Since I shop there often they always give a paper coupon as well as load it to your online account. Well, figuring the Kohl's cash would be on my app I threw away the paper. Once your Kohl's cash becomes eligible to spend they will send an email that you have kohls cash to spend and give the time frame to spend it. I had $80 worth of kohls cash but because something was not entered correctly there was no email or anything. It wasn't until 2 weeks after I guess it had expired I remembered it. When I went to check my transaction history there was nothing to be found on the app in my purchase history. I feel like that is the most important thing you could do as an associate at the register for this company. What a fail and loss of money especially during the holiday season. On a side note tho, only giving your customers a week and a half to use kohls cash is pretty ridiculous. 30 days seems more practical as well and reasonable to show appreciation for your customers. I am grateful for any and all BB&B's. They always have something I either need, want or have been looking for! I do appreciate that all locations do have a similar layout. Go during the day if you can, it's less busy and not so crowded, because when it's busy it can be a bit tough maneuvering around the isles. The staff is SUPER DUPER helpful! I mean.... DUPER! I was browsing around asking all sorts of questions, looking for very specific items that I saw online and the staff was extremely helpful, calling the OKC location for me, digging around looking for the items I was asking for! & I mean... digging, I asked for specific pillows I had seen online and were "available" at the Edmond store. Several staff members were looking in the back and all through the display bedding to see if they had the pillows I wanted. Unfortunately it was an inventory error and they did not have the pillows I wanted but they called the OKC store for me to make sure they had some before I went all the way down there! woooooot! Melsalaz was the girl helping me and she even went as far to ordering the clearance hair dryer I saw in the display, but none in stock, and had it shipped to my house with complimentary shipping! THANK YOUUUUU Melsalaz! My previous hair dryer had just died, and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on an expensive one but also didn't want to go cheap, so she was a life saver for going that extra mile! I don't believe that - they simply don't have enough employees to be in the departments and clearly are trying to limit theft! I can't believe the fire marshall would allow the exit to be closed. I guess they have an exit to the outside on the east side of 2nd floor, so that gives them some grace. Very sad location. I think it's time to close all the doors on this location at Penn Square. I hate to say that, but they would just be better off giving customers a pick up window in the mall.
