I'm really not that familiar with the store as I've only been in it three or four times. It's a little more difficult for me to navigate so I find myself circling back for things that I missed. I am usually hauling around a couple of small children so that makes bagging my own groceries a little more cumbersome! The one downside is that they don't accept credit cards at all. And I don't have a debit card. Their signs say they don't take credit cards in order to keep the cost down for us as consumers, but I find their prices are almost exactly the same as Crest, who does take credit cards, so that makes my life a little easier at crest. read more

This is definitely my favorite Winco location. Hands down. I've been here several times and it was never super busy. The store is very well-organized; it's easy to find exactly what I need. I love the bulk item area, and it is consistently neat and tidy. I've been to some locations where it looks like a tornado hit in the area! Overall, this location is neat in general. I have no complaints in the organization at all. To further explain the bulk items, you can buy dry goods by the pound. If you are big in minimizing excessive waste, bulk is the way to go. Also, it's a fantastic way to save money. I can get a pound of honey nut toasted oats (think honey nut cheerios) for a dollar and some change. That's a lot of cereal. Also, there are bread options as well in the bakery. Instead of buying a box of rolls, you can buy exactly what you need. The bagels are the way to go. They are yummy and I believe they cost me 28 cents a piece. Yes please! read more

First time at winco was a little overwhelming! They literally have everything walmart doesn't. I've only been 2 times. I love all the stuff you can get in lbs! We tried the fried okra so good. You can also try samples if you ask. They make sushi on the daily!!! It's sooo fresh! The staff seems happy to be their. Some prices are lower then Walmart I didn't likes their self check out and it's kinda hard to figure out at first. Seems like your doing it wrong for some reason. finding everything you need is hard to it's not set up like Walmart. read more

Nice change of pace to get groceries. Not a big fan of no advertising of what's on sale... But it's not too far out of the way from the house. They have some lower prices of quite a few items that usually I would buy at Crest or Walmart. The bag it yourself set-up is kinda crazy but I get it.... The produce prices in my opinion are hard to beat. The meat prices can be great also depending on what you are looking for. I will keep stopping by whenever I am in the area because yes in my case driving a gas sipping vehicle...it's worth the savings. The cashiers are usually very friendly also. What an awesome employee owned store. The grand opening specials were great, Frito Lay chips $1.68 to $1.78 for family size, cantaloupe 33 cents each, Heinz Ketchup & Kraft BBQ sauce .25 cents each, 1 dozen bagels for $2.98, whole brisket $1.88 per lb. (that's a steal), Smithfield pork spareribs for .98 cents a lb. - just to mention a few great savings. They have the largest bulk food items in the state. 2 isles of ice cold beer all brands, very nice! I like the cheese isle, great selection. They have Sushi, seafood, deli - fried chicken looked delicious. Wonderful aromas coming from the busy bakery, freshly baked cookies, pies and cakes. There is a American Greeting card section, next to summer outing (coolers, BBQ and grilling tools etc.) I'm very happy to see that Oklahoma is attracting new business and giving us consumer more options on our grocery stores. I noticed a lot of brands items that I used to buy in California and it's great that I can buy them here in Oklahoma. I don't like comparing grocery stores because they all have positives and negatives, so here's my run down; I buy Prime steaks at Crest on Rockwell & Prime Aged beef - Homeland on May Ave, other cuts of meat I chose Sam's Club. Produce, Buy for Less and Sprouts, all other grocery shopping - where every there's a sale. WinCo will be opening a new store in Oklahoma City in August, until then I will happily make the drive to Moore. read more

This place is great! The green tagged items are marked at really low prices. The store is huge and reminds me a lot of Sam's Club but without solely bulk items? My only complaint is that the staff here are terrible. I've been twice and both times I've overheard the staff openly complaining about their job. The last time I went the cashier was extremely rude. You have to bag your own groceries, so I was down at the end of the belt loading up my groceries when she was like "WHAT IS THIS" and held up a peach. I replied, "it's a white peach...?" And she rolled her eyes and huffed. LOL. I don't really mind because I know these jobs are tough and she was probably at the end of her rope from dealing with people all day, but it's just kinda Walmart-like service that I wasn't initially expecting. read more

