I found two pairs of shorts, two tops, and a maxi dress, and a bra, plus a silver necklace and a wonderful broach. The items were mostly from well known higher end brands. My issues began a few minutes after putting the dress on. My friend spotted a hole about an inch long in the back along the seam and I was so sad I didn't see it at the store, but figured I would just get it repaired when I got the huge top altered down. Continuing on with my morning an hour in it's completely ripped about a foot in the back. I sit down for the first time with my new slit in the back and the side splits open completely! The dress just disintegrated within hours of putting it on. I was so sad to see what a horrible quality this dress was, especially given how much I paid for it! So a terrible quality product, eh that sucks but the icing on the cake was how I was treated when I brought it back to the store for a refund. Normally a small local business would be so embarrassed that they carried such a faulty product and try to make it right for a customer and treat them with respect. But that's not how the management of silver accents handles things. They blamed me for the product being faulty, repeatedly told me how they would be out of money and they couldn't share the faulty nature of the piece with their market. Then they refused to give me a refund for the insane amount I was charged for the horrible quality dress. They wanted me to shop around and use store credit - like I'd be dumb enough to ever shop in this place again now that I know their quality and management. Overall I recommend shopping literally anywhere else. Don't waste your money or time on this place.

I went in for an exchange for a smaller size. My bf got me some Align leggings and I didn't know I'm supposed to size down compared to their other leggings. The employee was super helpful when I told them about my sizing issue. Thankfully they had a size down in the pretty purple color I needed. I tried them on and yay they fit. The store was clean for how busy it was. The line went pretty fast too. Their prices are very expensive, but they do feel really nice on when you wear their clothing.

Earning a commission means being the reason a sale took place (I should know, my profession is 100% commission based) . Your first word to me should NOT be to tell me to do something that works better for YOUR paycheck and massively inconveniences me. That's how you get people to walk out, certainly not how you get them to come back again and again...but Reza gets it, he will get you more than taken care of.
