The store was very busy when I went last week. It looked like a lot of people exchanging Christmas gifts or just doing some shopping. The line was swirling around quite a bit. I went in for an exchange for a smaller size. My bf got me some Align leggings and I didn't know I'm supposed to size down compared to their other leggings. The employee was super helpful when I told them about my sizing issue. Thankfully they had a size down in the pretty purple color I needed. I tried them on and yay they fit. The store was clean for how busy it was. The line went pretty fast too. Their prices are very expensive, but they do feel really nice on when you wear their clothing. read more

Usually I don't care about leaving a shopping review, but today was different this is for the worker (Jenny) ! You are the rudest person I have ever met! You should never treat people like that. Your attitude your behavior and the other worker having to say sorry for your behavior, says everything about your character. If the company reads this train your workers to be nice. read more

Awesome athletic apparel store with actually a wide selection of wares for men (which came at bit of a surprise because I thought the clothes they sold were primarily for women). Helpful staff and the interior displays were well-lit. Although some items may be more on the expensive side, they do have some bargain racks selling clothes at very reasonable prices. Recommended! read more

Looking for Father's Day gift! First impression it's a high dollar store.I made my way to the clearance section and the prices were still $99! I wasn't stalked when I entered the store in fact I wasn't aware of the sales associates when I found out later they had the Lululemon Red Cross bags on. It was busy busy busy and the store was clean and well organized. Overall it's an expensive store with high end quality exercise and casual clothes. read more

The space is beautiful. But since they went away with their policy and you have to have a proof of purchase of at least a year and won't even do a repair on their items. When I bought the items it was with the life time warranty, definitely not great with the customer service aspect. It's truly not even worth shopping there anymore. read more

I just need to let people know just how Lululemon treats their customers. I bought a gift card for $75.00 and then I realized I was in the wrong store. I know that was lame but I came back within 5 minutes and asked for a refund. They informed me it was a final sale and that all stores do that. But I have been issued a refund before when I needed it. So not all stores do that. they were rude and complacent to me. I asked to speak to the District Manager and she would not come and talk to me. I was told by the other managers, there was nothing they could do and they would be fired if they did anything. read more

I stopped in for my pick up order. It was PACKED. For it being a weekday, I was surprised. I love all of the colors and options they have but I can't make myself spend that much on a pair of leggings that I'll be sweating in if I'm not an athlete maybe one day, but for now. I'll stick to their belt bags. read more

Like a drug, if you try...you will be addicted! The quality of these clothes can't be beat, they're extremely cute, and perform very well over time. At this particular location, I'm always impressed with customer service. Even on wild days like today, the second weekend after Christmas, the employees calmly and efficiently help the masses with a smile. Every time I have been in, SOME of customers act like they own the place. I guess SOME people feel royal when they pay $100 for a pair of pants. It's annoying, but don't let them kill your joy-- the apparel is worth the interaction with ding dong behavior. read more

I loved going here a few months ago but after they changed their policy, they have been SO rude. I have tried taking back stuff because of the warranty and it was a pair of shorts because they were dethreading on the seams. This chick told me when i went the first time that it doesn't qualify, then second time I tried to take them back they qualified... Makes no sense, but the first lady was very rude and needs to be fired. I have been driving two hours out of my way to go to the one in tulsa because it is SO MUCH BETTER! I recommend going there instead. The team is so nice and never had a bad experience and when I took back something for the quality promise, they didn't even question it. read more

I came to Lululemon bc it's all the rage right now. Okay so the store was so busy and had no room whatsoever to shop. The line to checkout is around 500 miles long. And it's about 500 dollars for shorts, joggers and a couple of t shirts. Oh! And you wanna sit down while your family is shopping, that's cute, there is literally one chair in the middle of the whole store so good luck with that. The fitting rooms are nice and clean so I'll give them that. Overall this place is overpriced and I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Every single time I come to the OKC location I always regret it after. The people who work here are the rudest, most unhelpful employees from any other location I've been to in the country. Do not recommend. If the service wasn't bad, the clothes have a serious quality issue and they changed their warranty policy because of it. read more

Always have had such great customer service and just wanted to send the awesome staff some praise! So helpful and never pushy. They have helped me in so many ways over the years and I have never had a single bad experience here! Even with complicated orders or returns! Also love their custom alterations and hemming service. They have also helped me find some things that only exist online and helped me order these items free shipping to home and arrive in just a couple days! They are also the best for gift returns because they keep a good track of when things were purchased and are so flexible and understanding! read more

