The store was very busy when I went last week. It looked like a lot of people exchanging Christmas gifts or just doing some shopping. The line was swirling around quite a bit. I went in for an exchange for a smaller size. My bf got me some Align leggings and I didn't know I'm supposed to size down compared to their other leggings. The employee was super helpful when I told them about my sizing issue. Thankfully they had a size down in the pretty purple color I needed. I tried them on and yay they fit. The store was clean for how busy it was. The line went pretty fast too. Their prices are very expensive, but they do feel really nice on when you wear their clothing. read more

Helpful staff and the interior displays were well-lit. Although some items may be more on the expensive side, they do have some bargain racks selling clothes at very reasonable prices. Looking for Father's Day gift! First impression it's a high dollar store.I made my way to the clearance section and the prices were still $99! I wasn't stalked when I entered the store in fact I wasn't aware of the sales associates when I found out later they had the Lululemon Red Cross bags on. I just need to let people know just how Lululemon treats their customers. I bought a gift card for $75.00 and then I realized I was in the wrong store. I know that was lame but I came back within 5 minutes and asked for a refund. They informed me it was a final sale and that all stores do that. But I have been issued a refund before when I needed it. So not all stores do that. they were rude and complacent to me. I asked to speak to the District Manager and she would not come and talk to me. I loved going here a few months ago but after they changed their policy, they have been SO rude. I have tried taking back stuff because of the warranty and it was a pair of shorts because they were dethreading on the seams. This chick told me when i went the first time that it doesn't qualify, then second time I tried to take them back they qualified... Makes no sense, but the first lady was very rude and needs to be fired. I have been driving two hours out of my way to go to the one in tulsa because it is SO MUCH BETTER! At this particular location, I'm always impressed with customer service. Even on wild days like today, the second weekend after Christmas, the employees calmly and efficiently help the masses with a smile. I came to Lululemon bc it's all the rage right now. Okay so the store was so busy and had no room whatsoever to shop. The line to checkout is around 500 miles long. And it's about 500 dollars for shorts, joggers and a couple of t shirts. Oh! And you wanna sit down while your family is shopping, that's cute, there is literally one chair in the middle of the whole store so good luck with that. I am not sure the name of the lady that helped me and I could not find her name on the receipt. She has short hair and her cashier number is 12033001000010. I had some issue with my pants and I came in to exchange and she helped me out twice because the first time I had them on. After exchanging them for me, she informed me the right away to wash out my lululemon clothes in a way that they won't have problems anymore. I'm not sure why, but I've never bought a pair of Lulus. Maybe because of the bad press, maybe because of the price, but I've never been in, never ordered anything. Well, that changed last week when we went in to get a gift card for my fitness minded sister in law. I decided to just try them on. And, that, apparently, is the gateway drug to buying a pair. And, based on the fact that I long to wear them when I'm wearing anything else, I'd say the steep price is justified. Seriously, comfort, the look, and the generous return policy mean I'll never mock the price again. I'm a firm believer in buying good quality attire and taking good care of it, as evidenced by jackets and jeans and sweaters and dresses I've had (and worn regularly) for 10+ years - no joke. Rich helped me, and he did a good job explaining the different styles, pulling items for me to try, checking on me, and ordering what I wanted. The location and the set up inside the store is great as well. So, taking off a star for the in store experience. A mother and daughter duo from what (based on the accents) I can only imagine is a very small town in Oklahoma, were in the dressing room area while I was. The girl was hollering at her mother to get her different sizes. She was awful - rude, loud, a rich hick. Her mother was worse, yelling back at her daughter from across the store to "hang on". It was awful, and someone probably should have either asked them to leave (unlikely) or offered to help pull the sizes and find pieces to help get them out of there as quickly as possible. But they were absolutely running the place. I imagine I would find lots of Lululemon frequent flyers vexing, but there was something happening with that pair that was really troublesome. Like if you remade Mean Girls as a fish-out-of-water picture, cast with the Dance Moms of Durant on a road trip up to the big city. I received a gift card for Christmas and I would have to say this was the worst shopping experience. Considering their prices and their reputation, it was simply awful! I would compare it to being in Forever 21. The music was loud, the dressing rooms were filthy, the place was an absolute mess and no one was available to help. I still bought a gift and when they rang it up it didn't ring up correctly. This took some time to convince her this was wrong. She kept trying to convince me it was due to taxes. She couldn't even tell me what the tax percentage was. I asked for a gift box and was told they ran out of those many weeks before Christmas! For being LuLulemon... so disappointed! I had my very first experience at the store in Classen Curve this weekend and was very nervous. I wasn't sure if I would feel comfortable in the store or find anything that fit me. As soon as I walked in I was very warmly welcomed. I told them I was ready for my first pair of pants. I wasn't sure if the store had anything that wasn't for running/yoga. I'm a cycler and always looking for something a little different or to layer with. The ladies picked tons of pants and crops for me to try. I ended up falling in love with 2 pairs and bought both of them. The only drawback to lulu is the length. I'm 5'4 and the skinny and relaxed pants were way too long. I got an $100 pair of leggings from here and wore them less than 5 times and find a hole in them. I hang them to dry and take good care of them. I took them back to the store to see if there was any way I could fix this problem and was turned away with a suggestion of "stitching it so there would be a stitch mark rather than hole". Terrible. Would not recommend buying clothes here that are expensive and not the quality they should be. read more

