I've never been to this Midwest City Kohl's, but I thought I'd shop a little outside OKC for some Christmas gifts. This location is very large. The checkout lines were long, but the cashiers moved fast. I know it's the holiday season, so retail pricing is common before they slash prices to move inventory in the new year. But this location seemed higher in price than others I've been to. Also selection was bare! Very picked over thus close to Christmas. I did find some very cute things, but I'd likely not stop at this Kohl's location again. read more

I used to not ever come here, but I recently came during a sale and it was fantastic! I got so many good deals and I done most of my Christmas shopping here! The kohls cash really keeps me coming back. I bought something online and got $5 kohls cash when picking it up in the store. The line to get your items or return something was pretty long. There was an area for self pickup, but I don't see how to do that on their website when shopping. Maybe I'll figure it out later, because that would save some time. People come here to return Amazon packages too, so that also makes the line long! They have a dressing room here and the line to check out is usually a little long. read more

Not a fan of big box stores but I needed a couple shirts for a wedding this coming weekend so went here. Took a minute to find the big and tall area. They had a decent selection and the prices were pretty decent. Was not acknowledged when I walked in nor did anyone offer any assistance. Not sure if they even do tht anymore. Found what I was looking for. Used the fitting room which I don't usually do but there was such a wild difference in sizes between manufacturers. Ended up with 1 3XL and 1 2XLT. Really nice shirts for the price. Been so long tht I couldn't remember which phone number I used for the rewards and the cashier said she couldn't help which I didn't believe. I tried a couple of the old numbers but no avail. Other than that she was fine. They only had 1 cashier open and had a line. I heard what I assume was the manager call for help. I decided to treat myself to a couple of items that I have been wanting for a while now so since today is Mother's Day I said why not? I get there as soon as they open this is purely accidental just good timing on my part. When I walk in the door I am offered a cart by a nice young lady named Aereal ( don't know her name at this point) she proceeds to tell me that is it sanitized so I take it and thank her. I head directly to the department I am looking for and start to shop around and look at the purses. I see a couple that I like but not in a color that appeals to me. So I decided to leave that area and go to the pillows. I want to buy two of those king size pillows for $19.99 but or for sale for $9.99. I then see Aereal (this is when is look at her badge) and ask could she please check for me if they are really out and she so nicely does and they are out but she says that I can order them from the kiosk. At this point I must make a face because she tells me that she can get somebody to help me. I say because I really don't like this kiosk but I know where it is and she calls someone to assist me. I get to the kiosk and Ahmya meets me there she ask me what am I looking for? She basically does everything except put my information in she even picked up my debit card off the floor for me when I dropped it pulling it out to pay. I think that was super sweet and went way up customer service. Then I was telling her about my purse issue she walked me back over asked me about a couple of them and found me an alternative color on her handy dandy wrist thingy. read more

Poorly kept location, misleading price signs and deceptive management. After asking about an item ringing up at the wrong price, the stores manger removed the price sign on the table and lied about it. read more

I walked in and Caribbean Queen by Billy Ocean was playing. Customer service is nice. It's always clean.

This is located my job so Im here usually every other day on lunch. Great customer service at this location as well as great prices on their products. Also, it definitely benefits you to have a Kohls card because of all the terrific coupons and savings. read more

I like Kohl's. My only complaint is they don't carry my shoe size (size 5 ladies). I can't wear kids shoes to my office. Overall a wonderful selection of clothes and if it is not on sale now wait a week, it will be then. read more

I use to shop here quite a bit, then realized they will raise their regular prices then put them on "sale" so you aren't really saving anything. They do have a lot of clearance sales and those you actually get for a deal. I just really dislike the misleading sales. I also think they have a generous return policy. read more

kohls in general is ridiculous! while shopping online was my experience I am stating what EVERY kohls is doing! they shipped my 58.00 order I spent HOURS finding and putting stuff in my cart... the RIDICULOUS website pulled an address I'd had from TEN years ago and SENT my entire order to it! when I tried to intercept THREE days before it was delivered as I check and stay up withALL my orders... the idiot robot ...only way to communicate with this stupid place... refused to help me at all then offers 10.00 off my reorder (I ordered Christmas sale items that of course were now out of stock and because it's a robot it does not understand this concept at all) whoopty do you freaking ass hats thanks for literally nothing except a headache and now FOUR wasted hours! I wound up ordering rather re ordering the Christmas bags as they were still available and it took another hour and fourth minutes on the phone to these clowns to get the 10.00 and free shipping they offered online! just absolutely unacceptable PERIOD !! I will literally tell EVERYONE to NEVER use kohles online EVER and the store itself is even worse with NOTHING in stock hardly at all so unless your buying socks (careful though even those are "limited" items in store) DONT do business with this store they are AFUL!!! I will NEVER shop with this place again and I hope I can reach at least one million people and inform them not to either!! read more

Good place to find deals on Levi's Jeans and good bargains on shoes.

Overall it's a great place! Employees are uber friendly, cute clothes, they just lack on jeans for my husband. He can rarely find sizes that fit him here. Size 36 waist 34 length. Shoes are a little on the high side but everything else is good. read more
