I don't have a single complaint about Target. Their structure and organization are top-notch, and I'm always impressed with their product lines. Their associates are always professional, and the store is consistently very clean. The Drive Up and delivery services have been a lifesaver for me more times than I can count. read more

Nice place. Organization is a priority and clean. Daughter loved the space in between the aisles. The staff had smiles on their faces. Nice lady at cash out made somebody's day brighter - thank you for the stickers!!! When in the area I will return. (It's a farther drive from the house vs another Target). When I think about going to this Target location rather than others in the area it's because I'm on the hunt for fresh produce and/or bakery items. This Target location has all the expected updated Target features including a Starbucks, deli counter, electronics section, housewares, great card selection, clothing for the whole family, books, lawn and garden, an ever changing Hearth & Hand with Magnolia section, and more. My most favorite reason I keep coming back to this Target location is that the staff is helpful and they don't sweat the small stuff, they are helpful, solution-focused and try to make it right. The drive up service for the quickest kind of "Target run" works as expected. The only opportunity I can see for this location is I usually feel the candle selection runs a little thin compared to other locations in the area. TIP: This Target location is in a busy area. Enter/Exit off Memorial and avoid Penn for a little less driving headache. While this location may be in a busy part of town, it's centrally located for your Saturday errands and the staff works to ensure they've done their best to serve you. October 2021 read more

Target - October 2021 - Department Stores Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The employees here are usually pretty great. I tend to visit this location the most and enjoy it.

This is my favorite Target store, I really enjoy their bakery and deli area. Throughout the store the shelves are well-stocked. The staff wears masks and busy stocking shelves. All shopping carts are sanitized by the friendly staff. read more

POORLY MANAGED. EMPLOYEES ARE POORLY TRAINED. I spend at least $1,000.00/week here. I usually get drive up service. Today I bought a multipurpose cleaning spray WITH BLEACH. I stoped by to pick everything up after food shopping at Trader Joe's which included FROZEN AND PERISHABLE FOOD. I also had a bag of food from a restaurant. "Pedro" tossed the bag with the bleach into my car. The bleach spilled on my clothes, got on my hand, got on the bag with my food, etc. Luckily, I bought a six pack of water which I used to rinse my bleach soaked hands! The store director "Ryan" gave me a $25 gift card and a refund of my order. He was very cold and lacked any empathy. He was DELIBERATELY slow. It took nearly an hour. When I explained that I had frozen food that was defrosting in the backseat, he snidely said that I could just leave and not get the items I had been waiting for. He then chuckled. He was awful. (And badly needed a shower.) read more

As a mom of a toddler I love Target so much! They make shopping for everything so convenient! My favorite thing is the free curbside delivery and no minimal purchase to use it. I utilize this service all the time so I don't have to get my baby in and out of the car read more

I used to love the MWC Target location due to the small town feel, but I love this Target location as well. They carry the nail stuff I use, and it's always in stock. I like that they offer organic options in food, and more healthier natural hygienic items as well for the entire family. I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty obsessed with Target. I especially love their Cat and Jack Children's clothing. It's super good quality and has a great trade in policy. read more

With the busyness of the holiday season and the need for some marshmallow bits for a specific recipe, I was delighted to find out online that a local Target carried the item I desired. I quickly went online and purchased my items. I was pleased to find out the turn around time was expected to be less than 2 hours for my items to be pulled and ready for pick up. I received an email less than an hour after purchasing that my items were ready for pick up. Yeah! The only downside to the experience was the fact that everyone had to stand in the returns line despite the fact the had 3 employees working the area. I suggest designating one employee to pickups as the signage suggests. read more

Target - First time to use Targets click and pick up service . - Department Stores Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

My wife and I frequently come to this target several times a week. The customer service is always pretty good, and the store is usually stocked and pretty clean. The curbside pickup is usually never a long wait, and it comes in handy if the weather is bad. The only knock about this location is that it always busy because of the location. All in all, I definitely recommend this location. read more

Target Bakery, specifically. I've used this bakery for my kids birthday cakes for 3 years now and I've always been absolutely pleased with my purchases. Several years back I was shocked at prices of some other bakeries and while I knew they were great, I was having large parties and just couldn't stomach the bill. I just went to quail springs target on a whim and honestly, they do a fantastic cake and buttercream icing. They're also really pretty compared to what I've seen from other grocery stores. I get asked where I got them after I've served them too so my guests are pleased as well. I just wanted to give a shout out to this crew of bakers for putting their hearts into their work! Thank you! read more

Target - Custom Sheet cakes - Department Stores Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I asked for direction to the light bulbs and a young employee didn't bother to listen and turn sent me to the lights. Agh! But a woman in that department knew the number of the aisle I'd need. This store had a huge grocery department. It's as big as some groceries. I found so many good things. So many specialty things. But it's huge. This is not a quick in and out. read more

Target is great. This one has a lesser produce section than I am used to. The store itself is clean. They are out of many dairy products we I go however. Not sure what the deal is there. read more

