Popular brand names like lululemon and free people are priced up! They all used to be fairly priced but now leggings are like $39. Understandable if they were nwt but otherwise Im so confused and hope they paid the owner a good % if they were gonna price things like that. Still a great place to find brands theyre not familiar with like Anine Bing, Ganni, Lacoste, Vejas etc. but if they know that a certain brand is expensive they unfortunately price it WAY UP! They didnt used to earlier in the year. I even met the owner once and he was super nice! Ive found some great stuff here! One star off for the pricing shift this year. read more

This was my first time at Daisy Exchange, recommended for plus-size clothing. I brought in a tub of brand-new items, including several sweaters, around 10 pairs of Maurice's jeans (tags still on, sizes 18-22), and a pair of UGG boots worn only once. The staff offered just $11, saying it was for "a few items." When I asked to see what they were buying, they seemed annoyed but eventually showed me. At the bottom of the pile, hidden and even wrapped inside a pair of jeans, were the UGGs along with some brand-new jeans and sweaters. When I decided to take back the UGGs, they dropped their offer to $6. This felt like a complete rip-off, especially since I saw UGGs in worse condition on their shelves for over $60. I wouldn't recommend Daisy Exchange to anyone--you'll find better pricing and a fairer experience at Plato's Closet. read more

I went in to sell my clothes and the lady seemed kinda annoyed to deal with me so I complimented her and just told her I will wait in my car because it will only take 10 minutes. I go back in 15 minutes later and the front girl seemed super busy the girl I talked to I couldn't find so I looked at the clothes right in front of the stand and waited and each time I was going to go up to her she would walk somewhere else and eventually she went into this back room and I had it and left my clothes there. read more

This place seems very decent if you want to buy things - great selection of things, and the price seems about alright. But if you're here to sell just be prepared to be offered the lowest. I went in the store today and I knew my items were of reputable brands, and the total for all my four items came up to 10$. Kinda disappointed because I definitely expected more with what I gave. They did reject a bigger pile from my stuff, which was fine as well - but the pay off for selling here is horrible. I'd come back to buy, but definitely not to sell. You'd be better off taking your time to sell things one by one on Facebook marketplace. It's definitely more time consuming, but I'll bet you can get at least four times more than you should be making than if you were to sell here. read more

This place always has the cheapest name brand clothes! Brands like Vera Bradley, Michael Kors, J. Crew, and a ton more are easily found here, for only a tiny fraction of what they would normally be while still in excellent condition. The staff here is also super nice. There is a young man (whose name I sadly didn't get) who has a wonderful attitude and is ready to help! I also sold several things here and they offer a donation bucket for items they can't take. Love this store so much! It's pretty much the only place I shop now because I can get all the good brands for such a low price. Since they buy gently used, I feel like I'm getting a lot for my money. I've sold many times in here as well and will keep selling. The prices in here are cheap so it seems like the payout is low, but this store is one of the only ones who doesn't rob you. They give you a high percentage for your items so you know they aren't buying low from you and then jacking up the prices in store. Overall a great place to shop and I will continue to go! read more

They had a great selection of shoes, shirts, skirts, dresses, pants, fitness wear, purses and even new jewelry! The prices were reasonable as well! The staff wasn't very helpful though and that was quite a bummer. Selling here won't get you much money. I do a lot of selling to consignments so I know the average price that I should get for items. this is a great store!!! all these years I thought it was for teenagers.... I was so wrong....my daughter and I shopped there yesterday.... I am a retired 60 ish woman and found great stuff that fit me for less than $10 my daughter works in fashion industry in Georgia now but grew up in OKC .... she found many items she could wear to work- current fashion....and my 13 year old granddaughter found a black Buffalo check jacket - exactly what she's been searching for......the staff was very helpful.....did I mention that I love this store read more

I don't know if he was the owner/manger or just staff, but the tall guy with darker hair who greets everyone is nice, but called me honey way too many times, kind of creepy. He was also wearing his mask incorrectly, despite having a mask mandate on the door. Also a few customers within the store weren't wearing masks, so obviously the place is a joke. Tried to sell some clothes at this location. After walking around for twice as long as the employee told me it would take, they only took a couple items, saying most my stuff had "condition issues" or were styles that didn't sell well for them. Which would be fine if I hadn't just spent an hour walking around looking at clothes the same style as everything in my basket, but in worse condition. The store is full of picked fleece, sweaters and sheer tops and dresses with picks, and stained items. Not to mention the extremely low quality clothes and jewelry they order in to sell in addition to the second hand they advertise themselves as. Go to clothes mentor if you want high quality second hand or to actually sell anything. read more

Came here looking for a black shirt, little did I know I would be profiled and asked for my name before trying it on. I was told this was for security reasons; over a $6 dollar shirt?? I was assured this was customary. That the store experiences many thiefs..who run off apparently. Never in my life have I been asked for my name trying on clothing, espiecially from a second hand store. RUDE. read more

Went in 10/26 around 4 pm . The lady at the register didn't greet my sister or me but she greeted the people that came in after. After looking around for a bit my sister got the jeans she went in for and the lady asked if she was ready to check out she could attend her so we walked over and the lady was talking to another girl that also works there pretty much ignoring us as we stood there waiting , so we saw some costumes on the other side of the register and walked over to look and the lady said I thought you were ready to check out? So my sister said yes and we walked BACK over to the register and she ONCE AGAIN proceeded to talk with the other girl that was working there. We patiently waited until she decided to ring my sister up. She told her the amount and the counted the money and said yes that's right and gave her her receipt. She then AGAIN took her time talking with the girl that works there and I again waited for her to check me out . My son had grabbed a toy and she picked it up and stuck it in the bag and continued with my last two items as she was doing this she wasn't speaking to me she was speaking to the girl that worked there meanwhile I saw the sign taped to the counter that said let us know what you think so I scanned it , she noticed I scanned it and her WHOLE demeanor changed. She asked how my day was and if we found everything okay and if it was our first time she also asked if we would like the toy out instead of in a bag to which I said yes please and she handed it back to my son, not sure why that didn't happen before she saw me scan the leave a review sign... It was our first time there and I can tell you although the store looked great , smelled great , and has great prices we won't be back because I don't know what her deal was with us seeing as we just went to shop and she treated us poorly. Maybe she needs to work on her people skills, not really sure but it wasn't a pleasant first experience we had. read more

The ladies who work here are very helpful, even if they don't want any of my old cloths haha. That's what makes it a great second-hand clothing store though- they are selective in choosing what they will take to resell. It has to still be fashionable and in good condition, which I'm guessing was not the case of my pile of 5+ year old clothing. read more
