I love going to Costco for good deals. We went today and we found some good staples we always get and some new items. I like to go in the morning, but we came a little late today and came around 2 PM. The store was a lot busier than in the morning so it was kind of harder to push your card around easily. The lines for the cash registers were a little bit longer wasn't too bad though considering how busy it was. I recently discovered built bars, protein bars, and they are the best thing ever I had to go back this weekend to buy a couple more boxes the price is about $20 for 14 bar box which is much cheaper than Sam's Club and on their website. We always get gas here because this is a for sure way to save money!

It is so molded after four days. It was disgusting to even look at.

This was a gift from someone and they received it at Costco in Edmond. Whatever you do don't order the apple pie.!!!!

Pretty great place but the fact that there is like no way finding or signage to find anything kind of sucks. I can't imagine how much more people would buy if you could figure out what they have and where approximately to find in... Service was good. Selection is pretty good but again it's hard to know what all they have. Value is good.

I don't often go to Costco because I'm stuck on Sam's. I will say the few times I've been at Costco the quality of clothes are nice and other household items. I can't say I'm hooked on the foods. Today, I stopped by to look around and found something (a gift) took the item to self check out as the lines were out the door. It was packed for a Monday. Anyway, get to self checkout and they don't take cash. Had 4 sales people watching people do self checkout and no body could ring me up for a cash sale. I left item and walked out. Poor customer service. I'm buying something and I have to beg someone to take my cash money and check me out? No thank you.

First time I've tried the Food Court at Costco. For $1.50 you get a Jumbo Dog & a soda. Such a good deal! I wasn't planning on getting anything to eat but the dog was well worth it. I think I may have to try it again!

Costco has some great stuff. I have had some MAJOR issues with customer service but in the end they fixed the issue. I wasted so much of my time (I bought a membership online and they couldn't activate it or refund me). Customer service thus far: Zero stars I do love all the organic produce they have. Their samples are also fantastic. I don't know if it's really worth ALL the hype.

Gas is on sale here! It was the cheapest that I have seen since I left California on a cross country road trip. It was only $3.19 a gallon. California gas was about $5 when the road trip started. Who needs California gas when you can get Oklahoma gas?

ADA regulation

Discrimination against disabilities? We were very disappointed this afternoon when we witnessed a customer with an identified service animal get harassed by 3 different employees who all implied that her identified service animal was not a service animal. When the customer spoke with the manager we overheard someone tell her that her disability was not real and not covered. The service animal was marked for seizures, clearly, on its vest. Seizures are covered by the ADA. We reviewed Costco policy online and they allow each of their employees to interrogate customers about their animals. It seems a sad way to treat their guests with disabilities. I appreciate not having a bunch of random animals while I'm shopping for food. But harassing those with clearly marked service animals is disgusting.

Since Costco has been in town, I've been dying to go see what the hype is all about. My hubby is from Cali and he's used to Costco vs Sam's. We decided to go on a Sunday - which has prompted me to never want to go on a weekend again. Parking is the worst. The lot is full of traffic and people so if you have anxiety, definitely isn't the place you want to be. With the busyness outside, of course that translates into the inside. The areas are quite small for walking through, mainly because there's a ton of people and lots of things to buy. Again; if crowds aren't your thing, this isn't the place for you, at least on weekends. Tons of great buys though! Lots of different items that you don't see everywhere. This trip I really wanted to try the pumpkin cheesecake - it was DELICIOUS. It was slightly soggy/crumbly but the flavor was what I was looking for. Overall, if I were to choose between Sam's or Costco, I'd probably pick Sam's for my need items and for Costco, I'd go for the random snacks and things that it's nice to have.

Since I shop there often they always give a paper coupon as well as load it to your online account. Well, figuring the Kohl's cash would be on my app I threw away the paper. Once your Kohl's cash becomes eligible to spend they will send an email that you have kohls cash to spend and give the time frame to spend it. I had $80 worth of kohls cash but because something was not entered correctly there was no email or anything. It wasn't until 2 weeks after I guess it had expired I remembered it. When I went to check my transaction history there was nothing to be found on the app in my purchase history. I feel like that is the most important thing you could do as an associate at the register for this company. What a fail and loss of money especially during the holiday season. On a side note tho, only giving your customers a week and a half to use kohls cash is pretty ridiculous. 30 days seems more practical as well and reasonable to show appreciation for your customers. Just a thought.

