This place is foul. I went in there and found mouse droppings all over the shelves. Disgusting! How do the stock people not see this? How do the employees not see this? You literally couldn't miss it. Yuck. Called the manager and told her, she said they cleaned it and that "someone put it on Facebook". I felt like she was implying me. I actually hadn't at that point. But that's all she said! No apologies or anything. Almost like the customer who complained was the issue lol. Gross employee! And gross store!! I'm pretty sure this store was planned and laid out by a 5-year-old. The food isles are separated by about four non-food isles like dog food, toiletries, etc. so the dairy and deli are on the completely opposite side of the store as the produce. They have three isles that have beverages. One of those isles is at the opposite end of the store as the other two. Management: please rearrange this store so that it makes some kind of sense. I cringe every time I have to go into the store. Granted, I do have other choices but this one is a mile from my house and the next one is a lot further. read more

This store reminds me of the grocery store scene in Ozark season 3, episode 1. If you haven't seen it, I'm sure the clip is on YouTube. That being said, they carry the rolls of Fresh Pet cat foods my cats like and the preferred flavor for my dog. They also have peach turnovers so even when I have to venture in, I know the Fresh Pet food won't be sold out. read more

Great place to shop. Low prices. Friendly employees. The produce is fresh and reasonably priced. Wide variety of everything you could possibly need. (There is a small bulk section located directly in front of the produce. Very handy and somewhat unexpected since some grocery stores don't have one.) The meat selection is great and average prices. (They have lamb which is great because we needed it for a recipe we wanted to try!) The remainder of the grocery area is pretty standard. Reasonable/low prices on many of the most common items. I love that the seasoning aisle is WAY larger than almost any other grocery store which is awesome. We're always looking for new/more spices to use in our food. The dairy/freezer section is always full of the items you'd expect/need the most. Milk prices are usually the same or lower than comparable stores in the area. I enjoy trying things from the bakery/deli area once in awhile. Not nearly as frequently as I shop in the other sections. Crest is so great, local and I'd highly recommend it. read more

The manager should pay closer attention to the employees dress and condition before shift. The employee "Jill" was wearing wrinkly clothes, looking as if just from bed. There was also the most definite smell of alcohol on her breath, and I was not impressed with her loud voice and demeanor while we were shopping. read more

This place is gross! This store is depressing, it stinks, dirty, and needed updating about 30 years ago. And depending on what day you visit, they may or may not have working AC...The employees are nice and friendly but almost all of them have a look of misery on their faces. The hamburger meat is trash and half the time it's slimy and watery...I hope and pray this chain goes out of business and OKC gets a quality grocery store chain like Kroger, HEB, Carrs, Publix, or anything other than this garbage. Not a fan of the Walmart neighborhood markets, but its the only feasible option. read more

Not unusual to find expired food on shelves. Lettuce is seldom fresh. Just spent $8 on a bag of pecans that taste old even though the date on bag is still good. I won't ruin my pecan pies with these pecans. My family jokes that the Moore Crest is where all the other Crest send unwanted, expired food. read more

I recently moved to the area from NC and this grocery store is the ish! No need for a store savings card as they already put the savings out there for everyone. Great selection of produce, meats are ok, fresh seafood is limited but not bad. Stores super clean and organized. Seems the employees actually care, which is refreshing. read more

I just left, the deli was full of flies...they were landing on the cooked food...it grossed me out and they told me they were pulling it...but people,myself included were watching it being served....that store lacks good management and has for quite a while. read more

I moved to Moore on May 8, 2008 from Tulsa after 33+ years at the same location. My youngest daughter, who is a OU Graduate and stayed in Norman after graduating, told me about Crest and I love it. I do shop a couple of other places just because Crest does not always have what I want. However Crest is my goto place, prices are great and people are greater. Thank You. read more

Pretty much the best grocery store in the whole entire universe! I am a Crest girl. I used to shop at 2 of the stores in Midwest City...which are also amazing...but this location is my favorite Crest! The customer service can not be beat. There are never random carts floating around the parking lot. The people who greet you at the door are always smiling and friendly. The cashiers are always in high spirits. The managers are always accessible! I love that about this store!! The produce is always fresh! Same with the meat! And the shelves are always fully stocked! They do their stocking overnight, like most stores, and it has only happened once where I went late and they were out of something on my list. However, they were able to go right to the back and get what I needed. The prices on everything are very competitive & reasonable and they are always having anniversary sales! read more

Home of rock bottom prices. Yup, it's true friends. The man zone's mom loves Crest. Rightfully so! You can buy a lot of groceries for less then you would at Homeland or Sprouts. Now, I'm not saying I will stop going to other markets.... Crest is a little too far of a drive to go on a daily basis, but when I'm on my way home from work, it's nice to know that I can make a quick list of stuff and stop here. Mini rice cakes usually are in the $3 range, but cost $2.48 at Crest. Occasionally you can find a nice piece of steak for under 5 bucks. They have the best Turkey Pastrami. Ever. You can buy a pound for around $3 and some change. It's not the cheapest stuff, but boy is it good!!! read more

It seems kind of strange to review a grocery store, but this place is almost like a second home to me! We are there at least 4-5 times a week. The produce section is outstanding! Outside of the farmer's markets, you are not going to beat the quality and price. The meat department is a little sad though. If you are looking for high quality, thick-cut steaks, you should head to a real butchery. The meats here tend to be thin cut and sub-par selections. Staff is amazing! My kids love coming to see the ladies who work up front. Best grocery store in Moore, hands down! read more

I love everything they have there, nice staff but im a big fan of there 6 pack Hiland Chocolate milk and it smells spoiled but tastes good. but when i drink it after then it tastes horrible. its not expired so im just confused on what is happening, and at other places such as 711 it tastes normal. read more

This is not the first time for me to shop here at the local Moore Crest location. I used to live in Moore, and remember this store being built during that time. I feel like this Crest is more of an 'express' type or 'neighborhood market' style Crest compared to the Edmond, Midwest City (Douglas location), Norman Fresh Market, and SW OKC Fresh Market locations. To me it seems a bit smaller with less items you would find at the other locations I listed such as not a wide range of natural or organic items such as Applegate Farms meats, and Fage yogurts. I didn't remember seeing a artisan cheese section or a salad bar either. It's a good place for regular grocery items, but for someone who is more health conscious like myself or in need of more difficult grocery items, this is not the place to go, but it is a very clean facility and a great neighborhood Crest to shop at for every day household and some groceries if you live close by. read more

We came here to watch the fireworks for the Fourth of July. The parking lot was packed and they turned the lights off so we could see better. I went into the store to grab snacks, and it was a little crazy but all the employees were being so nice and friendly. I shopped here anyways but now I'm a forever customer! read more

Great customer service every time I shop here! The prices on the shelf is the same amount when rung up. I think out of all the years I've been shopping at Crest I can count on one hand how many price discrepancies there have been. Everyone I encounter from the stock persons to the cashiers are always friendly and willing to assist. I really enjoy shopping here! read more

I bought cokes and some orange soda this morning, the price on Cokes was $3.98, however when I checked out I was charged $5.98, orange soda was marked $2.98, I was charged $4.98, when I asked about the difference in price I was told it was marked $3.98 on Cokes and in very small letters, the $3.98 was if you bought 5 cases, the price of $2.98 was if you bought 3, 12 packs, the price was very small, if you were on your knees and had a magnifying glass. I could read it . to me this is not an ethical way to sell items, needless to say, I wont be going back to Crest and will also give Crest all the free advertising I can. read more
