Super disappointing experience. I spent almost $500 at this location recently and I don't know if…read morewhen the associate asked if I had a rewards account If they entered the wrong number or what but I had given my information along with scanning something in my app and somehow my transaction was not recorded to my account. Since I shop there often they always give a paper coupon as well as load it to your online account. Well, figuring the Kohl's cash would be on my app I threw away the paper. Once your Kohl's cash becomes eligible to spend they will send an email that you have kohls cash to spend and give the time frame to spend it. I had $80 worth of kohls cash but because something was not entered correctly there was no email or anything. It wasn't until 2 weeks after I guess it had expired I remembered it. When I went to check my transaction history there was nothing to be found on the app in my purchase history. I feel like that is the most important thing you could do as an associate at the register for this company. What a fail and loss of money especially during the holiday season. On a side note tho, only giving your customers a week and a half to use kohls cash is pretty ridiculous. 30 days seems more practical as well and reasonable to show appreciation for your customers. I think I was just hitting it at weird times, because the other day when I went, there was plenty to choose from. Connie immediately spotted me, and helped me find my size, as well as other items I might like. Some of my favorite lines here are Johnny Was, Prairie Underground and Michael Stars. I purchased a long black dress that will work great for many occasions and seasons, an a beautiful printed scarf to make it a little more spring-y. I'm delighted to know they carry Prairie Underground and look forward to stopping in more often to see new seasonal items.

There is always new stuff, and they seem to be expanding to carry larger size ranges! However, there are signs at every single available spot threatening you with arrest for shoplifting. In addition, there is a greeter at the door and no less than one salesperson every 20 feet. I've never stolen a thing in my life, and am not going to start now. But my gosh, it makes me feel uncomfortable. I feel as though my every move is being watched. I was afraid to even look at the products near the door for fear of being accused. To me, if you have cameras and prosecute, it doesn't need to be announced. Use your cameras, and prosecute them! I absolutely support business owners, especially small business owners, doing so. But I don't want to shop somewhere that feels unwelcoming and like a prison. I think I'll find somewhere else to buy my game day tops.
