I've moved around a bit and several times have used Suburban's furniture delivery service with great results. They offer delivery to the entire state of OK and contiguous states. While my salesperson did apologize, the overall experience reflects extremely poor customer service. To make matters worse, one of the sales associates claimed he had called me, which was simply not true--I never received a call. After more than a decade of being a customer, this was incredibly disappointing. Mistakes happen, but what matters is accountability and making it right. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Mathis, you need to do better. Customer service should be a core value, not an afterthought. If you want, I can also make a shorter, more punchy version for Google/Yelp or a more formal escalation version to send to corporate.
