Usually, things are organized by color and item, and usually easy to find things I you have an idea what you're thrifting for. Knocking off a star, because they no longer carry nice jewelry anymore due to opening up a shop in Yukon focusing on higher end items that never opened due to the pandemic. I wished they'd set their jewelry out and start selling real items again since, their other location never was able to open. An employee was loudly looking for the owner of a Tesla because my dog was inside the car, even though Dog Mode was on, the AC was set to 70 degrees, and the temperature was clearly displayed on the screen. I immediately explained that the car was in Dog Mode and that my dog was completely safe. What bothered me most was that even after the situation was clarified, there was still no apology for the way it was handled publicly. I completely understand people caring about animal safety, but situations like this should be approached respectfully and after actually checking the circumstances first. Tesla Dog Mode exists specifically to keep pets safe and climate controlled while owners briefly go inside stores. Staff should be educated about this before publicly accusing customers.

I wish the employees took a little more pride in the place, but I get that it's just a job and regardless of their indie vibe, it is still a corporate store at the end of the day. What makes this place even more special is that all proceeds support an amazing cause: funding the HOPE Center health clinic and providing food packages for families in need.
