If you are looking to add adventure, a walk through history or a treasure hunt then this is your destination! I purchased many items here including an awesome 100-year-old side cabinet, bronze statues, and some cool retro highball glasses( don't judge)! Hey, when my friends come to visit from Dallas, they love searching new items. The dealers are helpful and we enjoy learning the stories of our finds.

Super friendly employees and one of the nicest selections of antiques I've seen. Prices are reasonable with way more hits than misses.

We really enjoy the search and the co-op is an excellent place for it. The people are friendly and the prices are negotiable sometimes.

Review Highlights - Antique Co-Op

However, now that I have visited the Rink Gallery, I have had to temper my enthusiasm for the Antique Co-Op.

You can almost feel the history breathing in and out of the woods, whispering the stories they have witnessed over the decades. I stopped several times in almost reverence to marvel at the craftsmen who created these works of art that have endured the test of time. Every nook and cranny is an eclectic melding of your grandma's house, a hundred museums, and the best estate sale you've ever attended. As a storyteller, I was overwhelmed by the threads of time woven in and out of every aisle of this unique store. You need to have vision when dealing with dead people's stuff. Dream about what could be, not just what you see before you, so remember to bring your credit card and your imagination. So many nameless artisans' works of art are now gathered in one place for us to explore and incorporate into our homes - making new stories for them to remember. #deadpeoplesstuff (photos by me) https://www.deadpeoplesstuffok.com/

Other areas feels like a maze and quite disorganized. It was still interesting to walk through. So this place was an exciting find as our first stop on this adventure even though I've never appreciated any antiques before. The store is much bigger than I anticipated and has so many corners branching off to an array of eye boggling gems all very well displayed in a marvellously organised chaos. I was not raised in the US but I can see bits of my childhood in England in quite a number of items. There are endless cool stuff, from retro kitchenwares to toys, furnitures, gardening gadgets, and even clothes! Prices are surprisingly reasonable too! There were a couple of pieces of furnitures we especially loved but they were marked as "sold" so I guess we need to drop by and take a gander at new inventory every once in while. If you love antiques, or even if you don't love antiques like me but curious to just browse, this is the place to head to. The husband picked up a couple of LPs and he was pretty chuffed! You can easily lose an hour or two just leafing through their eclectic collections. I wasn't going to yelp about it initially and only took one picture of a display I found interesting. So I guess that's all I have to boast about my visit this time ^_^

I love that this is never the same store twice, because Mike is out searching for pieces almost as many hours per week as the store is open. Specializing in mid-century furniture and kitchenware, you'll also find lots of cool ashtrays, paintings, lamps, and home decor items. He also finds a lot of classic stereo cabinet, which can still be used. We ended up purchasing two side tables. They were in great shape, and have a lot more character than anything we would have found down on furniture row. We also got a cool old pull-down, schoolhouse-style map of South America. Since Mr K lived in Paraguay and I lived in Brasil, I think that's a cool addition to the study. I'm a fan. I'm sure this is the first of many things I'll be purchasing from Mike over the years. He posts photos to their facebook page as he makes new finds, and he will also offer to stay on the lookout for something he knows you're looking for. I can't wait to see what he finds next! Note: If you're there during business hours and the shop is not open for some reason, please call the number on the sign. He may be at an estate sale or at a private in-home appointment, but if you're there and he's not, just give him a call and he'll be back. He really does work hard to be there during regular hours. If he's not, it's a fluke.
