I love this Target. It's so close to drive to. I enjoy their drive-up pick-up but wish they used fewer plastic bags. I enjoy just walking around and enjoying all their wares. We came today looking for a portable air conditioner. My husband hates to ask where items are so we was on our own. Before we could even look for the air conditioner we had to find the restroom. We walked the entire store, I could see that the aisles are wide and the store looked really clean and stocked. I didn't even know that Target had groceries..they also have a Pizza Hut and Starbucks inside selling their goodies. When we reached the front of the store again I asked an employee where the restrooms were located. Just to let EVERYONE KNOW they are right by the entrance when we first came in. I felt so stupid for not asking sooner. The restrooms were nice and clean. Not only did they have the men's and women's but they also had a family restroom. Now, we were ready to look for the portable air conditioner. I stopped another employee and asked her. She immediately got on her walkie talkie and asked someone else making sure they knew it was a portable one we were looking for. All they had was window units so we left. But sometime I would like to come back and look around more. read more

I have no issues with this location except the parking lot. The parking lot can be a total mess. I don't think people in the area know what stop signs are or what the arrows mean, haha. However, the store itself is pretty good. It's consistently clean, to include the restrooms. The Starbucks is in an awkward location, but I never come here for overpriced coffee. The store is pretty well-organized and easy to do a quick shopping trip. I've been here when it was very busy, but self checkout has made it pretty quick. The grocery section is small but has pretty good selection. I like the vegetarian/vegan options in the frozen section. Of course, Target generally doesn't disappoint with their options on that stuff, which is why I like shopping there. All in all, this is a convenient and good location. Careful with the parking lot, but a good place for shopping. read more

I usually love going to this target but after today I'm not too sure anymore. Just went and purchased a 70" TV and to the lady who helped us thank you so much, I wish I got your name. But to the manager who was talking over the walkie talkie to her you're rude and should not be a manager because you clearly don't know how to be professional. The lady wasn't sure about how the discounts at target work and he told her very rudely " we talked about this yesterday my god! " and than went on to say "if those people have a problem with the discount policy I'll walk over there and fix the problem!!" As if we had an issue lol.. we were just curious to know how it works since our family works for target, there was no need to be a DICK. I wonder why I can write a 42 thousand dollar check for a car, but I can not write a 128 dollar check for toys for the grand kids. I felt like a criminal when they ask if I had a nother way to pay. This Target is great. The store stays clean, and well stocked - even during the holidays. The pharmacy is phenomenal. All of my mom's scripts go through there and they have been outstanding in helping me navigate her medications, and over the counter supplements. She just turned 65 durning cancer treatment and the transition to Medicare was difficult because I didn't quite understand the changes in her prescription drug plan. But they pharmacy staff went out of their way to help, and even find coupons and discounts for some her her more expensive meds. I am loyal forever because of their care and compassion. You know you're in Oklahoma when the Target is considered "$$$." This place generally looks like all other Targets. I ran in here on 11/11/11 to grab a hair accessory and some fake lashes. I ended up spending a bit over $20 for both items. One thing you probably wouldn't do outside of OK is to ask strangers for their opinion on your purchase - luckily, the customers here are friendly. Yes, the customers. I couldn't figure out which hair thing I liked, so I stopped some ladies and asked their opinion. The $13 feather and jeweled fascinator is what I went with. The lines aren't long, but the card machine touch pads don't work so that sucked. I think the cashier was new because there was a bottle neck of people and some issue with the cash register. read more

