The stores got plenty of parking spaces. They have a really large deli selection with great choices. You're overall appearance of the store is clean and well stocked. The staff were very nice and accommodating in getting some of my deli meats. The overall price and professionalism that they are offer, I highly recommend it. read more

This Edmond Crest is very spacious with an excellent produce department featuring organic produce. Their deli is also excellent serving cold and hot items like delicious fried chicken. For me, the fresh meat counter is a plus and customer service excellent. read more

I was at self check out with 4 items left to check out when I was told by Brock that I could not check out due to his assumption that I had more than 25 items. I have zero issues with rules however when you're enforcing said rules based on your inaccurate counting of items AND you decide to enforce the "rule" when I'm literally at the end of my checking out -- that's your odd attempt at flexing your "power" (and unnecessarily so). When you do illogical things like Brock it comes across as discriminatory and profiling. Instead of suspending a transaction to wait in line when I again literally had four items left, I decided against patronizing this business. Brock --who is obviously as bright as a oil -- decided to be petty and screamed as I left. There was a young girl at the front who then advise me that she could not give me the name of the GM and advised I would need to get that information from Brock the same rude man who initiated a confrontation with me over his simpleton assumption and/or lack of being able to count. I don't blame children for their lack of sense as it's often not their fault at that young age and it's likely due to her parents or guardians not instilling logic or good sense so I'll refrain from talking poorly about the young lady. It's easy to see why her suggestion was unwise. I tried calling to get the name of the General Manager and some lady with a heavy scent told me it would be on my receipt before hanging up the phone in my face. I would love to identify her other than how she speaks however she hung up in my face so I have no clue who she was other than her heavy accent. I called back and got a horrible attitude from overseer Rhonda before finally speaking with "Tim" who more or less pacified me to get me off the phone. After 15+ years of shopping this location (I even worked there as a teenager)... this was a horrible experience. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how much of a hell-hole this place has become. read more

Great store way way better prices than Walmart and a hell of a lot better selection than Uptown MKT. the Mexican produce is starting to get worse ( produce is crap and fruit prices are awful)and is usually almost frozen. This has been my go-to grocery store for general groceries pre-baby. They have an amazing selection of meats at great prices. The main reason I don't frequent here anymore is because they don't do grocery pickup and I don't have time to go into the store. It also takes a long time to check out. Another thing to note is that they do not guarantee their produce. I have bought potatoes, gone home and cut them and found them to be rotten and they would not refund them. Service. I live in between three store locations and shop at all of them, depending on where I'm headed. I purchased some Advil and my daughter purchased some as well. I was in the area of another store and tried to take back my purchase but the store said I'm required to take it back to the store I purchased it from. No employee training! The checkout woman had to call a manager three times to conclude what I do every time I self check out at the Guthrie Walmart. I had a FREE Dr Pepper and a box of FREE crackers that I waited 19 minutes (next in line) to be checked out. The clerk had to call a manager to check out my FREE order. It wasn't unheard of because there were thousands of Dr Pepper and crackers in the aisles. Apparently there was no training, A bad day of fishing is better than a good day of work. -Unknown it showed. Plus there were only two urinals in the front of the store for hundreds of shoppers. Sad. This cheap China made mask stinks like poison! The three masks I bought the day the mask thing became a thing, turned out to be too small, too large, and non-adjustable-so I tried to return or exchange and the manager said "No!, absolutely he couldn't " He was so rude and he could have returned my $30, but I guess he needs it way more than I do. This is the neighborhood grocery store that I grew up at. There are so many different types of items here and yes it a larger grocery store but you don't get lost in the abundance of stuff like you can with Walmart. I'm a big cheese kind guy and ever since they've opened their gourmet cheese section it's been great because it allows me to integrate various types of cheeses into my Mac and Cheese because that's healthy right? The meat counter is nice but I just wish the hours we're better. I tend to get here when it's closed so that doesn't always work for me. Finally, check out is speedy because of the plentiful lanes and they have self checkout which is what I tend to do. I was just harassed by an employee for trying to go through the self checkout lane. He came up into my space, not social distancing and started to go through my grocery items to count and make sure I only had 25 items or less. He didn't even tell me what he was doing. He just got in my space with a clipboard. I had assumed I had less than 25 items but did not count. He says this is store policy. I won't shop here anymore. Mostly for fear of being harassed because I didn't count the number of items in my basket as I shopped. This was a 10 minute ordeal, just to let me use the self check out. And the store was practically empty, no one else was utilizing self check out at all! Even if I would have had 26 items, they could've kept the extra can of peas for all I care. read more

Rock bottom prices for MOST things. Some items I have found elsewhere for cheaper but random items which I could never find, I found here and at a great price. I think if you can leave a grocery store without using more than 5 coupons and spend $115 with 10 bags of groceries without trying to save a ton of money...you're doing good. I love their greeters at this location. Always friendly and helpful. The check-out cashiers are people doing inventory and stocking are usually a bit brisk in their attitude but everyone has a bad day I suppose and that job isn't an easy one, what with all the TONS of people that come in and they are open 24/7 365 days a year! So if you're ever in need of say some milk at 4am or celery for stuffing on Thanksgiving - then this is the place to come. read more

Clean aisles, sanitary shelves and counters. Self-checkout is fast and managed by staff. Some regular checkout counters, also. Try this store and you will become a regular shopper. read more

This is a local chain of grocery stores, and one that's been around a while especially it's midwest city loocation. I believe Edmond was the second store opened some 11 years or so ago. This is a huge store that will have everything you need at better then wal mart prices. It''s hours are 24-7 so you'll have no troubles finding it open. Ginormous parking lot with multiple entrances/exits so no worries there either. Some caveats however. Sometimes crest struggles with fresher items. Can't really recommend the deli meat unless you eat it same day as purchase. There's better places for quality of produce as well. The employee's work harder then I'd expect given how little they are paid. I love it because of the bargain prices, and the hours. read more

I love that they're open 24 hrs! But the food seems to be slim and far in between around 11pm... They were massively stocking as we were leaving. I used to work for Target and we would stalk and pull a replenishment report every hour... Seems like they need to put this into practice. Also, the team member told me they had a big shipment coming in the morning which I can understand. They have AMAZING prices. And very friendly customer service. Our cashier was beyond kind and wanted to know about what it's like to live in California! This is my reason for such a good review. We are from California and we purchased 6 days worth of food for $115 and we're used to paying upwards of $275 for that... So thankful for the great prices. They, however, do not have a good selection of fruits and vegetables. I've never heard of a grocery store running out of red apples. And the veggies seemed old. Also, the Crest brand milk and eggs doesn't taste good. They did not have fresh chicken so we purchased the frozen chicken that looked like it was fresh recently. So in closing, I would purchase all non fresh items here and go to sprouts for the fresh items. read more

This Oklahoma/Family owned grocery store has been a gem in my family for years! We love shopping here whenever we're in town. The prices are reasonable, the cashiers are always friendly and they sell the best syrup in the world...Griffin! duh!! Not to mention, their aisles are ginormous! Everything is so easy to find. I came here on a Monday during the day with my son which by the way they have reserved spots If you're driving with child which is so nice took me back to my pregnant days at babies r us! I started in the produce and couldn't believe how cheap their prices were! Much cheaper than homeland and uptown in my opinion which I am used to frequenting. Their isles were so wide which was nice because there were so many strollers and moms everywhere. They also accept coupons which makes items even more cheaper! The store overall was clean and items were easy to be found. I wish they opened one on the North side of OKC and I wouldn't have to drive all the way to Edmond but to me it's definitely worth the 20 minute drive to visit this spot. Clean. Affordable.