This target is great at not so busy times of the day. If you go during lunch or a Sunday afternoon its brutal busy. You'll be sure to run into cart traffic! It is super convenient if you do your grocery shopping here and Sam's club since they're all tied to one another right by quail springs mall. The workers are friendly. The curly headed chipper manager who runs the registers and customer service desk is the best! I've had a few complicated returns and she always answers any questions I have. Also they have the self checkout lanes here which I often times do and the workers are always super happy to help and resolve any questions I have. The bakery selection is huge here and great! Their meat is also decent here except for the chicken I feel like their beef selection is much greater than their chicken here which is odd. This store is one of the newly remodeled ones and its nice and new feeling even the dressing rooms, they're much bigger which is great if you're traveling with a stroller! Overall, this is a great target just have to come on their non busy times and you'll have a much overall better experience. read more

Aside from target being woke , their deli sucks . I only came because they carry spindrift. I love boars head but BOY are these people working the counter inexperienced and very VERY slow . It took them a while to even acknowledge me . I asked for the meat I selected to be SHAVED I stood there for what felt like 10 minutes for her to give me a bag of thickly sliced meat . Her excuse was that the " machine would turn off " if she put it on a lower setting . Are you kidding me ? Why have a sign that shows the levels of meat slice and SHAVED being an option . I've gone to other delis that have boars head and they've been able to achieve a shaved slice/ pile of meat . Never coming back to target . read more

I love target but feel I can no longer shop there. The prices of many things have gone up dramatically. A steak I used to buy is now 60% higher in cost. This is more towards targets management not the staffing that works in the store. Drop your over priced supplier on certain items and find better bargains or lose your customers that shop with you. read more

I am so sad to be leaving this because it's the first time I've ever left a bad review for Target. But the experience I just had is worth the worst review ever. I actually don't know if I'll ever return to Target again. I purchased outdoor solar lights here that worked for about all of 2 days then completely stopped working (all 24 of them, $3/each). I had a life time warranty (what a joke). My husband called them for the warranty and they asked us to mail in the receipt. We called them again after it was supposed to be delivered and we were on the phone with them for an hour then they hung up. I go to Target to explain my story thinking they can help me. They said if I go to the original Target they'd be able to help me. So I come here (the Target I purchased them from). The 3rd costumer service person told me to get one off of the shelf. So I walk all the way to the back of the store in my heels. After I get back they said because it's past 90 days they can't help me. Well, maybe the other target should've told me that, or maybe you shouldn't have made me walk all the way back there or MAYBE the 1st costumer service representative should've told me that. Ugh, just unbelievable. You just lost a loyal costumer Target. Good bye. read more

Super clean, and good customer service. My only complaint is that the grocery organization needs some work.

Bad experience in the electronics department. Was standing around for a good 20mins with no one to help me purchase some AirPods that were locked in the cabinet. This white guy with a black shirt on that looked like he just came off the street did not greet me or asked if I needed help (no name tag either) apparently worked there & the second a little white girl walks up he helped her... but yet I was standing there trying to find someone to help me for nearly 20mins.... THe most amazing and helpful staff. It's always busy but the staff works hard to make sure the line moves as quickly as possible. If you ask a question they go out of their way to help. Pretty good Target store. This location is usually extremely busy because of its geography. Usually staffed fairly well. They have a few self checkouts to avoid the crowds, but not as many as others I've been to. Good selection & friendly people. Good transaction. read more

Target is my jam! Cute apparel, amazing designers for clothing and housing. The dollar aisle always had cute little useful items. Renovations The store is a confusing maze as of now, as they are renovating this store to a more modern design. One negative, they closed the bathrooms so they setup a ports potty outside, albeit the nicest I have ever seen, it just seems that they could have left one bathroom open at a time. Kids in those things is close to impossible considering you have to leave the store. Food I adore that there is a Starbucks inside. The bakery gives free fruit or cookies to kids, just ask! The sushi is actually fresh and taste pretty good. They have a large selection of pre made lunch items that are fresh and light. read more

The store itself is nice- but as I was leaving tonight I heard one of the employees at the return counter mocking a young girl as she was walking away. The girl was near the 1,3,5 dollar section before the worker rudely stating "the store closes in approximately 2 minutes" then mumbled amongst the other women at the counter before loudly saying "next time just check your target app I mean come on" as they continued to giggle and just flat out be ugly towards that customer. I wanted to stay and talk to the manager, but working in customer service myself, I had a lot of opinions and it's probably best I settled for this review. You just do not mouth customers in such an ugly tone. You work in customer service. If you don't like your job, quit. I highly encourage whoever manages this store checks the cameras to watch the ugly, mean girl behavior of the African American woman at the returns/customer service area towards one of your customers from about 9:56-9:58 PM on Thursday Nov 17th. read more