If you need tailored services, Reza is absolutely FANTASTIC. He took amazing care of my husband,…read moregot him exactly what he needed, called ahead to the tailor so he knew we were coming (Dillards couldn't get the tailor done as fast as we needed it). I was very impressed. One woman with long gray hair near the Daniel Cremieux section has no idea how commission works and thinks that requiring you to keep clothes from her department IN her department, despite needing to try them on with items from other departments is a good idea. Earning a commission means being the reason a sale took place (I should know, my profession is 100% commission based) . Your first word to me should NOT be to tell me to do something that works better for YOUR paycheck and massively inconveniences me. That's how you get people to walk out, certainly not how you get them to come back again and again...but Reza gets it, he will get you more than taken care of. He's our go to for all things tailoring from here on out. (Would give 5 stars if he was the only employee we interacted with.)

While trying on a few business pieces, an older Hispanic associate offered to assist me. I appreciated her help and accepted, as my first suit was obviously oversized. She went to grab a smaller size, and we discussed how it was a much better fit. I mentioned that I planned to visit a few other stores, and she kindly offered to hold the items for me. Though hesitant, I accepted. When I returned as planned, she retrieved my "secured" items and proceeded to check me out. However, when I got home to style the suit for an event the next day, I realized she had rung up the original, oversized suit instead of the one we had agreed fit me best. I understand that mistakes happen, and I might have let this slide if we hadn't specifically discussed how significantly large the first suit was. This feels disingenuous and even a bit sneaky. If she wasn't able to secure the correct garment, she shouldn't have offered to hold it in the first place. I'm not sure how this mistake happened, but it left me questioning the integrity of the service. If im incorrect I will happily update. Speaking up is my only option at this point, because I feel very confused and blindsided by this..

I ran in here with my daughter the other day to try and find some shoes she won't argue with me…read moreabout in the morning. Her tennis shoes are "too sporty" and her Uggs are "too hot". Honestly, I should be annoyed because she is five, but I am not, because I'm like, girl, same. I was hoping for some little Toms or Blowfish, which they have here, or even some Chucks. The child took one look at Chucks and scoffed. Okay.... so I did find a few pairs she liked, like a metallic pair of high tops, and a tie-dye pattern of slip-on Blowfish, but they didn't have those in her size. They honestly had very few options in her size... like just two or three pairs in that section of "not dressy and not sporty". I was disappointed there wasn't more from which to choose. We usually go to Daniels Shoes, and even though it seems tiny by comparison, they always bring out a dozen pairs that fit. Here, I don't think I could have rounded up a dozen pairs in her size. AND, the prices are the same as full-service shops. I'm not sure what the "warehouse" means, except for me, crawling around on my hands and knees on the floor during a pandemic, searching for an elusive size 11.

The prices are comparable to other places that carry similar products. I am giving this place 2 stars because of some of the sales staff. I truly hate feeling like I am being stalked by sales staff, but that is exactly what it feels like, especially on my last visit. I was looking at the Hokas and a young lady comes up and asks me if I am looking at Hokas (I wanted to say something snarky but refrained).. then she says my name is (I forgot her name) and to let her know if I needed help. I continued looking. The entire time I looked she was within 15 feet of me "straightening" and asked me every 5 minutes if I was still doing ok. It reminded me of furniture shopping at Mathis Brothers for those of you out there who have experienced that. I can appreciate someone wanting to do his/her job well, but this was way over the top. This location did not have what I was looking for so the next day, I went to the Norman location. I walked in, was greeted and the young lady said her name was (forgot her name too) and to let her know if I needed help and left me alone to shop. I even thanked her as I was checking out for not being like the location on Memorial.
