8/25/2024 - was there at Walmart at 6:55 AM first customer in line. I was there to get my tires rotated and another car came up five minutes later to get oil changed they were serviced first. No one came out to talk to me. I waited 15 minutes. Nothing. Pure CRAP read more

WalMart has fully converted to a fully Self Serve outlet. Soon I expect to be directed to the Dock to help unload the Delivery Trucks. The Self Check Out is particularly annoying because even though they've been around for decades some people are only now discovering the eternal mysteries of the scanner and are completely befuddled. Add to the mix that there are three or four Clerks lolling around visiting who could be working Check Out. Your time is clearly not a priority with WalMart. The Photo Print Out Booth has been out of order or not functioning properly for over a year now. Even the Clerks the last three times I've tried had no clue what it going on. Its obviously sheer volume that's carrying this outfit, certainly not quality. Actively looking for alternatives. Sometimes cheap isn't so cheap after all. read more

This place is horrible when it comes to checking out. There are a million cash registers and ONE lane open on a regular basis. I have not been here when there hasn't been lines at least 6 people deep on any open lane. Walmart is pushing to get everyone to do self check out, which, when you have children with you is a NIGHTMARE at times. More than once I've wound up paying for something twice (even though the scale thing should have registered that I didn't put it in the bag), and more often than not some sort of error happens and I have to stand there and wait for a less than enthusiastic person to come help me. Often we are standing in line waiting to check ourselves out and two or three employees are standing around gabbing and take a while to notice we need assistance. I'm a pretty patient and tolerant person, but it is just becoming less and less worth it to me to shop here. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when I recently went in to return an item and was told I'd have to come back another day because there wasn't anyone around that could do a return. No attempt to find someone, no one in customer service, it was so weird. Sure its only a six mile drive to come back but... well, I don't always have that kind of time. Sure, they have everything, but pricing is sometimes difficult to find, assistance is next to nil and having to do self check out just breaks the balance of cost effectiveness for me. I'll stick with Aldi for groceries and Amazon for the rest for the time being. Which makes me sad as we used to do most of our shopping at Walmart. read more

I recently went in to return an item and was told by Tsegaberham TEAM LEAD plus 2 other ladies in return department, That I'd have to exchange the same item, No refunds allow because i had no receipt for the air mattress with a slow leak Tsegaberham TEAM LEAD even show me the policie's for visual about mattress return policy. So after being told this i did but here's were it goes side ways... Tsegaberham TEAM LEAD, after scanning the new air mattress decided to denied me my exchange after her and the other 2 ladies all said the same thing... She Tsegaberham TEAM LEAD, Now said we cannot exchange it because its over $50.00. NOW i pissed you Tsegaberham TEAM LEAD told me i can and never check the basic 101 rule that not printed on the policy chart she shown me or the other 2 ladies as well. I felt discriminated and harassment now from her so I ask for management. Now I'm pissed and security and management show up and finally agree with me and did the exchange but the problem i told Management is PLEASE TRAIN THE RETURN STAFF AND especially Tsegaberham TEAM LEAD proper training to avoid more of this frustration and embarrassment to others... read more

Been going to this Walmart my entire life and had very few unsatisfactory experiences. Most of you know the deal, it's a super store with everything from dog food to legos to camping gear. Their new self checkout system is really fast and I've only had positive or neutral encounters with staff. You know it is Walmart but I will say they're coming along in service. They've gotten better front by offering more self-checkout options, grocery pickup, and better overall store organization. We go in about once a few weeks to pick up general goods as we need them but their store has improved since it was built. I had a lot of trouble trying to find items or people and it was continuously frustrating and apparently, their employees were as well. This isn't the same as of today. This Walmart has a pretty good selection of items! Lots of home goods for VERY good prices! I like that the salon has O.P.I. nail polish (some don't) and a large selection of home goods. I love the selection of organic and gluten-free food items! I wish they would carry the nitrate-free Jennie-O bacon though, I can only find that at Aldi. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the hard time I had finding the clearance isles and the small outdoor gardening center. The potting soil was in a separate location so it was a bit of a hike that I wasn't willing to make in the hot weather. I was also a bit confused on how to actually get out there from the inside gardening center. read more

me and my 20 year old roommate came here to get benadryl after she started having an allergic reaction to coconut. Legally you should not have to provide ID for benadryl maybe day quill or other meds but not. benadryl. We were informed by the self check out woman Mai that we would need an ID and she could not buy it. we tried explaining that she could die if not given the medicine in the next 10 mins and this woman LAUGHED at us. We tried asking for a manager and to no avail got nobody. She came by and tried to take the medicine and instead didn't but sent us to wait on our fathers to drive up and bring an ID (even though Mai said ALL of us would need an ID). I spoke to a manager and instead of sympathy or even an OUNCE of understanding we were met with security being called and being told "it doesn't matter she was doing her job". When I left I said "I hope you don't kill someone one day" and the woman laughed again! When my roommates father came with an ID for it the same woman that laughed at us didn't even check his ID! After making us wait 45 mins for an ID!! read more

