If you need tailored services, Reza is absolutely FANTASTIC. He took amazing care of my husband, got him exactly what he needed, called ahead to the tailor so he knew we were coming (Dillards couldn't get the tailor done as fast as we needed it). I was very impressed. One woman with long gray hair near the Daniel Cremieux section has no idea how commission works and thinks that requiring you to keep clothes from her department IN her department, despite needing to try them on with items from other departments is a good idea. Earning a commission means being the reason a sale took place (I should know, my profession is 100% commission based) . Your first word to me should NOT be to tell me to do something that works better for YOUR paycheck and massively inconveniences me. That's how you get people to walk out, certainly not how you get them to come back again and again...but Reza gets it, he will get you more than taken care of. He's our go to for all things tailoring from here on out. (Would give 5 stars if he was the only employee we interacted with.) read more

What started as what I thought would be a great experience quickly turned disappointing. I initially wasn't going to leave a review, but this is my second uncomfortable encounter at this store. While trying on a few business pieces, an older Hispanic associate offered to assist me. I appreciated her help and accepted, as my first suit was obviously oversized. She went to grab a smaller size, and we discussed how it was a much better fit. I mentioned that I planned to visit a few other stores, and she kindly offered to hold the items for me. Though hesitant, I accepted. When I returned as planned, she retrieved my "secured" items and proceeded to check me out. However, when I got home to style the suit for an event the next day, I realized she had rung up the original, oversized suit instead of the one we had agreed fit me best. I understand that mistakes happen, and I might have let this slide if we hadn't specifically discussed how significantly large the first suit was. This feels disingenuous and even a bit sneaky. If she wasn't able to secure the correct garment, she shouldn't have offered to hold it in the first place. I'm not sure how this mistake happened, but it left me questioning the integrity of the service. If im incorrect I will happily update. Speaking up is my only option at this point, because I feel very confused and blindsided by this.. read more

Dillard's saved my life, they have an entire section of dresses. You can't go wrong if you are in need of a dress or two. One thing I really enjoyed is the employees, so nice and very attentive. If you look lost like I did, it won't be for long someone will ask if you need help. Having help made my shopping experience fast and efficient. I enjoyed doing some window shopping too lol so many things I wanted but my budget couldn't afford. The house department is phenomenal, very nice pieces. read more

Dillard's at Penn Square is my favorite place to shop for ladies' clothes and shoes in OKC. They have a great selection and they run excellent sales. The associates are always helpful and friendly. The store is large and open and never packed (although the Penn Square parking lot can be annoying, particularly around the holidays). Dillard's is my go-to place for dresses, business attire, evening wear, lingerie and dress shoes. The items are good quality and the prices are very reasonable. read more

I had a very negative experience in the dress department at Dillards Quail Springs. I purchased a dress and once I got home I discovered that they had a the same dress a available on line in green, which was a better color for the holiday event I was attending. The color wasn't available at the store so I purchased the green dress online and took the purple dress to the store to return it. When I arrived at the store I asked an employee in the women's department where I should take my return and she told me to take it back to the dress department. When I arrived in the dress department there didn't appear to be staff around so I waited by the register counter. Finally I noticed a woman who I thought might be an employee but she wasn't wearing a name tag or badge and I didn't want to assume so I remained standing by the register. The woman and I made eye contact several times but she never came over to help me. Several minutes later a women came out of the dressing room with a dress in her hands and stood in line behind me. The woman I saw earlier came rushing over and said to the woman behind me "oh! You want to buy this dress? It's so beautiful!" The customer said "yes, this one worked for me - but she was in line first" (gesturing to me). The employee pointed at me and said "you wait. I will help her (the woman buying the dress) first." I responded "that's not very kind. I've been waiting here and you ignored me and now you're making me wait again." The employee said "yes but you are returning and she is buying, there is a difference" I agreed that there is a difference but I am a customer also and this isn't a nice way to treat people. The other customer agreed with me and told the employees that I was there first and walked away saying she needed some air after trying on dresses. The employee then begrudgingly processed my return - which took just a couple minutes, no longer than it takes to make a purchase. The experience left me feeling shamed and uncomfortable. I am new to OKC, but I have been a Dillards shopper for years in Iowa and I've never been treated this way. The employee spoke with an accent and I wondered if perhaps there was cultural difference creating a misunderstanding. I imagine that in some places it is acceptable to give preferential treatment to a customer buying vs returning. I went to customer service and asked to speak to a manager to let them know what happened in hopes they could speak with the employee and prevent a similar situation from occurring in the future. After attempting to reach a manager by paging them by their ridiculous elf names (maybe it was a reindeer name - either way she had to page them by a silly name to call the North Pole) she wasn't able to find one that was available to talk to me. read more

Nice chain store with a pretty good selection. I have shopped at a Dillard's store in Oklahoma most of my life. I find the staff to be friendly & plenty of dressing rooms to try things on. While the selection isn't always the best here compared to quail, it is always way less busy and has everything you need! Friendly employees. Yes this location is older carpeted floors mainly and it just feels old but they always have a great shoe selection and swimsuits. Not many brands offered of makeup and never enough dress options in the dress department. Super convenient though if you live in edmond or north okc and you don't want to drive as far. read more

I was in the market for some really nice, comfortable dress shoes. I try to avoid Penn Square like the plague; yeah it's a decent mall, but the long trip down NW Expwy and the Mad Max-like jockeying for a decent place to park always seems to be a hassle. A trip to PF Chang's landed me in the neighborhood of Penn and Memorial, so I decided to check out the nearby Dillard's. Dillard's has a really good selection of Men's dress shoes, unlike my beloved Kohl's. I was in the market for either Johnston & Murphy or Rockport shoes, and they happened to have both - and they were on sale. The lady working the shoe area was very friendly and helpful, and quickly brought me the styles I had chosen. After a quick test drive, I settled on a pair of Rockports that looked and fit great for a great price. What more can you ask? read more

Holy disheveled shelves!!! I came here with my Mother on January 2. We weren't looking for anything in particular, just browsing - but we didn't have much success in finding anything we liked, or anything at all for that matter. It was like stumbling into an episode of Hoarders full of disgruntled employees and customers trying to squeeze past each other to get to the racks, which seemed to be arranged into cattle chutes or something. Seriously, I hope they are just re-organizing the store because it was just a giant sh*tshow. I'm sorry - I don't have a nicer way to say that. There was crap just strewn everywhere, the racks were arranged very strangely so you were blocked in lots of places - there was no natural flow. And also, in what feels like a personal attack, they're petites department absolutely pathetic, whereas it used to be one of the better places to buy petite professional clothes. Instead it was mostly old lady jogging suits and other elastic-banded pants. They used to have a great selection of Tahari and Kasper suits in petites sizes, but those are evidently all long gone. What a disappointment. I hope that the Dillards at Penn Square is still decent, because the one at Quail was a huge let down. read more