Take Walmart Grocery Store plus Crest and stick it in a Sams Club sized retail location and you got this new store. Ok...prices are comparable to Walmart on most (80%) of the items. Their WinnCo brand is in some cases better than Crest branded items (milk bread cheese frozen goods). Their building one on NW 39th expressway and on Midwest Blvd. My major concern that the grand opening sale had lots on sale at below Walmart prices.... but what will it be like in a month? Only time will tell... 3.5 stars for this as of right now. read more

I just got back from buying a few things and wasn't really impressed. Some of the things were priced lower and some not. The store wasn't organised that great and I had to double back on most of what I was looking for. Even then there just wasn't the variety of items I was expecting. The major downfall was the crowd. Its not the store's fault but there was a lot of pushing and shoving. I'll have to think twice about returning. read more

So like any grocery store you must shop bargains to get bargains. That being said there are good deals to be had here. However, I will not lie I go here once a week for the sushi. For $10 I get a roll that is at the same level as all the sushi restaurants and the guys at the counter make it fresh and willingly answer ever and all questions. Great prices, conveniently located, large parking, helpful employees, but the layout takes some learning. Since this place opened, we have not been back to walmart. 5 cent corn on the cob, 58 cent large gatorades, 78 cent per pound of potatoes, and many many other great prices. You can buy munchies by weight and the prices are great! Trail mix was about $3 a pound and you only really need about 1/5 a pound. Good bakery section, good rotisserie chicken, grab n go lunches, overall great place to grocery shop. Its crowded but it's not the establishments fault. read more

If you've never been to a WinCo before I suggest checking this one out at the Moore location. I honestly haven't gone to any others but I hear that this one is the cleanest and has the best service compared to others. The people are super friendly and always willing to help. They have cheap sushi and $5 on Wednesday. The prices are unbeatable and they have tons of items. They have WinCo brand items as well that is just as good. They are open 24/7 which makes it great if you just need to stop in for something late night or super early in the morning. read more

I saved so much money at WinCo I know this was a grand opening but they have really good specials on drinks, Meats snacks, cereal etc. They are cheaper than Walmart & Crest put together on certain things. They even have Pampers $19 a case. That's cheaper than Walmart as well as Luvs the cheapest in the city for the big cases of Luvs diapers for $16 a case. They have a case of 24 pack WinCo water for a dollar 98. It's just too many savings to name I definitely will be back to WinCo. I have never been able to walk out of a store with multiple bags of groceries for under $50. After cooking the meats that i purchased salmon burger patties , steak, and ribs & chops I was not a fan. The meats were pink & not red. I will get selective things from winco or try chicken it should be okay meat wise. read more

Torn. Want to love it cause it's not Walmart and is employee owned. Lots of items but not lots of variety of brands I usually enjoy. Hate the check out system- don't mind bagging my stuff but the conveyor button is awkward and difficult to push for items and bag. Love the bulk items and bakery! Sushi is good, not the best but good for grocery store. Some customers here are ridiculous as they bring 8 kids shopping and don't supervise! One customer found sitting on yogurt refrigerated display trying to cool off as her kids ran rampant! Will need to plan my shopping at different times than weekends for sure! read more

