The parking lot has enough spots. The store window is well done. The inside is very neat and well organized. They have all sizes of gently used clothing and shoes. They also have some new items such as bras, panties, shapers, and towels. They have gently used costume jewelry and handbags. They have new perfumes. They have gently used jackets and coats, even faux fur coats and vests. The two female employees were very helpful and courteous. They have a few fitting rooms too. I found two pairs of shorts, two tops, and a maxi dress, and a bra, plus a silver necklace and a wonderful broach. The items were mostly from well known higher end brands. I spent $350, but would have spent a lot more in a regular retail store. read more

I will never set foot in there again. Several years ago I brought $1000's worth of clothes, shoes, coats, and purses. I only received one check for $300!!! When I went to the store to ask about it I was told that they were not able to itemize sales to show me exactly what was sold. They had no records!!! 2 whole racks were filled up when I brought it all in, yet I saw very little of my things there. And, they would not return any items still there!!! I was furious and if I hadn't been so stressed out from the devastating divorce I was going through at the time I would have pursued it and demanded more!!! Horrible experience!! read more

I love this darling store right off western in Nichols hills. They always have a great selection of items -- my favorite are their dresses and shoes! Prices are fair and inventory is consistently different! The moment you walk into this store you are always greeted by very genuine nice ladies who want to help you! I can't say enough good things about this Consignment shop . I started shopping at THE BOTTOM DRAWER about 5-6 years ago. I loved it immediately as I was walking through the door. Leeann the owner of the shop, gave me a very warm welcome and offered to help me with anything I needed... This is the absolute best consignment store that I have visited in the Oklahoma City and Edmond area. I have never been disappointed by the quality of the merchandise and the low prices. You will find high end, quality items , that are currently in style and in excellent condition, almost like new or they "are" for a fact new,, ,,, the tags are still on them. I have spent a lot of time and money in this shop and I have never been disappointed or regretted that I stopped by , I have always found items that I couldn't pass up,,,Items that are in excellent condition, current styles, designer handbags, shoes,, and beautiful unique jewelry , including vintage jewelry. I find things that I simply can't pass up because of the excellent condition of the merchandise, plus the price of the item, is considerably lower than what you would pay at the retail stores . I've visited this store a few times and after reading some other reviews of like to weigh in. First, were in Nichols Hills, if your complaining about pricing please just stop. Don't shop in this part of town and expect Goodwill pricing. I have not consigned anything so I cannot comment from personal experience, but I've been present for the process and seen people bring things in, get an honest assessment of how much their items are worth and then let them decide what to leave and what just wasn't worth letting go of. I love the selection of clothes, they are more expensive than a thrift store, but this is consignment and that's not unreasonable. Everything is in great condition and at extreme discounts from retail pricing. I can find some of my favorite brands for between $20-$50 when they are $300 new! My one complaint would be having more shoes in my size, wearing 5.5 makes it almost impossible for me to find discount shoes. I know they can't control what gets brought in, but it would be nice to find things. I've also not really found any jewelry that I liked here, when I can find some knock out pieces thrifting. I will continue to come back when I'm in the area. read more

LOVE!!!! This place is a hidden little gem of Oklahoma. Great quality pieces of all prices. You will want to schedule an appointment to consign here, but it is well worth it. If you are new to the process Lea Ann and Taylor are wonderful at explaining the process from beginning to end and even mention the "what ifs" I never would have thought of. As for shopping.....stop in and make sure you leave yourself ample time as they have EVREYTHING!! They have a wonderful selection of high end and designer pieces at fantastic prices (these prices can get even better with sales). I like this place better than Nearly New which is down the road . The inventory is fresher, better quality and at a better price. The store is crowded with inventory which makes it hard to dig through the racks. But take your time & you'll find lots of hidden gems. They have a nice selection of furs in all price ranges. When I visited the store, they insisted I make an appt to consign my things, but when I got to my appt, the owner didn't show. An associate was there, and she assured me my items were fine for consignment. A day later I got a call saying that the owner did not accept any of my items (0 of 9). I had to come pick up my items. This was my third visit to the store to try to consign things. The owner bailed on my appt and completely wasted my time. Short of theft, I can't imagine a store dealing with consignors any worse. No one apologized for my inconvenience either. Extremely disappointed. read more
