I've never been to this location before. It was very low selection in stock in everything I was shopping for unfortunately, but that's typical during the holidays. I did go to a real cashier, which was quicker than self checkout! Prices are same as other targets. read more

Walked in the store and there was an employee cleaning the carts that is always a plus in my opinion. As I walking through the newly remodeled store I passed 5 employees and I made eye contact with each and everyone of them and only 1 of those employees spoke to me and asked me did I need any help. And I walked around the entire store because I needed something in every department. I want to recognize Jacob for being the only employee to speak and help me with finding the main item I came to Target for. I usually don't shop at Target but they had these particular mask that I wanted so I decided to pick up everything else that I needed. As I was passing the electronic department on my way to sporting goods I did see someone walking through and I did hear him ask someone did they need help. Also my cashier did come and get me out of a longer line to expedite my check. She was really nice.and polite I forgot to get her name. I'll be sure to take my $200 somewhere else. read more

I am super basic when it comes to being a mom who loves Target. I spend a LOT of time at Target either shopping or killing time. That being said, this is one of my favorite Target's in OKC. First of all, the parking lot always appears very full, but I almost always get an amazing spot. I know this is more due to chance than it is directly due to Target, but it is still a definite bonus. This location also always has everything in stock and up to date. I can always find the size of clothing I need, or the type of ice cream I love. The employees are super friendly and eager to help. Seriously, this Target just seems to do everything right. The only reason I docked a star was because SOMETIMES they don't have enough lanes open in the checkout. But, the lines usually move really fast anyway, so it isn't a super huge deal. read more

I'm always happy with Target's merchandise over other discount retailers. They charge more, but I always get something that lasts much longer. In fact, I still have an acrylic mug from the 1980s that I bought at Target. I like their Up and Up store brand, as well as their groceries. I've shopped national grocery stores and they seem to lack the care--and they sometimes have those food scares. No surprises at this location, though the cafe was a bit small. read more

I've been all over the place and well, Target is Target, right? I feel like giving this location three stars because the employees are more often than not very nice people. That does count for something. I know from past retail experience that dealing with the public day in and day out takes a toll on your soul. Okay, what has bothered me about this location though since I first shopped here in late 2011 is hygiene related. I've seen customers without shoes on several occasions, walking about in the produce and food section. What's with that? Some sort of dirt is perpetually smeared all over the flooring. I know it's high traffic so maybe that can't be helped, but I have to say there is just something about this store that seems well...dirtier than other Target stores. The Starbucks is terrible. The last three consecutive times I attempted to get one, something was either broken, the register was down, and finally someone was on break no one could step in. Maybe they are chronically understaffed and can't keep up with the amount of people who frequent the store. I'll still go for now because I live here and my options are limited. read more

This target now sells groceries! I love that I am able to buy Udis Gluten Free Bread and a variety of Amy's Organic frozen dinners! This Target has a Starbucks inside also which, is kind of weird, because there's another Starbucks right outside, literally. read more

Looooove Target to begin with. I can spend hours just roaming the aisles of this Target. It's not the biggest target I've been to but it serves its purpose. The bathrooms could be cleaned a little better though. If the Walmart on Sooner has cleaner bathrooms than you do there's a problem. read more

I found the cheapest price for milk crates here. After trying to find a store that had more that 3 in the same color was exhausting! I finally called this store and was sent to a gentleman who checked for me. When he came back on the phone and told me he had 4 blue crates, I said, "Thank you soo much, I just love you! ". I still laugh at his response..."I love you too, I will set them at customer service for you." How awesome is that? ??? read more

We stood in line for Black Friday shopping. The manager came out after a woman in line complained of people cutting in line. The manager said this was his property and he could do as he wished. He was quite obnoxious. Half my party left. They really expected Better representation from Target management We went in wanting sheets but personnel was not aware of the black friday specials. My wife finally found the sheets but was alarmed that the ad was for full size sheets in the ad instead of all sizes. Very disappointed tonight! read more

My last few trips to Target haven't been as expected. A young girl has checked me out twice and both times was very rude, even walked away without giving me my bags. Another woman hounds me about the Target red card and I avoid her line and the last person who checked me out was offended that I wouldn't sign up for the target red card. I understand that it's target's promotion, but after they were hacked there is no way I'm giving them or anyone else my bank account information. Sorry. Stop hounding me and just offer it and when I respond with "no thank you" just drop it. The store is losing business with pushy, rude cashiers because I now dread going to target. read more

Awful customer service. Downright condescending behavior. Ordered a picture online and got an order number but apparently " they do not have that service" and I was "the only person who had this issue" the Target employee snickered and informed me. Like I had no clue what I did. There was zero effort to help me. And while I was trying to make them understand and insisted on giving them the order number, immediately I get an email telling me what I have to do to get my picture printed. This was more than 24 hrs after I got the order confirmation. I think someone dropped the ball and did not send me the email on time and when I pushed them by my incessant phone call they remembered what they have to do. Sadly they never admitted their part in the episode and acted as if I have no idea what I am talking about. read more

Lately the store has been good. For a while I had an issue with cleanliness. This was right after Starbuck's opened in Target. There were always Starbuck's cups everywhere so there were knats everywhere. Now it seems to always be clean and no knats. It's one of my favorite places to go for a lot of items. I love this place, the hardship with electronic coupons & the cartwheels are frustrating at best. I am all about hiring all types of people. However if you expect them to all function the same or learn alike, the problem begins. Our cashiers computer locked up on the payment portion and he was an elderly gentlemen but troubleshooting was not his strong point. A blonde employee came over and was telling him he didn't know how to work it, just push the button total twice. He pushed it over and over showing the fault was on the machine. She rolled her eyes and left, never to return or assist again. Not another associate helped our cashier for 17 minutes. We had a line 4 deep with two cashiers in the customer service area and two others checking. It was painful to watch our cashier look around for any help grasping at anyone around for eye contact. I bypassed the cartwheel when it wasn't recognized twice and that whole endeavor may have caused a system blip. He finally got assisted by a high schooler who was checking behind us. She restarted and hit a bunch of keys & pulled us back to her lane to take care of our wait. Two stars for assistance from coworkers who care and get things done. One more for having a snack bar to calm my minions who were losing their game faces quick. In the end I bought bras and underwear specifically with my cartwheel that wasn't able to be applied. It kinda bummed me out but technology is unpredictable at times. All I can say is I hope for better next time. read more