I can't believe we only have one store in this area. You would think that there would be more stores since Oklahoma is promoting fitness everywhere. I love this store and I am so happy they moved to a bigger location. All of the employees are so kind and will help you until you find the right match. Lululemon is pretty expensive but I think it is so worth the price. I love the style and quality of the clothes. I even use their hair ties and headbands. read more

I am by no means a stick thin girl nor am I a runner. I feel like lululemon draws a lot of these types in. Typically when I'd go in a place like this I'd feel intimidated but the girls working are always so kind and extremely helpful! This store has so many selections of pants bras tops and so much more! If you don't know their stuff you have no idea what you're shopping for! If you just tell the employees what you're using the item for they can guide you to the best items to fit your lifestyle! Location is great in classen curve! If only their prices weren't so dang expensive! read more

I am not sure the name of the lady that helped me and I could not find her name on the receipt. She has short hair and her cashier number is 12033001000010. I had some issue with my pants and I came in to exchange and she helped me out twice because the first time I had them on. After exchanging them for me, she informed me the right away to wash out my lululemon clothes in a way that they won't have problems anymore. I buy a lot of lululemon but I never had anyone informing me the right away to wash them out. Wish I knew her name to give her full credibility for excellent costumer service. Thank you read more

The purpose of my review to cancel the person who thought this specific location was not up to par. In fact, the classen curve staff is exceptional. They are professional, accommodating, and very friendly. The music in Lululemon has never interfered with my experience. The quality of the clothes makes the price of the clothes justified (like how it's always been since lululemon was created) this store doesn't deserve a bad review from some clown that can't be satisfied @nadine. read more

As a guy with a stylish girlfriend and mother in law the had to put me on to this brand. And I am a brand whore. The fabric is better than dryfit imho and I don't give out positive comments in regards to clothes. I am definitely changing up my wardrobe, just from getting older and losing body weight...I need a whole new wardrobe and I am for sure going to be getting a couple more items for casual wear. Guys put a pair of their shorts on and tell me you don't like them. I'd venmo you $5. read more

amazing. so cool. love the store. the clothes, amazing. cant wait to go there again. 10000/10

I'm not sure why, but I've never bought a pair of Lulus. Maybe because of the bad press, maybe because of the price, but I've never been in, never ordered anything. Well, that changed last week when we went in to get a gift card for my fitness minded sister in law. I decided to just try them on. And, that, apparently, is the gateway drug to buying a pair. And, based on the fact that I long to wear them when I'm wearing anything else, I'd say the steep price is justified. Seriously, comfort, the look, and the generous return policy mean I'll never mock the price again. I'm a firm believer in buying good quality attire and taking good care of it, as evidenced by jackets and jeans and sweaters and dresses I've had (and worn regularly) for 10+ years - no joke. Rich helped me, and he did a good job explaining the different styles, pulling items for me to try, checking on me, and ordering what I wanted. The location and the set up inside the store is great as well. So, taking off a star for the in store experience. A mother and daughter duo from what (based on the accents) I can only imagine is a very small town in Oklahoma, were in the dressing room area while I was. The girl was hollering at her mother to get her different sizes. She was awful - rude, loud, a rich hick. Her mother was worse, yelling back at her daughter from across the store to "hang on". It was awful, and someone probably should have either asked them to leave (unlikely) or offered to help pull the sizes and find pieces to help get them out of there as quickly as possible. But they were absolutely running the place. I imagine I would find lots of Lululemon frequent flyers vexing, but there was something happening with that pair that was really troublesome. Like if you remade Mean Girls as a fish-out-of-water picture, cast with the Dance Moms of Durant on a road trip up to the big city. But I love my new pants, so I'm sure I'll be back once my bank account has had a moment to rebound. read more

I had my very first experience at the store in Classen Curve this weekend and was very nervous. I wasn't sure if I would feel comfortable in the store or find anything that fit me. As soon as I walked in I was very warmly welcomed. I told them I was ready for my first pair of pants. I wasn't sure if the store had anything that wasn't for running/yoga. I'm a cycler and always looking for something a little different or to layer with. The ladies picked tons of pants and crops for me to try. I ended up falling in love with 2 pairs and bought both of them. The only drawback to lulu is the length. I'm 5'4 and the skinny and relaxed pants were way too long. I hate altering pants so I passed on them. read more

