Reluctant to give this a four star review due to one female employee in the store, who was rude to…read moreboth other employees and to customers. She was walking around the store with her earbuds in not listening for request and questions from customers. The other employee in the store overheard my question and came from across the store to assist and then calmly and politely told the female employee that while she could wear earbuds while on the sales floor she could only have one in that way she hear requests and could assist customers when they asked for help. This female employee then started yelling and ranting and trying to pull me into the situation. Then she went off toward the bathrooms and was yelling so loud that we could still hear her out on the sales floor. The male employee continued to assist me, helping me find the exact shoe and size I needed. And then, at the checkout made sure to offer me discounts for becoming a Sketchers Plus member. He was polite and kind and very helpful in a situation where I would have walked out of the store, if my only interaction had been with the female sales clerk on the floor. If nothing else this employee needs some customer service training. I really love the new shoes I purchased! I got a pair of Navy Reggae Slim - Meadow Grazer sandals, and they are extremely comfortable and provide arch and heal support while walking. I also got the Skechers Slip-ins: Go Walk Air Cooler Goga Mat in Charcoal and Purple. These feel like I'm walking on air! Lots of support and cradles my foot gently while giving the cushioning I need for a recent case of planters fasciitis.
