The store in Edmond is far from a good representation of the Jos A Bank culture. I walked into the store I wasn't never greeted. I was never asked if I needed help finding anything. When I asked for a fitting room he responded "it's in the back" pointing at the sign as if I was stupid. I looked at him set the stuff I was going to purchase down and walked out. That was the worst experience I've ever had at Jos A Bank. I've been to the store(s) in Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso. All have great rapport, I would highly avoid Jos A Bank in Edmond they are horrible and provide no help at all. They make you feel like crap for not knowing you didn't need to ask to try something on. Y'all need to work on customer service this is the first time in 10 years that I've had a horrible experience at a Jos A Bank. They are always helpful but Edmond needs a lot of work.