This place is that bad! The phone is never answered, so don't try and call. Don't ask an associate for help, because that will annoy them. I can't even blame the associate for their actions because this is coming from the top. My family member works for this location it was treated horribly. I have never seen a business run so poorly. Nothing special about this Walmart, nothing highlighted as delightful or awful. Giving four stars because I've been able to get in and out pretty easily and found most of what I was looking for. I used my debit card here Friday with no problem. Sunday, the same card had to be run through a few times to get it to work. Our second time to use the grocery pickup. Very disappointed. We didn't have a very big order just eleven or so items that we scheduled to pickup between 1300-1400. They did text and say there was a delay. It's now 1615 and here we sit waiting. And waiting. Spending quality time together. On top of that they had a couple items they couldn't fill. We have used this location several times for grocery pickup and have periodically had problems with service. Tonight was the worst, and we will drive further to use a different location from now on. We placed our order for a 6-7 time slot pick up. At 6:00, we received notice our order would be late. No problem--bad weather is coming, and we understand that. At 7:25 we get a notice our order is ready. We go to pick it up and can't even find a parking spot because they are so backed up. Both the phone and the internet are down, so we can't contact anyone. We finally wave someone down and are told that the store chose to hire and place 4 new employees in this section tonight, and none of them are getting along. After awhile, we see a woman who appears to be a manager come out. Rather than pitch in and help, she proceeds to yell at all the kids working. It was the poorest example of "leadership" we have witnessed. Finally, at 9:30, just as we are about to leave, we get our groceries. The young man helping us was pleasant and apologetic, but there was no reason to have waited in the cold for 2 hours to pick up our grocery order. To top it off, when we got home we tried to call the store. Predictably, there was no answer. It will be well worth the drive to get better service in a different location. read more

It seems this store is on a roller coaster- it was really back in shape for a couple years but the last couple months seemed to regress. They used to really keep the employees professional and in collared polos but now they're back to wearing T-shirts and it just seems really sloppy. Attitudes are following, too, it seems. This walmart has been the worst walmart i've ever visited in my life. The first deciding incident was at the beginning of COVID-19 outburst. I walked in at 8, they closed at 8:30, I had intended on buying my one item and leaving. The greeter at the door not only made sure to tell me at the front doors that they closed at 8:30 but then followed me around the whole store. That was uncalled for. This Walmart is usually well stocked and clean, the workers are normally tucked away somewhere texting on their phones or barely working. I don't care about this though as I don't go to Walmart for the customer service. Whenever I do go to this Walmart I go look at the fish section. I am known to find the Betta fish in the nastiest cup/bowl and bring it home to save its life. I so far have 2 Betta fish that I have done this for and today when I looked at the fish section I was appalled. I picked up the darkest and nastiest looking cup and realized there was a dead fish in it. A beautiful male Betta had died from his disgusting cup water. The smell of the water alone was so disgusting I couldn't believe it. I went over to the counter where the workers "take care of" the fish and in the little holder for the nets, there was a floating dead fish in diseased looking water. It was absolutely disgusting. The workers there overfeed their fish, which causes them to die. They don't change the Betta fish water even though the poor things sit in tiny cups for the remainder of their lives at Walmart. When I brought the disgusting cup with the dead fish to a manager she actually asked me if I wanted to buy it!? What the heck! I said of course I don't want to buy it, it's a dead fish in sewage water! She said she would let the manager of the fish section know and then hopefully they will do something about. Totally unacceptable. The next time I rescue a fish from here I don't want to pay full price. I'm going to take it up front and show them the disgusting water and the half dead fish and request a massive markdown. Walmart, get your sh*t together. read more

I ordered groceries for pick up between 7 & 8 pm more than 10 hours in advance. By 7:30 pm I hadn't heard anything about the status of my order besides my Walmart Grocery app saying it was "delayed". I called several times & waited on hold for countless minutes each time. I finally talked to a manager who hung up on me without offering any help. I finally drove there & was told that the pick up closed at 8 & I would have to get my groceries myself. I was taken to speak to a manager who was able to help me get my order pick up, but had no reason as to why I was never notified that my pick up was ready. If you need something from this Walmart, don't even bother calling. It would be more effective to just go in. read more

If I could give a -15 star rating I would. I attempted to pick up an item that had been delayed 6 days before it finally arrived. Checked in. Sat near the pick up tower for over 40 minutes and my items progress never advanced beyond processing..... I was supposed to be able to pick it up until 8pm tonight, but some ignorant associate at this store chose to return my item Wednesday instead, since I hadn't picked it up yet..... no mention in any of their emails about my attempt to pick it up and no apology for my stress and trouble. I will never shop there again or order from Walmart.com..... Sam was a wonderful man, but stores like this one are not living his dream or following his example for customer service. read more

Deli dept people are rude. Was there when they were not busy. Took 10 min before anyone helped me. 2 people saw me waiting and said nothing. Finally one girl asked me if I needed help.... I said yes...I started to get my items got 2 things the girl slammed them on counter and told me to have a good day. I told her I wasn't finished and she said sorry and walked off. Called the manager and he said basically it shouldn't have happened and did nothing. Very bad customer service. They like to stock their name brands, but don't keep the rest stocked. All the employees who tried to help me were lovely (thanks Barry), but I was trying to get a motorized bike for my boyfriend's 5 year old. I rushed back after she had pointed it out. It was on clearance. A couple guys tried to help me and then got the manager. The manager said, oh we don't have that anymore. I asked if they would get any in. He said no, he just didn't want to leave an open space on the display (Seriously? Because there were at least two other open spaces, plus everything else looked a wreck). He also said another gal asked about it yesterday. I asked if he would sell me the display. No. I asked him if he would give me the purple one for the discount price (exact same thing/different color/$110 more); of course the answer was no. Walmart isn't my favorite, but thier prices are by far the best. I guess my expectations were too high. You will only find me at a Walmart if totally necessary.
