The workers are friendly and the selection of merchandise is actually quite amazing! They have the most home décor furniture selection of any around. Plus the parking is great and it's super close to chick fil a and just doors down from the newly remodeled Tuesday morning. This location also has a great selection of handbags and clothing. They don't have as many kid/baby stuff such as strollers, car seats, etc. like the marshalls near quail springs has. That marshalls always has had an excellent selection. This location also has a great selection of anything kitchen you can possibly ever need! They always have an entire row (long row might I add) of clearance on the farthest back right wall of the store. Dressing rooms are always clean and never messy. Needless to say I attempted to contact the store manager. He was at lunch (it was 2 pm). So I tried to contact someone else.. the lady that answered the phone, had no idea who their Regional/District manager was. So I called the 1-800 #. Surprisingly, they knew IMMEDIATELY who to call. LVM with Regional/District manager. Two hours later the store manager called... he listened very attentively.. and then tried to explain away their behavior. Stated one associate was training another.. so, obviously, they have a very poor mentoring program and really need to rethink their whole peer-to-peer program. LOL So.. I went to Penn Square bought the over $300 purchase from a nice young man who actually came over to help me.... and YES my husband did wear SOCKS when he was trying on the house slippers!!!! Lesson learned. Don't go to the closest shop.. go to the one a little bit farther but has sales associates who actually want to help a customer and understand the importance of foot hygeine!! Unbelieveable in this day and age that a "premiere store" would allow a customer to try on shoes without socks!! I am not sure if I was at a thrift store or Dillards..but am definitely questioning the efficacy of their management/employee training program!

There was one cashier apparently due to the other cashier being on lunch. A customer was trying to return an item that they dont even sell there. After 5 minutes or so of trying to help him the cashier called the manager to help her. There were 7 ppl in line. The manager came over and was assisting the cashier. She left and came back twice. A customer in line asked her if she could open another register due to the wait at the time literally being 15 minutes. She snapped at him stating Im the manager and I have to help her. When the customer asked if there was anyone else she said no shes on lunch youll have to wait. Another 5 minutes goes by and two customers walked out to which the manager was unbothered. She finally after another 5 minutes moved the customer to the other register and let the cashier check out the long line of ppl. So it took almost 30 minutes in line to check out. Ridiculous. I was on my lunch which is why I timed everything I was about to walk out myself when she finally let the cashier check us out. Horrible customer service.
