They need more selection on men's shoes in size 13 and they need to have some better sales now and then. We have had decent luck finding some deals on casual shoes in the discount room. The Town Center is across from the Midwest City, OK, Welcome Center; Tinker AFB; Tinker Bicentennial Park. It is north of I-240, and north of I-40, off exit 157C. It's north of SE 29th Street, south of SE 15th Street, east of S. Air Depot Blvd, and west of S. Midwest Blvd. Details: The Town Center was opened in 2005 and was completed in 2007. There are about 56 stores, restaurants, and services in a 90 plus acre area. I've listed them out, almost in order of location, starting from the west, off Air Depot Blvd, and going east towards Midwest Blvd. Most of the restaurants are along SE 29th Street, towards the front of the Plaza, so it's easier to see and get to them. The base stores, Lowe's, Best Buy, JCPenney, Target, Marshall's, and Kohl's, are situated to the rear of the Plaza; with the remaining stores, food places, and services in the middle stores. During December, the Plaza Market area is decorated with Christmas decorations and lights, with a huge Christmas tree in the center of the Market. The checkout lines were long, but the cashiers moved fast. I know it's the holiday season, so retail pricing is common before they slash prices to move inventory in the new year. But this location seemed higher in price than others I've been to. Also selection was bare! Very picked over thus close to Christmas. I did find some very cute things, but I'd likely not stop at this Kohl's location again.

Horrible experience!! They sold my mother shoes at full price, and when we went to return them…read morebecause they hurt her feet, the manager refused to refund because they were on sale, even though they charged full price, and never said there were no returns on sale items. Owner then decides to lecture me and accuse me of telling her how to run her business. Rude, condescending, embarrassing, hateful people! Changing the rules after the sale and refused to correct the issue. Only after I got lectured, and threatened a negative review did she issue the refund.