On October 10, 2021 I had gone to another local grocery store in my community to pick up cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party that afternoon. I had placed the order with them on October 1, 2021. This store completely lost my order, had no record of it. I was frantic and, in a bind, one hour till party time and no cupcakes. I went to two stores with no luck. I needed specific colors of icing to match some cupcake toppers that I spent way too much money on! They matched everything I had for the party, including my daughter's shirt. I was in the parking lot of another store crying, looking on google for bakeries open on a Sunday. I saw Winco and called. Katie immediately told me not to worry, she had the cupcakes and colors I needed and would start working on them immediately. She said no crying, I've got you. She was right, she went above and beyond to help me when she did not have to. I arrived at the store shortly after and she met me with a smile, she was so nice. She saved the day!! The cupcakes looked wonderful and they were so delicious. Katie deserves some recognition and a bonus for helping me out. I had forgotten that Winco was even in Moore, because of her, my family will start shopping at Winco. Hubby & I decided to drive the 10 miles to check out the grocery store that had everyone in a tizzy. Guess we got lucky on the Saturday afternoon around 4:30. Plenty of parking. It's a large grocery store and I hate grocery shopping. What I liked about the store. You can buy candy, pasta, mixes, rice, beans, flours in bulk. Grab a plastic bag fill it with what you need/want from the barrel or the gravity fed container above the barrel. Tie it with a twist tie and don't forget to write the number of the bin on the twist tie. So many different varieties of the bulk items you're sure to find something you need/want or have to try. Now the candy. So much candy! The best part is that the bulk candy area has nutrition labels, so you can check out calories, carbs, sugar and ingredients. They have a small area that has sugar free candy you can get in bulk. Now, in the bulk area the barrels say No Samples, but apparently you can get you a sample from the gravity fed bins. The bakery was nice. Breads, cakes, cupcakes, etc. No sugar free bakery items. Deli area was small, I felt for such a big store, but maybe they're concentrating more on shelves of goods and not refrigerators of meats and salads. That's OK, it's their store. They have name brand items, but were missing brand names that I buy, and that's OK, too as they had brand names that the store I shop at doesn't carry. The staff always seemed happy to help and would often ask if we were finding what we needed or had question. We went up every aisle. Took us 2 hours (we read labels due to dietary issues). Some prices were higher than Crest or WalMart and some lower, but to me, it's not worth driving the 10 miles out of my way when I can stop at Crest or WalMart on my way home. I wish them all the best and if you live closer than 10 miles, you'll be happy shopping there. Oh, when you check out you'll be bagging your own items and you get a choice of paper or plastic. There's a big button at the end of the check out lane that if you press it, you start the conveyor belt and your food comes to you to sack. No charge for the sack or use of the grocery carts. read more

Eh it's okay if you have someone there with you to help bag. I had no idea you had to bag your groceries yourself, which is fine and all, but I was ALONE. With a basket FULL of groceries and felt so rushed because I was trying to bag, pay attention to when I needed to go pay (the credit card reader isn't anywhere near the place to bag), and there was someone behind me with even more stuff than me who needed bag as well. All in all I think I'd rather pay a little more to avoid the anxiety this experience was for me. Now if I can convince someone to go with me to make things a little more smooth then I'll definitely be back. read more

*****buyer beware. Visited this location to purchase a few sale items and few other things and ended up with a unpleasant trip experience. What i learned is that You MUST watch your quantities when buying sale items and you MUST and I Repeat you MUST watch the pricing. I tried to purchase two cases of beer at the price located in the sale slot. Manger and clerk refused to honor the price and tried to give excuses as to why they could not. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't honor the price. I also asked another customer who also grab a case of the same beer and inquired if he received the item at the price displayed on the sale slot. He thought he did, but soon realized that they charged him something different then listed ( almost double). Needless to say; he wasn't to happy and it left me wondering how many other innocent customers ended up being charged a higher price. Sounds like a bait and switch with this business. So be on guard and watch the pricing or take pictures to prove the prices listed on the items. read more

Talk about winning. WinCo was a pleasant surprise. My wife and I's budget has been super tight lately and upon google searching I came across this gem. Now anyone worth their salt will agree that no one place has all the deals, but between WinCo and Aldi's(check my spelling) you're in for some huge sales. They have great green tag bargains and huge savings on bulk items. If you're looking for more deals other than sams club and Costco please stop by this place. read more

I grew up with this Grocery store and so glad it came to Oklahoma City. I enjoy going to Sam's Club and Costco but sometimes I don't need bulk items but I like bulk prices. Their prices are very reasonable and sometimes ridiculous low. They had everything that you may need to pick up in one place. I went twice in one weekend and ending up spending more than I needed because the prices were amazing. They are opening more locations in the Metro area and can't wait to see more. read more

Not impressed. Bulk food section is great, but I find all the other departments lacking in selection and variety. Always a hassle to check out and never enough cashiers. The bag your own groceries really messes people up and slows everything down. Since other local stores price match I would much rather shop somewhere else. read more

The new WinCo in Moore is a pretty good store, but is not up to the level of Crest or Aldi. They have a decent selection of brands, and the pricing is competitive. It is like Aldi where you bag/box your own stuff, but WinCo is much slower. They have maps of the store layout, which is good since the location of many items makes no sense at all. They are open 24/7 and this location should do very well. I was just not convinced that WinCo is worth stopping by if Crest is an option. read more