Greatest customer service. I came in today with a hole in newer pair of Lulu's. The woman (I can't remember her name) at the front desk said okay we can swap them out. She did her thing at the register brought me to a dressing room and I took off my pair and put on the new pair. You can't beat that! Thanks Lululemon OKC!! read more

Light as air underwear at lululemon means no panty line underwear. Worth every penny for ladies who love to wear fitted clothing. The worst thing that I hate to see is a woman in a form fitting dress and you see bulky pantie lines. It destroys the whole look. read more

I received a gift card for Christmas and I would have to say this was the worst shopping experience. Considering their prices and their reputation, it was simply awful! I would compare it to being in Forever 21. The music was loud, the dressing rooms were filthy, the place was an absolute mess and no one was available to help. I still bought a gift and when they rang it up it didn't ring up correctly. This took some time to convince her this was wrong. She kept trying to convince me it was due to taxes. She couldn't even tell me what the tax percentage was. I asked for a gift box and was told they ran out of those many weeks before Christmas! For being LuLulemon... so disappointed! I'm new to OK but have been in many Lululemon's and this one is definitely not up to par. read more

The store is located in the beautiful Classen Curve circle of shops near Black Optical, Tucker's Onion Burger, and Red Coyote. There are huge windows to let in natural lighting, and the store is pretty spacious. Mainly I just wanted to inform people that the store holds a free yoga class every Saturday at 9 am, one hour before the store actually opens for shopping. This is a great way to experience a range of instructors (they all come from the community studios), and it really is free - no donations taken. If you don't have a mat, the store has extra! read more

I got an $100 pair of leggings from here and wore them less than 5 times and find a hole in them. I hang them to dry and take good care of them. I took them back to the store to see if there was any way I could fix this problem and was turned away with a suggestion of "stitching it so there would be a stitch mark rather than hole". Terrible. Would not recommend buying clothes here that are expensive and not the quality they should be. read more

Very nice store. Greeted, welcomed, and educated on women's clothing, for Spouse. Employee from S Cali was very helpful. The men's clothing/accessories are very nice, as well. You don't visit this store without knowing you'll spend a lil cash. Only reason for dropping a star, CW's racist/sexist comments. Hash tag not cool. read more

Unfortunately I will not go back to this location again. I'm 60 years old I've been doing yoga for decades. I could not get any help from the employees. It was obvious you needed to be under 30 before they would approach you. This has not been my experience at other locations and I will continue to shop at Lululemon but not this one. read more

Great products. I would like to see them take a page from San Francisco's store and gave more if a sense of community. Classes, lectures, sharing, health. I have 2 daughters who love this store so I am in it quite often. First thing to know is that pretty often there is a clothing rack full of sale items. Always hit that first! Second, don't be afraid to find a sales associate and ask for help. I have never had a bad experience with the sales staff, they have always been pleasant, knowledgeable and very willing to help. Third, the prices seem steep but the quality is excellent. We've shopped there since the store opened and not one time have we had a problem with an item of clothing we bought. And we buy a lot---jackets, shorts, bras, leggings, tops--ALL have held up over time and many washings, simply fantastic! And finally, the sizing seems to be quite consistent across the different clothing options they sell. So my daughter who is a size 4 in tops is also a 4 in bras, leggings, jackets, etc., which I think is unusual these days. More often when we shop at other stores she might be anywhere from a 0 to a 6. Lulu's dedication to quality control and consistency in sizing means that I can grab items for my girls even when they aren't with me and I know the clothing is going to fit. And don't skip the men's side of the store! I bought my 14 year old son a pair of the running shorts to try and he is now a Lulu fan, having originally told me it was "a girl's brand". He has since picked out a couple to shirts and a sweatshirt and he says they are "cool". That's the best endorsement he has, so take it seriously, LOL read more

Lululemon QUALITY PROMISE POLICY IS FAKE!! Went in hoping to swap my lululemon leggings that were starting to pill very bad after just buying it a month ago. They did nothing to help me! I told them I was doing exactly what their employees had told me to care for my leggings. In response, they simply told me I wasn't washing it properly and that I should wash it inside out. I've been doing that over a month to care for my leggings and they've been in a really bad condition. Not to mention, I drove an hour to the location and this is the type of result I get. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Never shopping here again! read more

Great products with amazing quality. Worth the price because of how durable they are. Some of my pants have lasted 7 years!