I've always had a great shopping experience here, I love how Target has the drive up online ordering, the only thing about that is, there's no like full grocery shopping on drive up, like no bananas , orange juice, but they do cereal and like let's say pop, very confused about that! I apologize in advance to my readers for the length of this review. If I could give no stars, I would. This was my first visit to this location and first visit to Target in over a year as I had a bad experience last go around. Not much has changed. In fact, things are worse in the customer service department then ever. Nothing in the store was organized in a manner where you could easily find what you needed. Department signs were hung in a manner where they could not easily be seen. There were shelves of items on display in departments that they clearly didn't belong. It was like merchandise vomit. The cherry on the sundae was checking out. There was not much a wait in line....for me....poor people behind me walked out without their merchandise (too). For starters, the card machine was not working properly and HEAVEN FORBID if you pay part cash part debit card. The cashier asked the CSM for help, she wasn't listening and then tried to tell me how to pay for my transaction. YOUR MACHINE ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY....WHY IS THAT MY PROBLEM TO FIX? What happened to the customer is always right? Don't tell me how to pay, just let me pay and get about my business. Had she been listening she would have known that the $30.00 in the hand of the cashier was part of the payment, not cash back. She then said "I"pushed the wrong button (which I didn't push anything - remember the machine was malfunctioning?). Meanwhile the cashier is desperately trying to explain what we are trying to do and this CSM was either unwilling or incapable of listening. SHE THEN CANCELLED THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION. Everything would now have to be re-checked. I was furious. I took the $30 back from the cashier and told the CSM to keep her $60.00 of merchandise. I got a Starbucks coffee as soon as I walked in and within 30 seconds my son knocked it out of the cart and all over the floor. I was about to start running to the bathroom to grab paper towels and the sales associate stopped me and called for help on her head phones and had my cart switched and the mess cleaned up within two minutes! I offered multiple times to help but she took care of it and stated she understood with children! It was so nice and made my day. I will hold my coffee from now on lol! read more

This Target is okay. However I would never recommend their pharmacy. I understand we all need a lunch break but they don't have a scheduled time. Two days now I have come for my meds and both times closed during open hours. Once around 1:00 p.m. and the other shortly after 3:00 p.m. Will either switch back to CVS or Walgreens who are pretty much always open or Sam's who at least has a set lunch time. This is very frustrating and inconvenient to customers. Go elsewhere for your prescriptions. read more

This Target is far from home, but close to our doctor's office. It's new and bright and clean with a good selection. It's a Target, and while not all Targets are the same, they are pretty darn close. I will stop in again if I'm in the area and have the desire to shop. read more

This place has definitely gone downhill since my last review. I don't know if it is just Target stores as a whole or is under new local management or what but this Target is the worst, and not very honest. It seems like their prices never match what the website says, and you always have to pull up their own website to show them what the item costs on their because if you don't show them they will charge you the higher price. For example I bought my son a video game that was $49.99 on the website and rang up $59.99 at the store, so make sure and pay attention to their prices. It also seems that their website and store inventory never match up numerous times I have gone to the store because the website says they have something in stock and when you get there they don't have any of the item they say they have. I have also had their own app give different prices on items in the store, it is always a higher price in the store so you can't pull it up and show them so they can honor the price, I had to leave the store and go near chick fil a and pull it up again to get the cheaper price to show again and screen shot it for them to see, (this seems like dirty business practices to me). I would make sure your location on your phone is off and maybe that would help with getting a legit price in their store if they are using geo-fencing or something? I would really like to frequent WalMart less, but Target is making it hard for me to want to bring my business to them with some of the practices they have that sometimes seem less than ethical. read more

Just to let anyone taking back a item without a receipt, my daughter was taking back a babyshower gift that she got two of and didn't of course have a receipt they only wanted to give her $2.00 for a $9.49 item! So we were thinking it must of been clearence item, ok we could of understood that, but when we went to the shelf where these items were it was still on the shelf full price, so we ask them why? They said when you bring back a item on something without a receipt it just rings up lower on some items and that is what we have it give you and i said then you need to change the price on the shelf, they really acted unconcerned even after talking to a manager! So to make a long story short we didn't return it to this store we took the item to another target who at the customer service took it back rang it up and it came up full price! So if they only want to give you a small amount back try a different target! read more

Christmas Eve i was in Yukon's Target and was very pleased. They seem to have an associate available to help for every 2 customers in the store. I was asked several times if I could be helped and when I had to wait to have a phone set up in the electronics department they apologized. They had someone at the front registers trying to help you find the shortest lines to keep your wait down. I had to make a stop at Wal-Mart for something Target didn't have and they were grumpy and unhelpful. An associate there said he needed to put his stocking cart up and go on break, therefore he could not assist me. I left the store and didn't spend any money. read more