I have 2 daughters who love this store so I am in it quite often. First thing to know is that pretty often there is a clothing rack full of sale items. Always hit that first! Second, don't be afraid to find a sales associate and ask for help. I have never had a bad experience with the sales staff, they have always been pleasant, knowledgeable and very willing to help. Third, the prices seem steep but the quality is excellent. We've shopped there since the store opened and not one time have we had a problem with an item of clothing we bought. And we buy a lot---jackets, shorts, bras, leggings, tops--ALL have held up over time and many washings, simply fantastic! And finally, the sizing seems to be quite consistent across the different clothing options they sell. So my daughter who is a size 4 in tops is also a 4 in bras, leggings, jackets, etc., which I think is unusual these days. More often when we shop at other stores she might be anywhere from a 0 to a 6. Lulu's dedication to quality control and consistency in sizing means that I can grab items for my girls even when they aren't with me and I know the clothing is going to fit. And don't skip the men's side of the store! I bought my 14 year old son a pair of the running shorts to try and he is now a Lulu fan, having originally told me it was "a girl's brand". He has since picked out a couple to shirts and a sweatshirt and he says they are "cool". That's the best endorsement he has, so take it seriously, LOL read more

Lululemon QUALITY PROMISE POLICY IS FAKE!! Went in hoping to swap my lululemon leggings that were starting to pill very bad after just buying it a month ago. They did nothing to help me! I told them I was doing exactly what their employees had told me to care for my leggings. In response, they simply told me I wasn't washing it properly and that I should wash it inside out. I've been doing that over a month to care for my leggings and they've been in a really bad condition. Not to mention, I drove an hour to the location and this is the type of result I get. The store is located in the beautiful Classen Curve circle of shops near Black Optical, Tucker's Onion Burger, and Red Coyote. There are huge windows to let in natural lighting, and the store is pretty spacious. Mainly I just wanted to inform people that the store holds a free yoga class every Saturday at 9 am, one hour before the store actually opens for shopping. This is a great way to experience a range of instructors (they all come from the community studios), and it really is free - no donations taken. Sadly I am so disappointed in the Lulu Quality Promise "if it doesn't perform, we'll take it back." Untrue! I bought my first and only pair of Lulu leggings in June, 2016 and within 60 days there was a lot of pilling and loose threads especially in the inseam and crotch areas. They looked very worn out after being worn/washed a max of 10 times so I stopped wearing them about a month ago. On advice of a loyal Lulu customer I returned to the store in Classen Curve, OKC today and was told that it was "normal wear and tear especially for high intensity work outs and they could do nothing for me." I responded by saying I do not even work out, I bought them for leisure wear. I bought them just a few months ago and they could look up my date of purchase on my account. I did not expect that they would not wear out so quickly considering the price. The salesperson shrugged and repeated that they do nothing for normal wear and tear. I have been obsessing over Lululemon for quite sometime. I'm not a huge fan of ordering things online so I have never bought from there. I found out on the Internet that there was one right by Penn Square Mall. My husband thinks they are too over priced for what they offer. I have been trying to convince him otherwise. I'm totally obsessed. I am a very athletic person, I train MMA, eat all organic, used to dance and cheer, about 5'2 and weigh 120 pounds. So I am in good shape. When I found out about the store, I told my husband. He let me work extra (not being able to spend much time with him) overtime (still in school) so I could save money to buy a good handful of stuff from Lululemon. I saved 825 dollars. Of course I did not tell the associates how much I was willing to spend. I'm glad I didn't. I walked into the store and what girls seem to be friendly to everyone just kept looking me and my husband up and down like we weren't fortunate enough to be. Needless to say we do not struggle and we are very clean cute couple. This lady came over to me, asked what I was shopping for and was hitting on my husband right in front of me bragging about her hot yoga she does. Let me remind you we were in the women's section looking at stuff for me and didn't ask what I do, what I need certain fits for, if there was anything specific. All she talked about was her hot yoga. Not about the store, or the clothes. My husband is a very religious person. He was really uncomfortable with it. This lady is in her 40's (skinny, tall, long brown straight hair, fair skin, and seemed to be a manager of some sort) and my husband and I are 22. I though it was really disrespectful.Didn't look at me once just my husband as if he was gonna be the one trying on women's pants. I tried on a couple of the clothes. Did not grab much because the associates were unwelcoming and acted like me touching clothes was messing up there perfect piles. My husband was very displeased with the store and convinced me to not to get anything after saving up 800 dollars. Ruined my day, I was so excited about my visit. I still consider buying it clothes from there, just do not want to deal with anybody disrespectful. I did end up spending 600 dollars of active wear. But it was from free people, nike, and underarmor. I did spend less than I would have a LLL and got way more. I really wish my visit was different. I would probably be a regular if my husband was convinced it was a good store. My advice to employees, be respectful and professional to ALL customers no matter what thoughts or impressions you had.
