I walked into Torrid, straight to the girl(s) section and a lovely sales lady was there to save the day! She started a dressing room right away and had amazing customer service! I wish I could remember her name! Perfect fit.. score. So I walk out of the dressing room, straight to the counter and ask her to wear it out.. I called my doctor shortly after and he told me not to take medical advice from any store manager. I'm choosing to go to stores that value customers and not treat us like we are all infected. Was turned away from door before 6, argued with until 6 and then turned away again because "it's 6…read morenow" At outlet location 3011 I arrived to return a single item before it closed. The lady locked the door as I approached, even though it was before 6, then argued about nothing for 5 minutes, then said "oh, well look at that it's after 6". Astonishingly bad customer service. Tried shoving her watch, which didn't say it was 6 yet, in my face, but hit the door because it was closed in front of her (?). The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would have been out of there by 6 easy, I had the receipt and it ready to go.
