Boy has Ross really let go of their standards when it comes to customer service. The guy at the…read moreregister definitely made people uncomfortable by rushing the customers to come to him and unload merchandise while in the presence of a prior customer getting them situated at the same time. Kudos for the multitask but he still failed to listen and show any signs of respect or courtesy to the customers. The amount of frustration this employee manifested with the customers he helped is beyond unprofessional. The loss prevention lady shook her head almost the entire time. She can vouch for the piss poor attitude of this employee. Get rid of them Ross! I thought yall stood for more than that! 07/17/25 - Isaac

I usually come to the store to look at dog supplies, dog treats, and home goods. If you're looking for a cute dog bed that looks like a human bed/couch, they have those. They are about $100 each and are cute. Those beds are only for smaller or medium size dogs though. They would not fit a large dog. Ross usually has many different kinds of dog treats and dog bones for cheaper than other stores. They have a descent selection of purses and bags as well. Parking is always easy to find here, as the parking lot is giant. I would say their shoe selection is not very good if you have larger feet like I do. Selection gets really pretty skimpy when you have above a size 9-9 1/2 shoe.

If the cashier was rude, that's not acceptable but the store is under no obligation to honor your request "no questions asked." Having said that, this is a typical Ross. You'll find some expensive brand names on the racks for great deals if you look but usually they'll have a snag or stain in the fabric. Sometimes the juniors section has cute blouses and dresses but you're generally better off shopping for linens or garden decor items here since the selection is decent. A good selection of purses and sunglasses also. Personally, I've never had an issue with customer service here and I've shopped here fairly often. Service isn't remarkably good but it isn't remarkably bad either. They might not have ten of each item in every size imaginable but you know going in that you're basically shopping at a glorified thrift store and you adjust your expectations accordingly. If your expectations are reasonable, you more than likely won't have a problem and might walk away with a bargain to be proud of.

Before we could even look for the air conditioner we had to find the restroom. We walked the entire store, I could see that the aisles are wide and the store looked really clean and stocked. I didn't even know that Target had groceries..they also have a Pizza Hut and Starbucks inside selling their goodies. When we reached the front of the store again I asked an employee where the restrooms were located. Just to let EVERYONE KNOW they are right by the entrance when we first came in. I felt so stupid for not asking sooner. The restrooms were nice and clean. Not only did they have the men's and women's but they also had a family restroom. Now, we were ready to look for the portable air conditioner. I stopped another employee and asked her. She immediately got on her walkie talkie and asked someone else making sure they knew it was a portable one we were looking for. All they had was window units so we left.