Although I sometimes get a little confused by the layout, since it is pretty different from others in the city, I can always eventually find what I like, which on this particular day included: shoes, skincare, vitamins, makeup, bottled water and paper plates. The efficiency of a store like this is unrivaled. In a time when Wal-Mart is setting out collection bins for their employees who can't afford to buy food at Wal-Mart for Thanksgiving - while the company makes them work on Thanksgiving to sell toys and electronics at a loss just to get people in the door - well, I just can't imagine giving my money to them. So I'll be a Target loyalist and keep myself from being a part of the national disgrace that is Wal Mart. Perhaps because Target treats their staff better than the aforementioned, their staff keeps a professional and courteous demeanor even when faced with embarrassingly rude, uptight, rich Edmond women. The piece-of-work in line at checkout in front of me was horribly rude to the young lady checking us out. I'm not sure why an upper-middle class woman spending $200 on Christmas stuff and decorative items feels like she has ANY reason on the planet to be rude to the woman checking her out. I found myself glaring at the woman. Despite this, the cashier was polite to her, and then very nice to me. She complimented the shoes I picked out, and seemed like that customer before me hadn't even phased her. read more

In 2013 my dad and I were Christmas shopping here when he suddenly got chest pains. I called 911 and in the meantime received assistance from other shoppers. When 3 Target employees approached us and asked what they could do I requested they make a call for medical assistance over their intercom, they refused, informing me they would be held liable if they did such a thing. The employees, including the store manager, proceeded to stand and stare, being of no help at all. There was an elderly woman who ran and got Aspirin off a shelf, as we assumed my dad was having having a heart attack. Another customer left her shopping cart to wait for EMSA in front of the store for me, as I didn't want to leave my dad's side. In the meantime, I literally had to stand and shout "We need medical help across from register 17, if there are any nurses or doctors in the store!" Which generated a handful of helpful off-duty medical staff. All of this to say, common sense tells me in the time of a medical emergency, that regardless of my jobs policies, to help out. Target, no thanks to you, my dad survived that day. His aorta had actually ruptured and we were working with MINUTES to save his life. He underwent a near 10 hour surgery and months in ICU. From that day on I've never felt a sense of safety shopping at Target. But to the shoppers who willingly lent a hand, I wish I would've thought to get your names. You're a rare find and we're forever grateful for your helpfulness. read more

I like this Target! I hate when I go to a Target and it's all busted and has dirty carts and rude employees and nothing in stock. This is the opposite! Typical big box store/super target. I prefer targets over Walmart because they seem to cater to a classier population and tend to be more organized. Also as a couponer their policies are pretty awesome. I'm happy this location finally installed self check out stalls. It would be ideal if they copied Walmart by having an attendant present at self checkout to help when needed. When customers need help it backs the line up and people get frustrated. read more

I really miss the customer service for in store shoppers. They add self checkout and get more checkout lanes but only open 2 or 3 at a time. Then if you do use a checkout lane, the cashier bags your stuff then walks away to leave you to put them in your cart. read more

Super Target = market + pharmacy + clothes + electronics + Starbucks + TOYS! If they don't have it, then you must not really need it. This location is always clean and well stocked. It's a Target. Nothing special. I enjoy that it's a Super Target because it's nice to get it all done but it's extremely hard to hunt someone down if you have a question. I caught the deli employee as he was leaving for a break and you could tell he was really bummed that he had to help me (huge hesitation to take his jacket off) No fault on him . I wonder how long he had been there and why he was by himself on Sunday afternoon? Made to order sushi. They also usually have some tasty meats in the meat section that have been prepared with cheeses or seasonings that are nice to liven up a menu. I absolutely love the cartwheel app...huge savings there. Bathrooms are always gross. read more

Target is one of my favorite stores! As most may have seen this is a Super Target, it's a huge playground for me! I spent well over two hours in this store , not even getting to every department. The staff was very helpful , I had found items that I wanted to try , that other smaller Targets did not have! Example ... Earth Balance vegan butter! Always use cartwheel app for coupons, I scan things as I put them in my basket also to check if there is a coupon on the app as well, also if your a Target shopper apply for the debit or credit card! You save 5% off everything which is very nice! read more

I definitely expected more since they had renovated, etc. but it felt less "super" and more like a regular Target spread out over a larger footprint. I'm not sure how they can fix that, other than making they have fully stocked shelves on the department side of things. Not worth the traffic- if you have a closer Target, go to it instead. The only perk is having a larger (ish) grocery section. read more

Going from outside in, there are plenty of parking since it's located in a well developed strip mall. Inside, the pastry, vegetable and meat sections are well stocked with variety of selections. All other sections are less desired. Boxes are mixed up and some shelves are bare. I've seen better in Walmart sections. Rest of the store is about the same. The clothing shelves are not well stocked with variety of sizes or not stocked at all. Prices are a little bit higher than their competitors. The entertainment section is okay, but the employees are definitely lazy and doesn't seen like interested in helping their customers. Toy sections are the best stocked sections I saw today. The cashiers all seem friendly. I think they need a new shift manager because morale seems low and employees are not stocking the shelves. I saw employees walking around and not really doing anything. Overall, it's okay for what it's worth. I've been to this Target many times, but it seems like the store is heading down the hill. read more
