away and said "I give u, call a manager." A manager came and I started showing her my receipts and again telling her the story. She pulled up my account, found I did indeed have $40 and rang me up. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get my damn Kohls bucks. I asked how I could get it to show up in my app and no one knew or would bother to find out. I also asked how I could redeem the Kohls points that show up on my receipts but not in app. They were brusque and brushed it off. I hate kohls now and won't step foot in this store again. Rude workers and I truthfully think the company tells them to not give customers their rewards! Closing my Kohls card and never returning. read more

I went. in there and I picked out two T-shirts that were on sale from $12.99 to $9.49. I shopped around a while found something else I absolutely loved but I put it back because the T-shirts were on sale and as a mom I have to be practical. So I get to the self check out and they ring up regular pricing so I told the cashier that they were ringing up the wrong price and she said "so what do you want me to do about it" I was shocked and I said "fix the price?" and she was like " I can take one of the shirts off" and I said no, and I pulled out my phone to scan the tag to show them that it was on clearance and another cashier came up and said "we don't always go off of that price" and I said "well there was a sign up there right above the T-shirts that also stated that they were on sale" and she said "so what." I said, I'll go take a picture of it and she pulled out her scanning device to scan the same tag and she's like "well that doesn't matter because if the price on here is the regular price, that's what we're gonna go off of" and I said "so you're not gonna honor the price that you have posted back there and you're not gonna honor the price online" and she said "no, ill take one of them off so you only get one shirt" and I said no, then I don't want them. she got an attitude and kinda pushed me out the the way of the checkout so she could take them off and i left empty handed after spending 30 minutes in the store. very upsetting, wish i would've demanded a manager but they were busy and i was already upset! so rude. read more

All I can say is Kohl's has lost a good customer after my experience yesterday at your Yukon, OK store. I returned a comforter that I bought on sale for $29.99, but was only credited $19.31. The customer service person said that an additional $10.00 was deducted as a penalty because Kohl's took off my Kohl's cash. Nothing was taken into account that it was an $88.00 order to begin with because I bought a pair of Skechers. I will never shop at Kohl's again and I'll be reporting on YELP and Google as well how I was ripped off. read more

I love taking my Amazon returns here. Why? They have longer open hours compared to UPS & I always get a free $5 thank you coupon to use right then & there in the store. I usually like to peruse the seasonal home decor and I always enjoy what I find & take home. Their selection is as good as Target's for home goods & nearly always on sale. The only downside is that each time I come in the Amazon return kiosk always moves locations. Makes me get my around the store walking in, haha. Can't wait to have another Amazon return! read more

I went into the store today to return some Amazon purchases. I decided to walk through before I left and found a couple pairs of pants to try on. As I walked toward the ladies dressing room I noticed a Mexican man go in before me so I hung back a second. He proceeded to take a bra off of the return rack and turned to go in the dressing room. As he turned we locked eyes. He went into the dressing room and came right back out and told me I could come in because it was for both. I ignored him and walked off and acted like I was looking at clothes. He followed me and kept watching me until I got out of site. I walked up to a cashier and explained what had happened and how uncomfortable it made me. She asked whether the man was dressed as a woman and I said no. She called someone over and asked me to tell her what had happened. As I was telling her the man came walking down the aisle and I pointed him out. She said oh he's the janitor and I'll talk to him. She then told me their changing rooms are gender neutral. I felt completely blown off. First off this is an EMPLOYEE who I caught getting ready to act out some sick sexual fetish in the ladies dressing room not some random man. I am disgusted with kohl's and how casually they take their customers concerns and safety. read more

I just moved to the area and had to get a few big kitchen items. I had both of my kids with me (3 years and 2'months) and asked if I could pull my car up and then come in and get my bags since I couldn't carry them and push the double stroller that far. As I pulled up the nice lady who was my cashier was talking out all of my bags and the large items in hand and helped me load them into my car. She definitely went above and beyond for me. Ordered online went inside since they said they were practicing social distancing. Well we get in the line witch is marked every 6 feet for people in front and behind you. But the didn't take in to account for all the people checking out at the register only two feet from you on the left side of you. Received a jewelry box minus the jewelry the store gave me the run around and the manager was not helpful and would not make it right called customer support and the ring is on the way in the mail the store could have done the same thing with curb side pick up ! read more

Not toward the location , just toward VERA WANG merchandise. Each piece of VERA WANG jewelry I have purchased from this location breaks within 36 hours. VERA WANG MERCHANDISE is not worth the time. The time it takes to look and chose an item, paying for the merchandise and having it fall off your person within 36 hours of purchase. Necklaces half is missing when I get to work and sit at desk. Earrings, just the hook is left in my ear. I cannot even shop at a KOHL'S location because of seeing VERA WANG'S name. read more

Kohl's has really good deals and sales going on almost all of the time. They give rewards for shopping here as well. My parents and my wife's parents are constantly giving us kohls cash to buy the kids clothes. We do most of our family's clothing purchases at kohls. It's Walmart prices with mall clothing store quality. read more