Very impressed with both items that I bought and that they altered one pair of pants for me for free. The other pair wasn't available in my size, but they ordered them from Dallas. Workers were very helpful in getting me what I wanted and not pushing anything else on me. Yes, it's very expensive, but you likely know that before walking in. read more

The clothes may be a little on the expensive side but they are totally worth it! I've had the same pair of shorts for about three years and they look almost exactly the same! The only reason they look different is because I got some stains on them which is obviously my fault! It's just a really good quality clothing store! read more

Amazing quality of clothing here. My daughter loves this store. She plays volleyball at Heritage Hall and is in love with the clothing... I dont remember the girl who helped me the other day but i am posting this review bc she went above and beyond. I love the service here and the girls are outstanding at customer appreciation... The kendra scott girls next door need to come to lululemon and take note on how to treat customers because the lululemon girls know exactly how to do that. Please lululemon staff.... let your neighbor know how to take care of customers bc they dont. read more

Sadly I am so disappointed in the Lulu Quality Promise "if it doesn't perform, we'll take it back." Untrue! I bought my first and only pair of Lulu leggings in June, 2016 and within 60 days there was a lot of pilling and loose threads especially in the inseam and crotch areas. They looked very worn out after being worn/washed a max of 10 times so I stopped wearing them about a month ago. On advice of a loyal Lulu customer I returned to the store in Classen Curve, OKC today and was told that it was "normal wear and tear especially for high intensity work outs and they could do nothing for me." I responded by saying I do not even work out, I bought them for leisure wear. I bought them just a few months ago and they could look up my date of purchase on my account. I did not expect that they would not wear out so quickly considering the price. The salesperson shrugged and repeated that they do nothing for normal wear and tear. I said I guess I won't buy there again if their items don't don't hold up and left the store. So disappointing!!!! read more

I have been obsessing over Lululemon for quite sometime. I'm not a huge fan of ordering things online so I have never bought from there. I found out on the Internet that there was one right by Penn Square Mall. My husband thinks they are too over priced for what they offer. I have been trying to convince him otherwise. I'm totally obsessed. I am a very athletic person, I train MMA, eat all organic, used to dance and cheer, about 5'2 and weigh 120 pounds. So I am in good shape. When I found out about the store, I told my husband. He let me work extra (not being able to spend much time with him) overtime (still in school) so I could save money to buy a good handful of stuff from Lululemon. I saved 825 dollars. Of course I did not tell the associates how much I was willing to spend. I'm glad I didn't. I walked into the store and what girls seem to be friendly to everyone just kept looking me and my husband up and down like we weren't fortunate enough to be. Needless to say we do not struggle and we are very clean cute couple. This lady came over to me, asked what I was shopping for and was hitting on my husband right in front of me bragging about her hot yoga she does. Let me remind you we were in the women's section looking at stuff for me and didn't ask what I do, what I need certain fits for, if there was anything specific. All she talked about was her hot yoga. Not about the store, or the clothes. My husband is a very religious person. He was really uncomfortable with it. This lady is in her 40's (skinny, tall, long brown straight hair, fair skin, and seemed to be a manager of some sort) and my husband and I are 22. I though it was really disrespectful.Didn't look at me once just my husband as if he was gonna be the one trying on women's pants. I tried on a couple of the clothes. Did not grab much because the associates were unwelcoming and acted like me touching clothes was messing up there perfect piles. My husband was very displeased with the store and convinced me to not to get anything after saving up 800 dollars. Ruined my day, I was so excited about my visit. I still consider buying it clothes from there, just do not want to deal with anybody disrespectful. I did end up spending 600 dollars of active wear. But it was from free people, nike, and underarmor. I did spend less than I would have a LLL and got way more. I really wish my visit was different. I would probably be a regular if my husband was convinced it was a good store. My advice to employees, be respectful and professional to ALL customers no matter what thoughts or impressions you had. You never know who is gonna drop more than the Average Dollar Spent. Review is 100% honesty, not cruelty, just please be aware. More professionalism. Women's name was lisa. read more
