Big Giant Warehouse sells canned goods, frozen foods, sundries and other household items at deeply discounted prices because the items are over expiration date, or came from stores that went out of business. You may not feel comfortable purchasing certain items that are over expiration date (I know I didn't feel comfortable purchasing 29 cent Lunchables that were a year over expiration), but canned goods last forever and frozen foods have a much longer shelf life. I was able to get aluminum foil for 49 cents, canned veggies for 49 cents each and a box of 20 granola bars for a little over $2.00. I believe they are open from 10am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. Maybe I can take my grocery savings and go out for dinner once a week now!

She never went to look at them to check the price. As I waited to have the clerk remove the drinks before paying, the register decided to freeze up. The manager ended up opening up another lane and checked out everybody else in line. So it took about 15 minutes of waiting for the clerks register to come back on and finally I got checked out. I took a picture of the drinks and price to show the manager and she still just said I'm sorry but that's not the price of those. So it wasn't the best experience at this particular store. I actually came into this store just to buy 2 items for someone else and ended up getting more things. I think that it's bad management and poor taste and customer service when not honoring their mistake. I tried calling regional offices and also sent an email about the matter but no response whatsoever. It's been about a month now.
