You can't really beat some of the deals here, but you do have to be careful and make sure you look over each item of clothing carefully as there could be a rip or a hole or some other defect in the material. There's plenty of parking and if you sign up for their text alerts you can get notified about upcoming sales and even some coupons in your inbox.

OMG! I went to the Men's shoe department to buy some shoes. Two store associates were there. They…read morewere both too busy helping a man who was buying a pair of $60 shoes to help me purchase 3 pair of UGG slippers. To make matters worse.. he was trying on MULTIPLE shoes WITHOUT SOCKS!!! Needless to say I attempted to contact the store manager. He was at lunch (it was 2 pm). So I tried to contact someone else.. the lady that answered the phone, had no idea who their Regional/District manager was. So I called the 1-800 #. Surprisingly, they knew IMMEDIATELY who to call. LVM with Regional/District manager. Two hours later the store manager called... he listened very attentively.. and then tried to explain away their behavior. Stated one associate was training another.. so, obviously, they have a very poor mentoring program and really need to rethink their whole peer-to-peer program. LOL So.. I went to Penn Square bought the over $300 purchase from a nice young man who actually came over to help me.... and YES my husband did wear SOCKS when he was trying on the house slippers!!!! Lesson learned. Don't go to the closest shop.. go to the one a little bit farther but has sales associates who actually want to help a customer and understand the importance of foot hygeine!! Unbelieveable in this day and age that a "premiere store" would allow a customer to try on shoes without socks!! I am not sure if I was at a thrift store or Dillards..but am definitely questioning the efficacy of their management/employee training program!
